Irene Ntale was this morning appearing on 100.2 Galaxy FM to premiere her latest song, Twelageko, which has a message for those who don't wish her well.
The show started off with Omukwano Gwe Kiiro and then crossed to Sembera, a song written by Moze Radio. Irene was quick to acknowledge that she had an amazing 2016 and the highlight of last year was her concert.
"I had people that believed in me so much ranging from my family, Swangz Avenue and the fans are the people who have got me where Iam today.."
"My growth comes from persistence, consistence and listening to criticism, I also listen a lot." Irene added.
Fresh from Rwanda where she had three shows, Irene revealed that she might do something with DJ Pius of the A-Gatak.O fame.
Going forward after Swangz Avenue - Irene said that at 28, she has learnt a lot from her managers and it was time to take care of herself and apart from the words people are saying, all is good..."I know who Iam and I'm ready to work and I feel like it's going to be a lot better than it was."
The show hosts asked her about her skin complexion, she confirmed that oh yes she was a lot darker four years back but now after some money, she has turned lighter and looks a lot better...
"Twelageko is my first release 2017, Can't wait for you to hear it!!! It's my Baby, my first decision!!"
In the song, she seems to have a message for those who don't wish her well and goes on to remind them that she will overcome all the hurdles.
Irene is behind songs like; Stay with me, Gyobera, Sembera, Otubatisa, He Go Down, Oli Ndaba, Bikoola, Smile Uganda, Monopoly, Critical Emergency among others
