Golden Production member, Stecia Mayanja, is heart broken after her parents rejected her husband hours to the wedding. The wedding was to take place today (Mar 14) at UMA Show grounds, but event organizers, invited guests plus those who contributed are now stuck.
The parents say that Abbas Mubiru is a 'Mufeere', fraudster. "That man did not contribute a penny, all the money came from friends and relatives. To add insult to injury, this man did not bring anything on the pre-introduction ceremony, otherwise known as Okukyala."
"We expected him as early as 1 o'clock but he came at 7pm, besides, he did not carry with him any gift items, I cannot allow my daughter to go with such a man, " Stecia's mom said.
Early in the week, the two (Abbas, Stecia) held their stag party at Guvnor and the Equalizer singer told her guests that this time round, she is not looking back. Fellow singers who left Eagles Production to join De Nu Eagles were all happy for her on this milestone, and could not wait for this but it has sadly ended this way.
The Men in Stecia's life:
Her first man was Meddie who was then attached to General Mega Dee's Afande Records, they have a child together. Next she switched to Charles Sekyewa whom she met in the then Eagles Production.
Things did not work out only to hook Fred Kitaka who was so into her, they also have a child together. This one actually bought her a Toyota Harrier, but when they fell out the car was returned to the bond.
Abbas Mubiru was now the man enjoying Stecia's Kitone and today, they were to blessed in church, but Stecia's mom was like over my dead body. She apologized to all those that had contributed towards the wedding but also added that she cannot let her daughter end up with such a man. She also appealed to other women that before they make such commitments, they should know who they are marrying.
