Ivan at Jinja Road Police station
Rich Gang president, Ivan Semwanga, is battling with a theft case of an iPhone6 and other items worth shs 46 million.

Zari's ex who was today released on police bond will report to Jinja road police station on January 6, 2016. If Ivan had plans of leaving earlier than that, he could probably end up going by road as his passport has been retained by police authorities as part of the police bond conditions.

Businessman and car dealer, Gadafi Sadat Serusiba, who happens to be a very close friend of Diamond Platnumz is the complainant in this case. Efforts of trying to solve the case out-of-court failed between these two as both sides tried to outdo each other, it will be court to sort them out.

Sadat who came cruising his black Hummer to Jinja road police station noted in a statement that Ivan along with his bouncers at Guvnor beat him up and also stole his money. Their scuffle dates way back in 2014 when Ivan held babes that Sadat was hanging out with in the waists telling them that why hang out with broke dudes when he was around!

On  asking Ivan to back off, his bouncers swung into action, beat him up and in the process, he lost his Iphone6, dollars 6,000 and shs 3million. He also lost his wrist watch valued at USD 10,000. They also squeezed his b.alls. The case is filed under number: GEF/110/2015.

On being released, Ivan was driven off in a black Land Cruiser Cygnus  UAX series..
