They all have a social media presence and Barbie being an author, it's not unusual to come across a good post. A case in point is when she referred her hubby to a weed growing through a hard concrete.
Barbie compares that weed to Bobi Wine who in spite of what he has been through will get there just because of the strong foundation that was laid. This has boosted his bid to contest for the Kyadondo East parliamentary seat causing a lot of panic to the other would-be candidates. Bebe Cool had earlier planned a boat cruise as part of the birthday celebrations for Zuena, but that has since been postponed to April 8. The 18nOver singer had to think of another gift to his lovely wife and mom of four who turned 31 yesterday, it was a 'Zuena' tat on his lower chin. In the pic, you can't miss Zuena the model and Bebe Cool's rough dreads. On that night, it rained heavily and yet their first car, a Golf GTI could leak whenever it rained. Bebe parked the car on the side and the two took to the back seat as the dash board and gear lever area got soaked by the heavy rain. Zuena got a polythene bag and covered at least the gear lever so that they could proceed with the journey after the rain but during that time, Bebe told Zuena these words; "Honey, I'll make you the proudest and happiest wife, Inshallah. In the past, Zuena and Bebe Cool have been having simple parties with fans having Nyama Choma as part of the celebration but this time around, the couple is taking it a notch higher when Zuena turns 31 on April 08, 2017. Last year, the mom of 4 got a Shs 400M Mercedes as a birthday present from her baby daddy. All eyes will be on the present for this year as the couple celebrates with the Gagamel fans on a boat cruise to Mutoola Island. Mimi is Tuff B's girlfriend and an air hostess with Qatar airways, she is so close to the Ssali's as revealed in the messages. This Saturday, Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool, 38, was a guest on the 90.4 Dembe FM Talk N Talk show hosted by Kasuku. The 2-hour-show had an extra hour added to accommodate the various views, it was held at Bat Valley Theatre. Bebe Cool addressed a number of issues that included his personal life, his music and the Tubonga Nawe aspect among others. Bebe Cool came under fire for being arrogant but his response was that he is always speaking facts and facts are bitter. This is what I told Zuena after she had left me; "I slept with her [the other girl] but I will never do it again," she forgave me and came back to my life. Bebe Cool went on to say that much as his father was a minister, he grew up through hardships as he was staying with his mom who wasn't that well off. Asked about the 400M President Museveni gave the artistes, Bebe Cool who was dishing out 50K notes to whoever impressed him said that over 50 artistes were lent that money through the Uganda Musicians Circle 2 and he has the proof of whoever borrowed that money because he recorded them. Then on the Tubonga Nawe money, Bebe Cool explained that he got the lion's share because he is bigger than them all. My husband has suffered... Bebe Cool's wife, ZUENA Kirema, has come out appealing to all to give her hubby a break. For starters, Bebe Cool has been on the President's campaign trail for the last several months and just a few days back, he bagged over shs500m for his efforts in the Tubonga Nawe project. He has already started on his other house and in just a few months or weeks, his apartments will also be on the market for rentals. Bebe Cool has always had a reason for literally everything, when the President did not participate in the first televised presidential debate, Bebe Cool was like; "He did not have to as the majority of Ugandans don't know English!" The mom of four went to the US to give birth to her fourth child, Deen Ozil Ssali who made a month five days back. "Home sweet home, the excitement of meeting baby Deen is on another level..am not allowed to carry him anymore," Zuena wrote. Allan, Alpha and Beata were in Uganda with their dad, Bebe Cool while Caysan was taking good care of mom and baby Deen in the US, so you can excuse them for now as they all seem to be pretty excited on meeting a new member of the family. Bebe Cool is joined by other family members as they bond with baby Deen. On this day last month, which was exactly five days after giving birth to baby Deen, Zuena was missing her boo and she could not wait to be home, but now, the party can begin. Caysan is seen with a stethoscope checking on his pregnant mom. Caysan was born on Mother's day in 2012, exactly three months after Daniella gave birth to her fourth