Bad Gal Bree dating Chameleleone's ex-ManagerBad Gal Bree real name Bridgette was one of the girls that used to move with Bad Black when she was still loaded, but this was dealt a blow when the socialite got problems with her ex-lover, she was imprisoned and Bree relocated to Dubai. She is now back and back with a bang by showing off her lover, Sam Mukasa, who she fondly calls Zaddy. Mukasa is King Saha's manager and formerly Chameleone's. Bree and Sam have been secretly dating for years, but just a few days back they made their affair public by unleashing the first pic feeling lovey dovey captioned as; "We've been through it all, bad and good, but who said it was going to be good anyway! Real love is not easy to find, But God Has been so good and kind to us regardless!" "He said to me Bree, we ain't perfect, but we are perfect for each other, I will always love you and have your back till the end of time."

Olim Charles aka Sipapa came out this afternoon to rubbish Chameleone's post this morning. However, in the post, Chameleone was challenging him to come out and prove to him if he was not once arrested in the areas of Kololo after breaking into some two residences there.. "I've heard everything but I have no problem with anyone, he knows what he's talking about. I also know much, but I'm old enough to keep it to myself. Chameleone is like my kids or wives that I play with at home, I can't start a war with someone I respect as an elder, I found him around and I can't even remove him...." Bad Black's son freed after kidnappingBad Black's son has been released days after he was kidnapped in Nairobi. A high ranking source at the Ugandan Embassy in Nairobi confirmed the boy was in their custody. Bad Black revealed how two Ugandan men and three Kenyans kidnapped her child thinking he was David Greenhalgh's son, they straight on demanded for a ransom of US$200,000. The socialite could not communicate to any one as her son's captors threatened to kill both of them if this information would leak to the public out there. Bad Black adds that for a week now, she is been locked up in prayer and tears as she struggled to raise the money. However, the authorities in Kenya were able to rescue the boy who is now in their custody, though at the time, Bad Black was enroute to Portugal to discuss the same with the boy's dad. Bad Black's car was on Thursday stolen after a drinking spree at Kololo based bar, Bubbles. The Mud Guard singer went to the bar with some friends to celebrate Eid and as the night progressed, the mom of four felt she needed to retire home. Her bill was Shs 467,000/-. The ex-con pulled out her visa card to clear the bill but after four attempts, she was not getting the password right. The bar management decided that she goes home provided the bill is cleared the following morning. Bad Black was too drunk to walk to her car, so the bar manager, Peter Akola, offered to lift her to the car. How can I drive if I can't walk? It was then that she asked Peter to drive her home but he declined saying he was still on duty. Some of the gals Bad Black was drinking with did not know how to drive thus opting on hiring a vehicle. To her surprise, her car, a Prado UAY 344X was missing and could not be traced. On asking the attendants at the bar, all they could say was that the car had been taken. It's days to Bad Black's birthday but the socialite now turned artist is under pressure to throw a lavish party bigger than the David Greenhalgh parties, but she is tight on funds. Bad Black, real name Shanita Namuyimba once threw a birthday bash of over Shs70m at the then Club Rouge when she turned 22, but on realizing that she can no longer afford a similar bash, she is now thinking out of the box. Bad Black has written to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) using facebook to demand for her cars that were impounded by police before her incarceration. In her post, Bad Black has given two days before she can pull out the Nyanzi stunts, she adds that the bail she was given to go and treat her inflated breasts that were threatening to leak was on medical grounds and goes on to wonder why she was charged Shs100M. Her English in the post got some talking but she bounced back in this post - "You may complain about my English but above all, I got more money than you who studied S_____ F___, At least you got my message, I need my things back." British businessman and Bad Black's ex lover David Greenhalgh threw a lavish birthday bash for his current lover, Parks Dee Laker Greenhalgh in Kololo. It was a star studded function sponsored by Ciroc Premium Vodka and Abryanz Fashions. This was just the time Bad Black was trying to sort out her Singapore issues. Several artistes graced and performed at the party ranging from Tonix, Grace Nakimera, Nutty Neithan, King Saha and Ziza Bafana. Comedians like Mariachi and Salvador also entertained the guests. NTV's Douglas Lwanga and Radiocity's McKenzie also attended. The birthday gal who first came in a white long dress that exposed her back was all smiles, she later turned up in a yellow long slit dress that showed off her cleavage. These are the only shots available from Bad Black's Singapore trip, the one at Entebbe Airport with her trunk and the other shot was taken on board as she returned to Kampala after authorities in Singapore denied her entry. On April 24, Bad Black left for Singapore for a two weeks holiday but four days after, she was asking her fans where the party was; "Where is the party tonight, anyone in that crazy Bad Black party mood?" Could this have been a question for her close pals in Kampala or strangers in Singapore? Your guess is as good as mine! This confirmed that David Greenhalgh's ex was already in Kampala. If you can take a pic from Entebbe airport, it's likely that you will also take one from your destination but this was not possible as authorities were on her case. You do not need a visa to go to Malaysia or Singapore, it's issued at the airport provided you give strong reasons as to why they should let you in the country, chances are that Bad Black failed to convince them because how else would she be here before her two weeks could end?
