Tycoon SK Mbuga is all excited on completing his other mansion. The South African based Ugandan tycoon, whose love for Hummers cannot be equated to anything told close friends that he is all set for the house warming of his latest crib.

"The convoy is ready. 4 Hummers, from SK Mbuga 1 to SK Mbuga 4 and 1BMW convertible and a Range Rover Sport as a birthday gift for my love. It's swagger holiday," The tycoon wrote while inviting one of his close pal.

Just recently, he gave the BMW convertible to Leila after adding a Range Rover Sport to his fleet. All is set for Jan.01.2014 which happens to be Leila Kayondo's birthday on turning (24).

The two-in-one celebration is a combination of the house warming and his love's birthday more so, happening on new years' day has been branded as the 'Swagger Holiday.'

It's a new year, new crib and the birthday girl will also be the main performer on that day. The former Dream Galz member has had a few collaboration songs that include: 'One Moment' with GNL Zamba and 'Hooray' with Jose Chameleone. 'Awo' is her latest single and is doing well on both radio and TV stations.