child. Just as we were getting to terms with Anita Fabiola's sudden exit at NTV, Zuena Kirema has thrown in the towel to focus on her fourth pregnancy. Bebe Cool who fully supports her says that staying on the same job for too long is boring and after all, I can pay her monthly salary weekly. "It's been an interesting journey for two years working at NTV with a great team of management, producers, cameramen and fellow presenters but my journey has come to an end and I would like to thank God for the good friends I made and experience I got, unfortunately on Sunday you will be watching my last show as Life Stories presenter as I have to concentrate on unavoidable family issues. Ex-NTV news anchor, Rosemary Nankabirwa, who has been battling with a debilitating cancer disease for some time now was yesterday evening transferred to Aga Khan hospital in Kenya. The chartered flight landed at Wilson airport in Kenya at about 5:00pm. Hundreds of people including law makers, religious leaders, journalists, artists and comedians among others turned up at Serena Conference parking to wash and also have their cars washed at 50,000/- per car to raise funds for Nankabirwa's medication costs. The fundraising was a successful event. The car wash at Serena Hotel raised shs 33.2/- million and on adding the 60m that had earlier been collected from different sources, the figure shot to 93m, slightly below the required amount. President Museveni also contributed shs 5M/- to the #HelpRosemary cancer fund. "We need a better health care, Rosemary is very lucky she is known to many, what of those other Ugandans that have no one that knows them or have no one that can do such an activity to raise for them money... The former NTV Life Stories host noted that though proudly Ugandan, she is a mixture of Muhororo from Ntungamo, Tutsi from Nyamata (Rwanda), Arab from Oman and Swahili from Tanzania." Now this appears to be more complex than Zari who has roots from Burundi, Somalia and India. Bebe Cool has been in South Africa since Friday. He went with his better half, Zuena Kirema Ssali and while there, he performed for the Ugandan community in Pretoria, kicked off the Big Brother live eviction show with his Love you Everyday song among others. On the side of his visit, Bebe took off time to shoot a video for his latest 'Everywhere I go' song. The highlight of the video was when he married off a Zulu video vixen, intimately kissed and touched while his wife Zuena was recording the proceedings on her smart phone. Later, the Zulu vixen and Zuena went through the shots that were taken but you could clearly see she was not very impressed with the whole idea. It's said that there was a scuffle in their hotel room, something they've both dismissed. The idea of Zuena recording the wedding scene and yet she is still waiting for their fancy wedding that is now likely to take place in 2015 had people react differently, some were of the view that Zuena needs to stay home just like Barbie and Daniella to take care of the little ones other than engaging in 'funny' roles. Trust Bebe, he shot back responding to one blogger who appeared to be most affected but also justifying that he is free to go with his wife everywhere he goes, which resonates with the song title. Zuena's close pals have been urged to treat their maids well to ensure they do not turn against them. Housemaids can mean to be a nuisance at times if their supervisors treat them inhumanely. In the end, it's the children who suffer the brutality from the disgruntled maids. The advice comes after Zuena's maid of six years took some days off leaving her to do all the home chores before rushing to compile her NTV Life Stories. Entebbe - Kampala highway is a busy road on a good Sunday with heavy flow of traffic to the beaches in and around Entebbe. The vehicles are moving at relatively heavy speeds with some making their way to Entebbe International Airport. Three quarters of these vehicles drive back to Kampala. Last Sunday, Bebe Cool and his lovely wife, Zuena Kirema were part of the motorists from Entebbe to Kampala, and along the way, a drunko as Bebe puts it made a U-turn forcing the Nkola-Byafayo singer to control the H2 Hummer they were in just to save the man. There is a slight damage to the Hummer car. Bebe Cool took to his facebook page to update his fans on the bad news. "Me n Wiffy in a car accident on Ebz road, drunko made a u turn but we safe n sound. THANKS TO ALLAH." It's not the first time that Zuena and Hubby are getting accidents. In 2010, just a few months after he (Bebe) was shot in the legs, they were involved in a nasty accident along