And the two photos she filed for her Singapore trip are a confirmation that things did not work out as planned. One was taken at Entebbe airport and the other as she travelled back and no single shot from Singapore.. The-26-year old had just completed her jail term and straight on embarked on her new assumed role which was music, recorded a song and shot a video for it coupled with various interviews on her life in Luzira Prison, Singapore was her preferred choice for the short holiday.

Bad Black recently dropped her latest Mud Guard video and she wanted to be sure all TV stations had the video. It was the Fresh Monday's program on NBS After5, a show dedicated to new Uganda videos and other African artist videos. The socialite who has since joined the music band wagon went on to request her own song using the changed facebook account name; Shanita Bradley Baibe. The socialite is on a two weeks holiday in Singapore though her not sharing any shots from there was raising eyebrows; some were alleging that she had been deported because her passport pic was darker than her current complexion. Ex-con Bad Black was last Friday performing as a surprise artist during Sheebah Karungi's Nkwatako video premiere show at Laftaz. She performed her Mud Guard track with revelers cheering her on. She was clad in a creme top, dark fitting pants and red heels. All the mom of three needs is a bit of vocal training and she will be good to go. The shooting of her Mud Guard video is in advanced stages as seen from the pic below, seated right infront of this beetle that is making rounds in videos. Bad Black was sentenced to 4 years in July 2012 for embezzling her lovers US$4.4M the equivalent of UGX11B. In her defence, she told court that the money was in exchange for the steamy sessions they had with her lover and the breast implants. She was sent to jail but was not required to refund. Bad Black who is looking forward to meeting the President to discuss the plight of women in prison will be concentrating on music going forward. She is one artist who declined to give fans a cappella for fear of stealing her music. Top artists like Juliana and Iryn have declined her proposal for a collab. Meanwhile, Iryn Namubiru says that she came out of prison a sensitized person but ignorant about the dangers of skin bleaching. Iryn was quickly reminded that she went to Luzira after bleaching though how she managed to maintain it says a lot about the Thailand injections she got, it must have been the type designed to stand all conditions. Trust her she is back and these are her words: "Only fools give up before a full time. I'm not a fool hellloooo, I'm back in full swing." With those words, she is getting acclimatized with the situation in Kampala and occasionally following the election petition before she starts spending some of her money. She embezzled 11bn in 2011 but even if you are to spend one million shillings per day, you cannot blow up one billion in a year, you will be left with over 600 million.

Updated: Socialite Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black is out of prison to start on a new journey. She was arrested in 2012 for embezzling shs11b from her lover, David Greenhalgh. Bad Black walked out of Luzira prison at about 10am straight onto a waiting Pajero short chasis that drove her to Liquid Silk where she addressed the press. She thanked the Magistrate that sentenced her short of that, she would not have learnt what she knows now. "I'm now a born again. All the black gals that used to hang around me should now forget about me the way they did while I was serving my sentence." "I'm going to be an artist as singing does not require so much, In fact, after about three songs, I will organise a concert and I know many would want to hear my voice," she added.
Bad Black who can easily be mistaken for a Mzungu says she has six songs to her name and boasts of a good voice but when asked to do a cappella, Bad Black said that they will steal her music, so you should all wait for her voice and music from her concert very soon. I will be going back to check on other female prisoners and Im appealing to government to pardon them, it's not good to be in prison for 50 years. Asked on what she did to change her skin colour, the mom of three said she was injected from Thailand and was also taking some tablets that's why it's not easy to spot the black patches on her. "By the end of this year, I will be looking like a Chinese, I don't want people to recognise me," Bad Black concluded.

On Monday March 14, Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black, the 11-billion-gal will be out of Luzira prison to start a new journey. She was arrested four years back for embezzling Shs11b from her then lover, David Greenhalgh who was celebrating his birthday a few days back with another babe. This is not his baby mama who replaced Bad Black.
Bad Black is expected to move with her convoy in Kampala and will eventually end up in Kawempe at her parent's home and later Guvnor for her party organised by David Greenhalgh.

