On Friday, Ugandans went to cast their votes for the next president and MP's and so far the provisional results that have been released by the Electoral Commission have put the incumbent in an early lead. The latest results are as follows:
The latest results were released before 7am on Sunday morning. In Jinja, Harry Kasigwa of FDC has lost to NRM's Moses Balyeku. In a related development, Nathan Igeme Nabeta won with a small margin. In a matter of hours, the Electoral Commission will be announcing the winner though from the provisional results, it is very clear on who the winner is. This will be the third time Dr. Kizza Besigye is loosing to Museveni.