Gulu-Kampala highway. Zuena sustained serious injuries on her forehead and since then, she uses makeup to coverup the scar or better still, choose a forehead hairstyle. Bebe Cool is selling like a hot cake on TV's and Radio stations following his remarks on Uganda music being played more often compared to foreign artistes. NTV hosted him on Friday and just yesterday, 93.3 KFM also hosted him answering a number of queries in the process. Among them was the age of his dear wife, Zuena Kirema who became older by another year on Thursday. Bebe Cool said that Zuena is 28. The couple recently celebrated 12 years of love, implying that Bebe Cool met her when she was 16. The issue of Zuena's age is just as controversial as Desire Luzinda's. Barbie and Zuena have been seen wearing their below the knee dresses, a clear indication that the mini-skirt bill that was recently signed into law is biting. The anti-pornography bill which was signed into law describes pornography as; "...the showing of sexual parts of a person such as breasts, thighs, buttocks or sexual genitalia." Bebe Cool's first born, Alpha Thierry Ssali has turned 10 today. Zuena is so happy as she reveals in her message communicating the good news. "On this day 10years ago, I gave birth to my 1st born, motherhood was new to me and I was very young, but this angel of mine came out with love and we immediately bonded that I forgot the outside world, how time flies. I'm also in shock you've brought joy into our lives. I love you Alpha Thierry Talik Ssali. Happy 10th birthday love." In her message, Zuena seems to be in shock that her own child has brought them that much happiness and joy, was it supposed to be otherwise now that she gave birth at such a tender age. The Super Star Green X-mas party was held on Sunday at Kololo Airstrip. Parents spent quality time with their kids as they had fun playing all day long. There were camel and horse rides, bouncing castles, water slides plus lots of entertainment. Kid-friendly restaurants were all over and of course lots of fizzy drinks. The weather was good for the water games. Zuku TV provided free video games, Toto magazines were on the house for those who felt like reading though, they were obstructed by crying kids who had got lost from their parents. There was a Zoo section that was manned by officials from Uganda Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC). In the zoo, you could find a lioness, leopard, ostrich plus a rare species of a monkey among others. The kids who were daring had photo sessions with a huge python, of course with the help of the UWEC officials. On stage, Bebe Cool's son, Alpha was the MC and occasionally pulling rare strokes as 'Kokodiosis' played in the background. NTV Life Stories host, Zuena Kirema had a stall selling cakes from her Zuena Pastries as Judith Heard and her twin daughters' were seated in the same tent. Later on, Zuena and JH together with their kids joined Alpha on stage with a huge cake from Zuena pastries that was served to the kids. Meanwhile, a host of other holiday makers were busy taking photos seated or stepping on Judith Heard's Bentley or the 'Big Size' Hummer2 that Zuena came driving. Ever since Zuena kicked off with her latest job as NTV Life Stories host, there has been growing criticism, both negative and positive from a section of viewers. But lately, many have come to her defence including her hubby, Bebe Cool Ssali who did not have kind words for a one Connie Nankya, a former Publicist for the collapsed Pioneer Easy Bus and a journalist with the Monitor newspaper. "Today, I will comment about my wife's Life Stories TV show following a very unfair article from Connie Nankya which seems to be personal.'' Bebe Cool is so bitter with the writer for choosing to attack the person of Zuena than criticising the show. A case in point is when she brings up the issue of how Zuena responded to questions from the beauty pageant panelists way back in 2001. It should be noted that Connie Nankya and Zuena were contestants in the same beauty pageant, and both were among the top five, but Zuena has come out 'bigger and better'. Bebe Cool is of the view that this is the reason behind the 'unfair article'. In a wall post that had 88 shares, 755 likes and 822 comments in just the first one hour, Bebe Cool unleashes his wrath on Connie by letting her know of how Zuena is way better than her; armed with two jobs, three kids, a husband compared to her who used to drink stagger and pass out. "Keep off my wife because if you were better than her, you should have been doing Life Stories," Bebe Cool concluded with his post that