Like Red Banton puts it, in his 'Sijja Kuva Kampala' song, Greenhalgh is madly and deeply in love with Kampala but then, he had to replace Bad Black, the Brit went back to Speke Road though this time, he was looking for a not so classy babe lest he is reminded of another Bad Black, he landed on Janet Apuyo. Greenhalgh is doing very well with Janet, they even have a child together unlike Bad Black who told Greenhalgh that she was pregnant for him only to give birth to a baby who had different genes from the British thus applying lots of baby powder to disguise the look, but the whole plan failed right from when it was started. In a twist of events, Janet Apuyo is wishing the very best for her rival. " I wish her well and it's my prayer that she comes out of jail in good health." Meddie Ssentongo is surely going to bounce back bigger and better after winning the court case in which British businessman, David Greenhalgh had attached all his properties that include several houses in Muyenga, Munyonyo and Ntinda among others plus posh rides that include BMW's and a Range Rover sport. MORE OF THIS STORY Several bank accounts in Kenya and South Africa had also been blocked but have now been freed from encumbrance after Justice Henry Peter Adonyo, yesterday, declared Meddie a free man. Meddie and David Greenhalgh were Shanita Namuyimbwa's lovers. Shanita, better known as Bad Black was accused of embezzling USD4M from her lover, she was found guilty along with Meddie Ssentongo and both were sentenced. Meddie did his 18-month sentence while Bad Black is yet to complete her four-year-sentence, by November end, she will be on the streets of Kampala. However, in the sentence, court was silent about the refund of funds prompting the UK based Electrical Engineer to attach Meddie's properties because it had been acquired with money that they (Meddie and Bad Black) 'stole' from him. The case has lasted one year only to be ruled in favour of Meddie Ssentongo and the British businessman ordered to pay all the costs incurred in the case. Initially, Bad Black said that she had no business dealings with Ssentongo, then later she turned out to say that out of the USD 36,000, she gave Meddie USD 30,000. The case in which Meddie Ssentongo is required to pay back some of the shs11bn that was embezzled from British business man David Greenhalgh has now been adjourned to April 8, 2015. On Tuesday, Meddie wrote this; "It's been a long time coming, 5years to be exact. All I've gone through and endured, the love and the hate was the case that they gave me..I thank all those who supported my victory and demise, you gave me the strength and patience to overcome, the courage to fight but most importantly, the determination to be better than before..This Thursday, it's Judgement day for all my trials and tribulations, and whatever the consequences, for as long as I'm alive, I'll be victorious." As Meddie is yet to learn of his fate, Bad Black is only counting months before enjoying her freedom once again. Bad Black was jailed for four years while Meddie served only 18 months in jail, however, much as court sentenced them, it was silent on the refund of the money. This forced to David Greenhalgh to go to the Commercial court to file a civil suit against Bad Black and Meddie, but Bad Black was forgiven by her lover, and she instead became a witness pinning Meddie that he took most of the money. It's now left to be seen what court decides after the Easter holiday, but he maintains that whatever the consequences, he will still remain victorious. Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black told court yesterday that Meddie Ssentongo duped her into taking David Greenhalgh's money. Appearing in the Commercial Court as a witness in the case where Greenhalgh is seeking to attach Meddie's property to recover USD3M, Bad Black said that she used just a portion of the USD4M and the rest was given to her ex-lover, Meddie Ssentongo. Bad Black added that part of the money that she had (USD 600,000) has since been refunded to the British businessman. David ran to the commercial court seeking recovery of the money he lost. The Anti-Corruption court found Meddie and Bad Black guilty and were both sentenced though they did not ask them to refund. Meddie was released some time last year. Bad Black Denied Bail Bad Black was this afternoon produced in court over a bail application she had filed. Bad black was seeking to have her original bail re-instated, but the Court of Appeal rejected her application. Apparently, she wanted court to release her on the previous terms in which she deposited the shs100m, but on asking her lawyer why the first one was cancelled, he preferred to start on a fresh application than explaining what went wrong. Court gave them the audience, but at the end of it all, the application was dismissed. Details