Esther Nabaasa in War with Kaweesa Over Yoga Yoga

The Tusker Project Fame 2 Winner is at war with Richard Kaweesa over the Official Jubilee Song, Yoga Yoga Uganda.

The official Golden Jubilee song was launched on (Sep 5) but less than 72 hours later, one of the featured artistes is up in arms over what she is terming as unfairness. Esther Nabaasa aka Estar is not a happy woman after Kaweesa is being looked at as the brain behind the Yoga Yoga Uganda song.

Speaking to Vision based X-FM 94.8 on Thursday (Sep 6) evening, Estar threatened to take this to another level unless something is done to change this. The 'Omutima Gwange' Star says that she did most of the work as far as the 'Yoga Yoga' song is concerned but to her surprise, the Spirit of Africa Ltd owned by Richard Kaweesa is taking all the credit.

Other artistes who are featured in the song are Barbara Kayaga, Hum Kay and Ruyonga who equally played a big role according to Estar.

Estar, a mother of one will be launching her latest album in 2013. In 2008, Esther Nabaasa won the TPF 2 top prize to which she got a contract to record with South African based Galo records on top of a cash prize of over Shs100m.