has left many on his side for coming to the rescue of his wife but also insisting that, he should get someone to manage his facebook profile. Bebe Cool spotted Zuena on the night of the pageant in 2001 where she was a runner-up. At the time, she was in her S.4 vacation. In 2003, she conceived their first born, Alfa. On Sept 22, 2003, when Zuena was six months pregnant, Bebe Cool called her at the Registrar's office for their civil wedding. It's that time of the year when streets of Kampala will be painted yellow all in the name of the now popular sport, MTN Marathon. Kiprotich is a true story with two gold medals (World and Olympic marathons) tagged to his name implying that we now have increased numbers of people trying to emulate the gold medalist. This Sunday, thousands will be running for water in this years' MTN 2013 Marathon. The free party was a celebration of the Gagamel page reaching the 100,000 fan mark. This called for a mega celebration and that was the business at Club Amnesia last night. Unfortunately, the venue was too small to accommodate large groups. Bebe Cool fans were clad in 100% Bebe Cool regalia as they danced to his tunes from the 'Bafudde' days to 'Coccidiosis'. To commemorate this day, Bebe Cool's wife, Zuena Kirema also the NTV Life Stories host made some finger lickin cakes which the fans enjoyed. Most of these fans, had to honour Bebe Cool's invitation because they are so loyal to the point that when BEBE makes a post, they hang on to the page for up to three hours just to see comments that come up. The couple has been together for 12 years now, though in 2009, Zue walked out on him for 9 months citing infidelity. They have three children, 2 boys and 1 girl. When word first broke out that Zuena had replaced Justine Nameere who had resigned, most fans of the show were like - will she manage! But at exactly 5pm on Sept 8, recordings of Zuena interviewing a disabled girl who had given birth to disabled children were on channel 283 for those on DSTV. She was fluent and in fact one would easily think that it was not her first time, she did it like an experienced TV host. One reason could have been that it was a recorded version and therefore easy to deal with what might have gone wrong before the final version, but anyway, this was just the first show, and so far so good. It reminded us of how Robin Kisti was just starting, you could tell it was her first time but with time, she got her grip on the screen and even danced 'NTV Kyakabi' and as they say, the rest is history. Mr.G aka Goofy has called for calm in the wake of Bobi Wine paying him to do the Clean and Out collaboration. This got to Bobi Wine who did not waste any time in telling the Kokodiosis singer off: "The bad mind is making you age so fast." Bad news travels like wildfire, so somehow, Mr. G got wind of this and very quickly intervened to rescue the situation. Mr. Swaggerific said that all talk that he was paid to do the 'Clean and Out' collaboration hit was hogwash. "People of Uganda this is Mr. G aka Goofy, let me clear the air this bull about Bobi Wine paying me money to record with me is nothing but crap, why is it when one of our brothers tries to move to the next level there is nothing but hatred coming from his fellow artiste and the supporters of that artiste. Jamaica's Mr. G concluded: "It is very sad in my eyes to see this going on, My African brothers and sisters lets join together to make this unity amongst the two countries a success everywhere in the world, the song has already started hitting in Jamaica, Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, let us be our brothers keeper, One Love until we meet again," Mr. G. Appearing on 93.3 KFM last Saturday during the Dance Party Show that was running from 8pm to 1am, Bebe Cool revealed to the listeners that the Serena based NTV had identified something unique in his wife Zuena Kirema and that she will soon be hosting a show that deals with trends, real life stories and family issues. Zuena has not been seen on TV before though she has been a part of Bebe Cool's Gagamel Crew with some songs to her name like 'Owa Boda' and 'Mata' which she did with Eighton and Rain, formerly of the Gagamel Crew. According to Bebe Cool's description, Life Stories, a show that is aired on Sunday evenings is what Zuena is likely to take replacing Justine Nameere who decided to resign using facebook. Bebe Cool further went on to reveal how his wife's business has moved on from just baking cakes to a Sabavulu of sorts. Her company now hires out chairs and tents plus bridal cars. The Gagamel boss and singer Bebe Cool real name Moses Ssali