of why the application was rejected will be given in the next court session on June 25, 2014. Shs105m Debt Case Dismissed! Bad Black was all smiles yesterday when the high court dismissed a case in which she was required to pay shs 105m to businessman Mpanga. Court ordered that Bad Black should be paid all costs incurred now that she was wrongly sued. Mpanga rescued Bad Black with a shs105m loan that she used to sort out various legal costs after her bank accounts had been attached. The loan was for one month and it was secured with a Mercedes Benz, UAP 777 W, as collateral security. When the one month elapsed, the businessman banked the post dated cheque Bad Black had given him but the bank could not honour it after it turned out that Bad Black's accounts had been blocked. "The fact that Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) did not transfer the alleged car in the names of Mpanga does not mean that Bad Black had changed position after handing over car documents to him, " Justice David Wangutusi noted. The application was dismissed with costs. Clad in red heels, a pink top and floral pants, Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black looked relieved much as she is still serving her four-year-jail term. Greenhalgh Demands Shs 7bn from Meddie David Greenhalgh and Meddie Ssentongo were in court yesterday. After serving 18 months in prison for the criminal case, Meddie is now faced with a civil lawsuit in which David Greenhalgh wants the defendants property attached because of his closeness to former socialite, Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black. Testifying before the commercial court, Greenhalgh told court that Bad Black had written to him apologizing for having stolen only USD 600,000 which is the equivalent of Ushs 1.5Bn and that the rest should be recovered from Meddie Ssentongo. Greenhalgh now wants USD 3Mn approximately Ushs7.6Bn from Meddie Ssentongo. Court asked Greenhalgh if he had ever sent or transferred any money to Ssentongo directly, he said NO. Justice Adonyo adjourned the case. Bad Black and Meddie Ssentongo were sentenced 4 years and 18 months respectively for having embezzled USD 4M (Shs 11bn). Bad Black is still serving her sentence while Meddie served his jail term. The Anti-Corruption court did not ask them to refund the money prompting Greenhalgh to go to the commercial court. Bad Black has since promised to refund her bit and now Greenhalgh is on Meddie's case for the USD 3m. Case Adjourned to May 28, 2014 Bad Black was yesterday brought before the commercial court for a case in which she failed to pay back shs105m to a money lender. Apparently, the money lender rescued her with a one month loan that was secured with a Mercedes Benz, UAP 777w, as collateral. Unfortunately, the money lender who had signed transfer papers could not have the benz to himself after court had attached all Bad Black's property. The case has now been adjourned to May 28, 2014. Bad Black was at City Hall Court on Thursday looking-good for someone coming from jail.
A week back, Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black pleaded guilty after telling the court Magistrate, Juliet Hatanga that she was drunk at the time of knocking, confirming, that she was guilty. Dressed in some outfit that was long enough not to attract other charges, Bad Black was sentenced to a fine of Shs5m or face a jail term of one year. Fearing that this could affect the period she was to spend in jail, she opted to pay the fine that will be used as compensation to the victims. Meanwhile, her troubles are far from over. The ex-socialite will be back in court on Mar 07, 2014 for having defaulted on a loan of Shs80m that increased to Shs105 with interest. According to court documents, Bad Black borrowed 80m in October 2011 from Mpanga with a promise of paying back after one month. She used her maroon BMWx6 as collateral, unfortunately, at the time she was required to pay back, her accounts had been frozen, the BMW attached by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA). As fate could have it, Bad Black was jailed in July 2012, released four months later to go for treatment. Bad Black has pleaded guilty in the traffic offence in which she knocked down a family of three that was riding on a boda-boda. "Yes, I knocked them your worship, but I did not intend it, I was drunk." The in-custody Bad Black currently serving her four year jail term went on to ask the Grade one Magistrate, Juliet Hatanga to allow her defend herself, a request that was not granted now that she had already pleaded guilty. "How can you defend yourself after pleading guilty, but well you will be given the opportunity to defend yourself during final hearing," Juliet Hatanga said. The case was adjourned to February 20, 2014 when Bad Black will re-appear for sentencing.

