Uganda is safe as Davies and Rachel survived being on probation this week after Aneth and Gaga left the academy yesterday. Last Sunday, Rachel's performance was the best and this Sunday yet again another Ugandan Davies moved the crowd as he did Tabu ley's 'Muzina'.

The show kicked off with Msechu followed by Uganda's Rachel who did Yvone Chaka Chaka's 'I'm in Love with the DJ' a performance that thrilled all the three judges. It is not easy to impress Ian but he said this was th best performances of all time.

Gaelle from Rwanda followed with a Swahili track which judge Hermes and Juliana said was okay but with low vocals but judge Ian from Kenya simply said, "Gaelle you are gorgeous" and did not comment on her singing. Now this is not a beauty contest, it is a singing contest, so Ian remarks were open ended and Gaelle got the message loud and clear.

Stevo followed with 'Mario' backed up by Davies and this was another good performance to which judge Hermes said, "You have killed it" and Juliana added this was a spectacular performance and the not so easy to please Ian was also pleased as he said, "It was a fantastic song and you chose your genre''.

Gabiro who was saved by fellow contestants yesterday followed with a fairly good performance in my view and to this Juliana sided with me but when it came to judge Hermes, he said NO as Ian descended on him by watering him down.  Ian added that fellow contestants brought him back because he was the weakest of all so they could have a fair run in the game.

Amileena followed but the judges had to be calm with her now that she had a problem with her throat before Paleki who Ian out rightly told her performance was BAD!!!

The last performance was by none other than Davies Hillary Ntare from Uganda who took the crowd by storm with Muzina by Tabu Ley. Judge Hermes from Tanzania said it was War, Juliana from Uganda said WOWWW as Ian concluded by saying, it was the toothless who were not smiling otherwise everyone liked his version of Muzina.
