TV host, news anchor and radio personality, Flavia Tumusiime, has so far shared 8 days of her '30 days of Flavia Tumusiime' series and she reveals, it's not been an easy run to get where she is, such is life. She started her career as a teen, to be exact, she was 14 when she started working with WBS TV as a Teen's Club show host moved to Hot 100 radio before joining Capital FM. Other than that, she is a model, actress, Channel O VJ and the first East African to host Africa's favorite reality TV show, Big Brother Africa in 2012. On Day 1 - Flavia revealed how she crossed from Hot 100 to Capital FM. Flavia who was 18 then was asked to quit and join 91.3 Capital FM, she declined saying she loved the music and was relating well with the Hot 100 team. "If you want to be successful in the next years and build any sort of career, make a decision based on what you will want in the future and not what you like today," her then new boss to be said, Flavia later signed. "Word of advise, even if you are at your last grain of strength, never show desperation. Be confident that the best asset is you and with that, you can acquire anything else.."