However, on Thursday, in what looked like her last post she wrote: “Am on the way coming to Kampala via Gatuna Border-Mbarara-Masaka - Kampala.tired of running let me do my punishment so I live freely: David will care." The next time you see a post from her might be after she's done with her jail term or she will do it the way Meddie did, 'tweeting from Luzira prison' but trust her, at the time of going back to Luzira prison, she had just bleached her skin and given the prison conditions, her skin might soon or later require specialized attention which might not be readily available at the prison. Initially, many did not take her post serious but as it turned out, she was in Uganda looking knackered with her son Jonathan who kept on sucking his thumb. It's not clearly what she thinks or feels after denouncing her nationality for Thailand and even bleaching her skin to match that status. This was one of the post that had more likes after she revealed that she was tired of being on the run. “Smart decision however painful and hard it is. It's very hard to run away from the law. Sooner or later, Interpol would intercept you! The more you hide, the harder the punishment when they get you. Accept to get back, don't waste much of the Judges time.Get a good Lawyer, accept you erred and enter a plea deal then do the time. You will pull through. God bless u!!!” Meanwhile, Greenhalgh’s legal team is not done yet. While they say it’s okay for her to serve the sentence, we still want the money refunded. Acne, skin cancer, liver damage, psychiatric disorders and cataracts are some of the effects for skin bleaching. Bad Black and boyfriend Maysean Velos are counting down a few months until their little bundles of joy enter the world and the mom of three has even gone ahead to document their progress on facebook. Bad Black's complexion has changed lately and she says she is even lighter than Beyonce. However, the light complexion changes are as a result of the socialite bleaching her skin as she explains. "My doctor is doing a great job, lighter than Beyonce, money talks BS works I'm shining like a diamond but can't wait for my twins.. lol" Just mid last month, Bad Black was arrested in Rwanda on suspicion of drug dealing and money laundering but was later released on bond only to embark on a celebration of sorts that has resulted in a twin pregnancy. In 2012, Bad Black gave birth to a baby girl claiming her ex-David Greenhalgh, a Briton was the father, but within a few days, the baby turned out to be of dark complexion. The mother of three was experiencing a severe stomach pain plus other pregnancy related symptoms, so she opted for a second opinion. However, all didn't flow as she expected, she waited for a solid three hours before a nursing assistant told her that they do not execute pregnancy tests or even sell related medicines. Former city socialite and 'Nkyamuka' singer, Bad Black was recently spotted in a Malaysian bar two weeks back. Bad Black with some three Ugandan babes frequent night clubs in and around Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Some of the night clubs have popular live bands from Tanzania performing live. Bad Black left the country in January to Dubai to have her rotting 'boobs' sorted but ended up in Malaysia. An international warrant of arrest was issued for failing to fulfill the bail terms. However, info reaching us indicates that she has relocated from Malaysia to some other destination. A few days back, Bad Black wrote on her wall that she was happy for her rival, Janet Apuyo for having given birth to Greenhalgh's baby and added that Greenhalgh is still taking care of both of them after all, so there was no big deal. Just yesterday, her co-accused, Meddie Ssentongo was produced in court from Luzira Prison over other charges, but his swagg alone left many in shock. "It was as though he was from a high profile meeting and an officer was rushing to open the door for him," one person at the court premises noted. Bad Black and Meddie Ssentogo were sent to Luzira Prison for embezzling over Shs11bn from a UK based businessman David Greenhalgh. Bad Black was sentenced to 4 years while Meddie 18 months. David Greenhalgh's baby mama, Janet Apuyo has told him to cut all ties with his ex- Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black who is currently in hiding after jumping bond on being released to go for breast treatment in Dubai. Janet Apuyo and Greenhalgh were over the weekend in Nyanaama together with their baby to support Kigezi Good Samaritan Football Club leaving them with gift items and Shs5m in the process. Meddie was sentenced to 18 months last July in the Shs11bn embezzlement case and was left with a few months to be done but new charges of having an illegal pistol have cropped up. Singer Halima Namakula was one of her sureties but when court analyzed the bail documents, Bad Black had replaced singer Halima Namakula with her dad Nassir Jombwe and yet he was not recognised as one of the sureties. Bad Black was also supposed to report to court every two weeks something that she did not do. Last Friday, Bad Black was expected in court but she was nowhere to be seen leaving court with no choice but to issue a warrant of arrest now that she is not even in the country. Bad Black revealed that Ugandan football striker Andrew Eugene Sseppuya is the father of her last daughter Davinah, who was born a few weeks before being jailed.  Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black was on (Dec 6) released from jail after she paid the full amount of shs100m that was required by court before she could be allowed to seek medication for her leaky breasts. Armed with a holy bible at the court premises, Bad Black said that she will spend her first night out of prison at a church in Nsambya. “I’m not a drunkard anymore, I’ve given up partying and I'm a born again.” Bad Black said.
This prompted laughter from those who were surrounded her at the time with some asking why she was clad in a micro mini skirt yet she is claiming to be saved. Bad Black told them that the lord welcomes you the way you are and this is office wear.
Bad Black added that she has forgiven David Greenhalgh and Meddie Ssentongo for what happened. This is not all, she has also given up on all men and will instead concentrate on taking good care of her children and preaching the word of God.
Bad Black is supposed to report to court every two weeks. Her parents were in court to receive her but by the time she was done with hugging them, the dad's white shirt was lipstick stained.
Shanita who was visibly happy at the time grabbed a cell phone and called one of her close buddies in Luzira prison and asked her to keep her yellow uniform and sandals safely.

