President Museveni has released the latest Ugandan Cabinet list comprising of 80 Ministers, 31 are Cabinet Ministers while 49 are Ministers of State. Uganda Federal Alliance founder, Betty Kamya, has been appointed as Minister for Kampala City while Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi who contested for the Kampala Woman MP on a DP ticket is the new Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs. Uganda People's Congress Betty Amongi has been appointed a Cabinet Minister of Lands, Housing and Urban Development while Hon. Ruth Achieng is Minister of State for Fisheries. Notables off the list are long serving Ministers who lost in the just concluded parliamentary elections and these are; Former Defence Minister Crispus Kiyonga, Jessica Alupo, Henry Kajura, Daudi Migereko, Abraham Byandaala and Jim Muhwezi. Hon. Janet Kataaha Museveni has replaced Jessica Alupo as Minister of Education and Sports.
