I think basiima ogenze is da best coz the message in the song is real life, thats why H.E requested him to sing it again in swahili. Aziiz kiggundu from Libya Tripoli
Posted by Aziiz Kiggundu on 12/10/2010 - 12:31 AM
Basiima ogenze is the best song, coz Where there's life, there's death. Though a true statement, for some it seems that life and legacy continue on long after death. Many artists, poets, writers, and others have been able to continue to live on through their stories, theories, art, and ideas. Though not immortal, the works of certain people allow them to continue to be an important part of the world, despite no longer living.

Every song that Jose lands his hands on turns out to be exceptional. Basiima Ogenze is a class of its own.For other artist am sorry but they should try next and pray that Jose doesnot release because "once a gladiator always a gladiator"

Posted by lillian on 23/10/2010 - 04:26 AM
The one and only song this year with a good touching massege, enjoyable which stands out realy is Basiima Ogenze. Some other songs if you were asked to explain what they mean, you think twice, Think about it for example, Stamina!!!!!, Kasepiki????????, they are good but they have a particular group to whom they were meant. Basiima ogenze cuts across. Be sicere its the song.
Posted by Thomas on 23/10/2010 - 02:41 PM

Amelia is abuearifull song but for song of the year NOOOOOOOOOOO,Kasepiki in these category is an insult to the awards, Matovu should be satisfied with nomination cuz she won't get any better.Basimogenze was too big to compare with other songs, why did you leave carollina out it's only song that can be compired to Basimogenze Sorry to the rest camili takes the award
Posted by philydo on 27/10/2010 - 07:42 PM
i like Jose just coz his music is educative "Basiima ogenze" not only dat but wen u try to listen most of all that he has been airing out u can even judge who is talented to be a musician. so i conclude by saying that Joseph is the man in Uganda today.
Posted by lucas micheal on 29/10/2010 - 09:41 AM
Omukwano Gunyuma. Th e reason for this song is that it was from an upcoming artste and hit everyone in Uganda and was played by all radio stations at least once or twice a day.