Veteran Musician Halima Namakula has been coordinating the soliciting of funds from friends and other tycoons who included Kwagalana group and various women from several markets under their saving schemes. Two weeks back, Bad Black had raised Shs60m but on getting the entire amount, she did not waste any minute alerting the court authorities to secure her release. Shanita Namuyimbwa will now be travelling to Dubai to have the implants removed. Bad Black broke down in tears on realizing that the bail conditions were indeed tough. Assuming Bad Black had paid the money, she was to report to court every two weeks. Local musician Halima Namakula and Black's mother who were among the sureties tried to look for the money but by virtue of the amount, they failed to raise it in a few hours. Bad Black was told to come back to court on Monday. Now this is very sad bearing in mind that Shanita Namuyimba while celebrating her birthday to mark 22years spent over 70million but could not raise 100m to walk to freedom. Bad Black's lawyers and family members are working very hard to at least raise that much but it's not clear how that will be achieved as most of the tangible assets that Bad Black had acquired like the house, cars among others have all crossed to the company. The BMWX6 was impounded by URA after it was discovered that it had been assessed as an X5 as opposed to X6, implying that more money was instead required for that particular one, her black range rover sport was held during that time the authorities were keen on impounding all vehicles with duplicate number plates. The AudiQ5 was long repossessed by David as the log-book was in his name anyway.This leaves her with a Kompressor which is still held at Kiira Rd Police post after she knocked down a family of three. The rest of the known cars had been sold already. Her house in Munyonyo, we are told has already been taken over by her rival who is fit to burst. As Bad Black is busy serving her sentence and battling with a traffic offence in which she is pleading with the affected family to accept a Shs10m out-of-court settlement, her rival Janet Apuyo is now the new owner of her Munyonyo Bungalow.  Former city socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black has rushed to the court of appeal claiming that her health condition is deteriorating on top of having a six month old baby. She now wants court to release her on bail as she waits for the outcome of her appeal. Bad Black who is serving a four year jail term after embezzling money from Daveshan Development Uganda Ltd adds in her appeal that the sentence was to much now that it was as a result of a love relationship that went sour. Bad Black is complaining of pain and swellings in her tummy and needs to visit her doctors in Nsambya who performed the C-section. All this comes at a time when she is battling a traffic offence in which she knocked down three passengers on a boda-boda bike last December. This is what happened to Bad Black this morning as she appeared in court over a case in which she knocked down three people on a boda-boda last year. Justice Catherine Bamugemeireire of the Anti-Corruption Court found Bad Black and Meddie Ssentongo guilty for embezzlement and conspiracy to defraud USD9m and USD 1.7m from Daveshan Development Company. The issue of compensating David Greenhalgh was ruled out because he did not use due diligence in selecting development partners but opted to trust a prostitute with all that money for business purposes. On being sentenced, Bad Black was seen discussing with her lawyers before prison wardens asked her to follow them to a waiting double cabin pick-up that was waiting. A friend of hers brought the baby for breast feeding. Bad Black sat in the hind seat of the pick-up while Meddie Ssentongo was put at the back of the pick up. Meddie Ssentongo had promised to feed his pals with dust in his blue Imprezza which he had cruised with to court but that was driven back by a friend. Court assessors advised that Bad Black and her co-accused Meddie Ssentongo be set free. "My Lord, I hope that this court finds it fit to acquit A1(Black) and A2 (Meddie)of all the charges. Embattled city socialite Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black could win the court case looking at how events are unfolding. According to the submissions by Bad Black's lawyer Caleb Alaka, it was noted that the defrauding case came up after a disagreement between David and Bad Black. Greenhalgh did not sign the Memorandum of Association (MOA) which is supposed to be signed by all the directors before a company is formed. Barclays Bank rejected the MOA but the parties removed some documents and this is when a bank account was opened. The other finding was that a bank account was opened before the comapny was incorporated. In the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Greenhalgh is a Ugandan but on testifying in court, he was British, so according to Bad Black's lawyer, he lied to the registrar of companies. It was further noted that $2m was given to Bad Black before Daveshan Development company existed, so this could have been upkeep money now that they were in a relationship. Alaka noted that Bad Black was the sole signatory on the account, therefore she was authorised to transact on behalf of the company and could not steal from her own company. Alaka wondered how a 54-year old Engineer with a Masters degree could entrust a prostitute and an S.2 drop-out with Shs12b. Kim Swagga's girl friend had part ways with the self styled fashionista after he was linked to Bad Black's baby. Uganda Revenue Authority published a list of vehicles whose owners have to furnish it with the vehicles and all documents pertaining to them for verification as it tries to sort out the mess of duplicate number