Another Tape Leaks as Kasumali is arrested Businessman Ongom Kigozi aka Kasumaali was today morning arrested on the orders of Fr. Simon Lokodo, the Minister in charge of Ethics and Integrity. Sanyu Mweruka who was summoned by the minister yesterday told him that Kizito Ongom was demanding for fifteen million shillings not to leak the tape.