has quit smoking and drinking. The 'Coccidiosis' singer announced the good news yesterday on his wall to over 80,000 fans. The 'Tomalira Budde' singer was advised by his ear, nose and throat doctor, otherwise known as an ENT. "No more Shisha, alcohol for me and this has come at the right time when its Ramadan and I've always been trying to stop drinking." In his message, Bebe Cool admits that he's been trying to quit the habit but all in vain. However, this seems like having come at the wrong time bearing in mind its the month of Ramadan, so some of his fans think after August 7, Bebe Cool could resume taking his favourite drinks and pipe smoking. Bebe Cool's quitting booze and the pipe is certainly bad news to some members of the Gagamel Crew and others within his circles that have been hanging out with him. "So for all my friends who have been drinking with me, embrace a new Rasta." Last year, Zuena added cake baking to her CV through her Zuena Pastries and the business has since been growing. Today, while enjoying her milk shake and sponge cake at CafeJavas, Bebe Cool's boo just took a little piece of the sponge cake and within seconds, she noticed that the cakes she bakes at Zuena Pastries in Ntinda are far better than the ones at CafeJavas. "Comparing notes but I must admit my cakes are way tastier, no bragging." Now if Zuena's words are anything to go by, her phone should be buzzing by now with people placing orders for standard cakes and Ramadhan festival cookies. During McKenzie's birthday last month, Zuena was seen feeding him with a piece of a birthday cake that she made from Zuena Pastries but from the look on the birthday boy's face, you can tell that the cakes are yummy.

Last Saturday was another great night for revellers at the Namugongo top hang-out joint as Bebe Cool and wife, Zuena Kirema mixed tots as they served guests. Beer guzzling fans were seen making several rounds to the counter just to get the opportunity of being served by none other than Zuena who did her thing under the close supervision of the 'Coccidiosis' singer. Some fans who included foreign based Uganda Cranes stars were heard saying that if these two were the bartenders for the spot, it would be one of the best places to hangout in town. This was the first theme night dubbed ''Star-Tender'' which will see stars taking over the bar as the bartender's for the night. Half of the proceeds that night were donated to 40-40, an orphanage in Kyebando the following day. On reaching home, the couple normally settles to count their days' earnings. Initially Zuena thought it was a different currency, but on looking closely, some of the 'paper notes' were not money but chits with phone numbers and love notes from different babes. According to Zuena, this has got to alarming levels that she had to share it on her wall: "Ehhh gals of these days can 'dry' themselves instead of putting money in a musician's pocket while on stage they put love notes & their phone numbers bambi they don't know that we read them together & laugh off with my Bebe Cool hihihihihi." The mom of three has been quick to clear the space through her wall and this is her response. Zuena was in the company of the Gagamel manager Tick Tah who went with her to pick Bebe's two awards that included: Aritste of the year and Best Reggae Artiste. Bobi Wine and Chameleone got one award each. As Owa Boda singer left Theatre Labonita a few minutes past mid-night (Feb10), she encountered a nasty road experience that has still left her in shock several hours later. One drunk fellow behind a wheel that looked like a Toyota Ipsum drove recklessly almost ramming into the Big Size Hummer leaving Zuena screaming for her life. In a message off her wall this Wednesday; "Zuena Pastries Now Open", she has already received orders for birthday cakes slated for next month. While responding to one who was asking how much the cakes cost, Zuena said that it depends on the size. Zuena Kirema is engaged to Bebe Cool (Moses Ssali) while Barbie (Barbara Itungo) is married to Bobi Wine(Robert Kyagulanyi) and last but not least is Daniella Atim, who is married to Jose Chameleone (Joseph Mayanja). Yesterday, we told of how Bebe Cool attacked his 'neighbours' in which one failed to perform at the Olympics and the other bought a canoe and was yet to start fishing at Busabala Beach. Zuena Kirema is one of the happiest mom's on mother's day after giving birth to a bouncing baby boy three months after Chameleone got his third child. Bebe Cool who had a show in Dubai could not hide his joy. "I would like to thank all those who have seen my family through the seven months of Alpha's eye problem and being there for Zuena till today when she finally delivered a baby boy safely."  