plates. Bad Black is however in court today for having failed to pay a loan of Shs80m to one businessman Ismail Mpanga Bumba. Bad Black had applied that this matter be settled out of court which was granted. On the consent judgement which Bad Black signed was however not signed by her lawyer a move that upset the judge forcing him to issue a specific order to Galisonga and Bad Black to appear in court today. On October 8, 2011 Bad Black approached Mpanga for a loan of Shs 80m which she promised to pay in one month and to this she pledged her maroon BMW. The BMW was having issues at the time with URA for having paid less in taxes as an X5 model as opposed to an X6. The log book was not available so she instead gave in the original log book for a Range Rover UAP 838 L. The range rover log book was to be exchanged with the BMW's the moment it became available. On top of the log book, Bad Black deposited a cheque to the tune of Shs80 as additional security but when the cheque was banked a month from the time of the loan, Mpanga was informed that the said account closed and therefore it could not clear. On Monday morning Bad Black called Jose Chameleone's stylist Kim Kibirige aka Kim Swagger to go and check on his new born daughter. Kim was a bit shocked something that left Lady B surprised and disapointed that he could even think of denying the paternity of the child. Kim was worried of his financial status and therefore unable to raise the kid but Lady B assured him that she will raise the kid as a single parent and his role will only end at child-naming. Kim Swagger had a fling once with Bad Black after an champagne-alcohol fuelled night at Ange Mystique. According to one bouncer, these two went to the washrooms and spent a bit of time. According to her lawyer Julius Galisonga, Bad Black did not attend court after being admitted at International Hospital Kampala on developing labour pains. The trial judge Catherine Bamugemereire adjourned the case to 14 and 15 May, 2012 but also demanded a medical report that proves that she received medication on the said dates. "The reason for the adjournment appears genuine but subject to proof, failure to produce that proof will lead to a conclusion that the reason for this adjournment was not genuine. Her lawyer drove her to IHK where she was immediately hospitalized for dizziness and a lot of pain from her stomach. She was later put on a drip in the company of Hamida Kibirige, Meddie's sister who hooked Meddie to Bad Black. Court resumed later and Bad Black was no where to be sen. This forced Bad Black's lawyer Caleb Alaka also a good friend to Jackie Chandiru to intervene. "Your Lordship, as we speak now, A1(Black) has been admitted at IHK. She was taken by one of my colleagues but I don't know whether she is due to give birth. However she is on drip." The trial judge Catherine Bamugemereire was of the view that court could not proceed without Bad Black. The case was adjourned to today so that a full medical report of Bad Black can be looked into. On top of the old charges, another charge of conspiracy to defraud Daveshan Development Company of USD 1.77m cropped up. In this case, prosecution brought one witness, Morris Kalema who was working at the CID headquarters in Kibuli. In the statement he recorded from Bad Black, she told him that a band account had been opened with Barclays Bank with her boyfriend David Greenhalgh but she was the sloe signatory. Money was sent on to that account by David Greenhalgh which she used to buy a house in Munyonyo, a BMWX6 series, Range Rover, a Mercedes ML and a Nissan Murrano. Details of the Daveshan Development Company Ltd were revealed by Grace Kyomuhendo a fraud investigator at the bank during the court session yesterday. A bank statement from Sept 1, 2010 to June 22, 2011 showed that Bad Black among others had transferred $40,000 from the company's dollar account to her personal account. In a period of nine months, Bad Black had withdrawn $3,285,000 from the company account. Another witness, Stephen Kawesi who is an auditor pinned Bad Black on transferring funds to Meddie Ssentongo's accounts. "On January 31, 2011$200,000 was withdrawn from the Daveshan account and that very day Meddie Ssentongo's account was credited with Shs 391,850,000," Kawesi added. Meanwhile, Meddie was not bothered about Bad Black at all, they were seated separately and did not even talk during the time when court had adjourned. The case has been adjourned to March 6, 2012. The case in which Bad Black is being charged for embezzling 11b and another of conspiracy to defraud Daveshan Development Company with Meddie Ssentogo to the tune of $9m was on today with more witnesses being brought to court. Tom Mukomazi, an old friend to Meddie Ssentongo was in court today pinning him before Justice Catherine Bamugemereire. Meanwhile, Greenhalgh told court that he had been sexually starved for four years and when they met with Bad Black, she proposed to him that they have anal sex. Bad Black is facing embezzlement charges to the tune of Shs11bn she withdrew from a company account of Daveshan Ltd in which she was a co-director with her Lover David Greenhalgh. She bought expensive rides, held parties and hanged out with stars among others but this did not bother David that much. What hurt David was this young man who was using his money to buy expensive rides. Bad Black loved Meddie so much that she could not spend a minute without praising him on social network facebook. David was forced to come to Kampala to check on the hotel project for which he had wired US$9m. There was nothing on the ground and as David investigated further, Meddie was actually not a relative of Bad Black but were actually working together. This hurt him so much. He took the matter to CID and Meddie was arrested. He