Anne Kansiime apologizes to South African fans

Comedienne, Anne Kansiime was yesterday performing for her South African fans during the Star QT Awards premiere at Johannesburg Hall. However, she says for the very first time in her career, she bled for her fans.

First, she got to the venue three hours late only to be welcomed by what she is terming as amateur organization, poor sound and to crown it all, a very unapologetic and unremorseful promoter.

"It was beyond my control but still no excuse whatsoever for how everything turned out, I just want to apologize deeply and sincerely for the disappointment."

One fan who attended the show had this to say:

"I was so disappointed with the organizers. Sound was tested when we were there. They are lots of venues that they were supposed to book for your show. We paid a lot of money but given a cheap venue, poor sound system."

I will attend your next show, hopefully you will get professional organizers who don’t just want to make profit and give audience bad service. Thank you for the apology even if it’s not your fault..."