Early in the week in Nairobi, a cheating couple was stuck together for hours up to a time when the cheating man agreed to pay a compensation to the tune of Kshs 20,000 approximately Ugx 600,000 then a pastor said a prayer and the two were separated. Zuena, Barbie and Daniella are wives to the big names in the music industry but then again, Zuena has decided to put on Bebe's shoes by joining the music industry as the other two take care of the kids and their husbands. The last time we heard of Zuena was when she performed during the Black Gal party at Club Rouge a few weeks back but that was just that. Zuena has just released her second track 'Owa Boda' which is likely to do very well on the charts in the next few weeks. In the song, you clearly see Zuena's music potential beginning to unfold. A few weeks Bebe made a posting on his wall which did not go down well with his fans because they retaliated like a Tsunami in response to his posting and of course Zuena was in the background watching the events unfold and learnt a thing or two. The lesson she leant was to be very careful with what you post on your wall. Making a post before getting your facts right is one thing but realizing that the posting is bad and you have to deal with the situation in a manner which is civil is the other. Kampala was swept with a wave of pre-ticked votes in favor of mayoral candidate Peter Sematimba and had been stuffed in ballot boxes. These complaints were registered at the National Library, Bat Vallley and National Theatre forcing the Electoral Commission to swing into action and the next thing we heard was, Kampala Mayoral Polls Cancelled. This was at about 1:00pm and of course a number of people across the city were in the queue's waiting to cast their votes while others were making their way to the respective polling stations. So it was clear a section of people did not have a clue the poll had been cancelled and therefore postponed to a future date that was to be communicated by the EC. Zuena was clad in some attire that left many gazing at her as opposed to monitoring the poll, she reached out for her iPAD and noticed that of the latest messages she had, one was saying the elections had been cancelled. She straight away responded to the message and said, "Whoever hasn't voted please go and vote for your mayor, people are being lied to that the elections have been postponed due to Sema stealing votes so as to confuse voters, those are lies" This attracted an outburst from a section of her followers but notable among them was Sembatya Hakim who started off by abusing Zuena branding her a thief. Zuena wrote back in a polite manner, "@ Hakim u don't need to use that language here, we're all concerned citizens" One Robert Rubi wrote, "Guyz don't be hard on Zuena, she was mis informed so give her a break" This is when Zuena closed this thread and wrote: "I think this chapter is closed" and left the rest to utter whatever they chose to say on the matter. It is at this point that Bad Black Zuena's latest friend came in to her rescue and started unleashing all sorts of verbal diarrhea to Hakim who by now had coiled his tail in between his legs. Desire Given a Run for Her Money - It all started when Desire went to the UK for her birthday party a few months back and being a celeb she is, fans were posing with her for photo shoots and one of them happened to be Julie Kaka. Big Momma Treat at PAM Awards - This actually happened on Nov 6 during the PAM Awards where Straka was one of the MCs during the award giving ceremony. She had her theme which was the 'Girl Child' and she kept on running a good campaign about the girl child on matters to do with defilement, educate the girls as opposed to keeping them in the kitchen and so forth which was very okay per say. She however killed it when she tried to dress like a school girl fat as she is, tried to dance around and in the process revealing what was better off leaving back stage. Bebe Cool and Zuena were discharged from Kadic Hospital last Friday and they continue receiving medication from home. As fate would have it, Bebe Cool was shot in the wee hours of the following morning and since then, Zuena has not been able to make any postings on her facebook wall. The next posting she made was this Thursday after being visited by the President saying: "Thx to everyone who has showed me & ma husband love & support,the President H.E YOWERI KAGUTA MUSEVENI visited us tonight & we r so honoured.thx for the prayers he's improving day by day."
