Diamond's latest love song, UTANIPENDA, which means: 'Would You Love Me' is similar to R. City's Locked Away. In the song, the Tanzanian singer asks Zari if she will still be there for him when all over a sudden he becomes broke and returns to his village home in Tandale, Kinondoni District in Dar-es-Salaam.
The video was uploaded last Friday on YouTube, but six days later, it has over half a million views and 10,000 likes. He goes on to say that if he is in debt and sells off his State House, radio and TV stations stop playing his music, the fans who used to praise him now just abuse him on Instagram, would you still love me? He asks.
In the video, there is a babe cruising a Mark X, she looks exactly like Diamomd Platnumz ex, Wema Sepetu, she drives through dirty water spraying Diamond who was walking on the side of the road.
Platnumz does not forget the Tabloids which he says are good at exaggerating, they will not spare him the moment Zari dumps him, he asks Zari that in her prayers, she should pray so hard that her husband does not end up a joke on the streets.
A sweet friend of today is a great enemy of tomorrow, Tell me would you still love me, the camera's switch to Zari whose nodding indicates YES!! Their baby, Tiffah Dangote and Platnumz mom also appear in the video seeking for help from ex-President Jakaya Kikwete's gate for help but they are chased away now that Platnumz Dee is a nobody.
Zari will be in Uganda any minute from now ahead of her Zari All White Party tomorrow. "See you in a bit Uganda #ZariAllWhiteCirocParty this Thursday 17 Dec 2015 at Guvnor Uganda," was her tweet 20 hours back.
Utanipenda is one of the songs that Diamond Platnumz will perform at the Born to Win Concert with Pato Ranking this Friday at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