was however not a company signatory, so in the interim, he was released as Bad Black was remanded to Luzira prison. David was willing to set Bad Black free on condition that she could allow to pin Meddie Ssentongo. Bad Black resisted the move as much as possible but the more she did, the more presents in form of expensive rides came her way just to do the needful. The trial of Bad Black kicked off on Monday but was later adjourned after it turned out that there was another person to be charged along with Bad Black. Bad Black was today (December 12, 2011) sent back to Luzira prison after her bail was cancelled. Police has completed the investigations into the Shs 11bn embezzlement case. She has been reporting to the Mabua road based Anti Corruption and War Crimes Court based in Kololo in Kampala. Members of her gal brigade who were all clad in tight leggings, bikers and some of her followers were camping outside the court premises since morning when she was produced in court. Greenhalgh wants court to compell the two to refund the money and property which they have now personalised. The gents will be clad in bow ties while the ladies will be dressed in Tiaras or else you will be bounced. 30% of the proceeds will go to charity. The last time Zari was behind a similar happening was during the All White Party at Guvnor. Bad Black worked very hard to out smart Zari's All White party but a power surge let her down for close to three hours. Some patrons hanged on as the engineers restored the problem but others simply retired to bed. At this rate Zarie is just not about to see anyone making headlines when it comes to the parties. At the time of the black out, Bad Black had not yet arrived at the venue, we are yet to establish what exactly happened to her on learning that after injecting close to 70mn in the bash, the party ended before it could start.The Birthday gal who was to celebrate her day on turning 22 years which many of her followers are disputing was very disappointed when a power surge blew up all the equipment and lighting at Club Rouge bringing to an end the party which was going to leave a legacy in all the celeb parties that had been held around Kampala. Club Rouge was the place to be o Wednesday during the meet and greet party of the Jamaica's hottest duo RDX who are in town for the East African Carnival (Bend Over) that will be held at Entebbe Resort and Kiwatule during the Easter season. Mysterious young tycoon Bad Black was in attendance or rather over bent as the theme of the night suggested and in the wee hours of the morning she got into her BMW to drop her girls to their respective places before retiring to her home. Bad Black lost control around Cham Towers ramming into a sign post. She was taken to the main central police station in Kampala where she left her car. Our snoop sighted the car parked on Bugand Road with it's front number plate missing may be as a result of the accident but on checking on the rear end, the number plate was exactly like the one in the pic above. On Tuesday, she had been at Navio's All Black Party at ClubT1 for which she did a lot of drumming up support for revellers to show up, followed by the Club Rouge meet and greet party of the RDX at Club Rouge. Zuena has just released her second track 'Owa Boda' which is likely to do very well on the charts in the next few weeks. In the song, you clearly see Zuena's music potential beginning to unfold. A few weeks Bebe made a posting on his wall which did not go down well with his fans because they retaliated like a Tsunami in response to his posting and of course Zuena was in the background watching the events unfold and learnt a thing or two. The lesson she leant was to be very careful with what you post on your wall. Making a post before getting your facts right is one thing but realizing that the posting is bad and you have to deal with the situation in a manner which is civil is the other. Kampala was swept with a wave of pre-ticked votes in favor of mayoral candidate Peter Sematimba and had been stuffed in ballot boxes. These complaints were registered at the National Library, Bat Vallley and National Theatre forcing the Electoral Commission to swing into action and the next thing we heard was, Kampala Mayoral Polls Cancelled. This was at about 1:00pm and of course a number of people across the city were in the queue's waiting to cast their votes while others were making their way to the respective polling stations. So it was clear a section of people did not have a clue the poll had been cancelled and therefore postponed to a future date that was to be communicated by the EC. Zuena was clad in some attire that left many gazing at her as opposed to monitoring the poll, she reached out for her iPAD and noticed that of the latest messages she had, one was saying the elections had been cancelled. She straight away responded to the message and said, "Whoever hasn't voted please go and vote for your mayor, people are being lied to that the elections have been postponed due to Sema stealing votes so as to confuse voters, those are lies" This attracted an outburst from a section of her followers but notable among them was Sembatya Hakim who started off by abusing Zuena branding her a thief. Zuena wrote back in a polite manner, "@ Hakim u don't need to use that language here, we're all concerned citizens" One Robert Rubi wrote, "Guyz don't be hard on Zuena, she was mis informed so give her a break" This is when Zuena closed this thread and wrote: "I think this chapter is closed" and left the rest to utter whatever they chose to say on the matter. It is at this point that Bad Black Zuena's latest friend came in to her rescue and started unleashing all sorts of verbal diarrhea to Hakim who by now had coiled his tail in between his legs.
