Stella Nyanzi, the most visited Luzira inmate
Friends and relatives are allowed two days in a week to visit inmates at Luzira prison. Tuesday and Thursday are the days. Makerere Research Fellow Dr. Stella Nyanzi was remanded last Monday to Luzira prison but the following day, the visitors book was flooded with Stella Nyanzi visitors.
On Thursday, the same thing happened as Stella Nyanzi had the highest number of visitors and on other days, she keeps busy by teaching inmates English and Science.
"Since morning, she has received visitors and the book is full of Stella Nyanzi's name as the prisoner that everyone is coming to see. She is not alone! We delivered her groceries for the Easter season and one of the lady officer said eh! that's a lot, will she finish them? I said Stella is a caring mother she will share with the prisoners and of course you too," a close pal that went to check on her noted.
Meanwhile, Andrew Mwenda of the Independent Magazine had this to say: "My advice to the government is that they should release Dr. Stella Nyanzi because she is now international news. What the government is trying to hide and possibly teach the younger generation, they are instead amplifying. The most common newspapers in America have written over 10 articles about Stella Nyanzi's arrest."

Nyanzi teaching inmates Science and English
While in confinement, Stella Nyanzi has continued to make herself busy by teaching inmates Science and English, a source operating her Facebook page from the United States noted.
"Several people went to visit Stella in Luzira today. We learnt that, in typical Stella approach, she has taken on teaching her fellow inmates P.3 Science as well as Secondary School level English."
"Stella says she is determined to make herself useful even while in confinement. She refuses to let the system break the fighter in her and is channeling her energy into sharing her knowledge with inmates who are interested in learning."
"She is also spending her spare time reading books and writing poetry. She continues to proudly wear the label of truth teller and says that even behind bars, she will put forward her two cents to bettering Uganda."
The inmates who were not having access to her online posts are having those 'P.3 Science feeds' live.
Stella was arrested last Friday and on Monday, she was produced in court where they read her charges of disturbing the peace of the President, the Research Fellow was later remanded to Luzira Prison until April 25 when court will hear her plea for bail.

Stella Nyanzi remanded to Luzira Prison
Makerere Research Fellow, Dr. Stella Nyanzi, 42, was produced in court on Monday, April 10 on charges of Cyber Harassment and Offensive Communication.
The charges stem from the posts she's been making on her Facebook page in the past few days. According to the charge sheet, On Jan 28, using her Facebook page, Nyanzi referred to the President as a "pair of buttocks" and between January and March, the posts she's been making were intended to disturb the peace, quiet or the right of privacy of the President.
She denied both charges, saying her posts highlight problems faced by Ugandans.
The prosecution demanded that the accused be subjected to a thorough medical check before they could proceed with her case, citing how she once undressed, but her lawyers objected to this move.
Stella was remanded to Luzira prison until April 25 but even in court, she continued being her usual self though very careful with the words she used in court.

Police confirms the arrest of Stella Nyanzi
Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Emilian Kayima, has confirmed the arrest of Makerere University research fellow, Dr. Stella Nyanzi.
Stella was yesterday picked up by plain clothes operatives from Mackinon Suites where she was a Guest Speaker at a Rotary event that required all the participants to at least come with a pad as a condition to access the venue.
"I am a die-hard Facebooker who loudly speaks my mind based on my banal experiences of life," Is a statement off her facebook page describing who she is and that is what you get on her wall. Nyanzi who is currently at Kira Police will be produced in court on Monday, April 10, 2017 on the account of Cyber Harrassment and Offensive Communication.
Stella's troubles start when she called the First Lady Janet Museveni names, but she forgave her, however, this was not enough to stop the die-hard facebooker, in fact, she just unleashed more venom after this while assuring the Minister of Education that there was no need of forgiving her as she had not sought for her forgiveness.
Shortly after her arrest the above post was made on her wall confirming that indeed, she had been arrested and since then, no additional posts have been made. One thing is for sure, Stella knew she was going to be arrested anyway because according to the police spokesperson, she had been warned several times against the posts she has been making lately on social media but kept a deaf ear.

The First Lady Janet Museveni has forgiven Dr. Stella Nyanzi after a facebook post that went viral.
In a strongly worded post, Stella called the First Lady names in her usual style of writing saying she was detached from reality. In an exclusive interview with NTV Uganda, the First Lady wondered what is it she had done to warrant that sort of outburst and tone from Stella Nyanzi.
"I have received reports about Dr Stella Nyanzi insulting me. I don't know what wrong I committed to deserve that kind of language and abuse. However, I want to tell Ugandans that I forgive her," Janet Kataha Museveni said.
"I reject her forgiveness, did I seek for it? Does she think she is a Roman Catholic Priest?
"Before you forgive me, forgive yourself. I am a 'Nalongo' of the big wide V...... You can never forgive me, I reject the forgiveness."
The first time Stella attacked the First Lady was when she said that the government did not have enough funds to cater for sanitary pads for girls in school and yet this was one of the pledges the President had made while campaigning.
Stella was summoned by CID over that post and days later, she was set to travel to the Netherlands but was stopped while checking in.
Stella bounced back with even a worse off post than the earlier one and forgiving her has even made matters worse, the lyricist has engaged a top gear.

Stella Nyanzi blocked from travelling abroad
Security operatives have blocked Dr. Stella Nyanzi from leaving the country. The embattled research fellow who was suspended from Makerere University for undressing was back in the news this time, attacking the First Lady, Janet Museveni over her remarks that government did not have enough funds to provide sanitary pads for all the girls in school.
"Immigration officers seized and confiscated my passport including a valid Schengen visa to the Netherlands, and my boarding passes. After intense hushed consultations on cell phone, they instructed me to go back to CID in order to get clearance for any travel."
When Stella asked why she was being stopped from travelling and yet didn't have any travel bans, officials told her that the complainant who had issued summons of alleged Offensive Communication and Cyber Harassment had also issued executive orders against her travel outside the country.
"Shame on those violating my freedom of movement and abusing my right to practice my academic profession," she added.
Following the Kaweesi murder, the President has ordered that surveillance camera's be installed in the city centre and major highways to curb crime, however, Stella using her social media portfolio wondered how government could afford CCTV cameras when they cannot afford sanitary pads.

When to talk about s3x or how to use a condom between parents and their children is the topic many tend to shy away from but controversial Dr. Stella Nyanzi will do it with ease and in a matter of seconds, she will be asking if the child has any areas that need to be clarified.
"I had the 'condom talk' with my eleven-year-old daughter. I explained the dangers of unprotected s.e.x, without blinking. Feeling like a Ninja-Warrior, I pulled out a packet of black condoms. She asked about the color. I told her I preferred condoms that look like the real thing. Luckily, she did not ask for details about the colors of things."
"So I talked about the tip of the condom and how it is important to squeeze out the air before rolling it up the waiting specimen. We practiced squeezing gently in order not to tear the tip."
"And then I talked about disposing of the condom after using it. I was careful not to leave out any age-appropriate detail of condom-use for my darling daughter. And then I asked if she had any question."
When they switched to the Q&A session, the daughter asked how big it can be when blown with air. In the pic, Nyanzi is seen doing just that.
Away from the condom talk, the MISR researcher who is still on suspension for gross misconduct is all smiling following a shouting headline; 'Makerere VC Kicks out Prof. Mamdan.' It should be recalled that Prof. Mamdan was the reason she undressed protesting various issues at Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR).

Dr. Stella Nyanzi, the controversial Makerere University scholar who recently undressed to have her office opened is back in the news, not for undressing, though she could do so if she chooses to. Nyanzi, a medical anthropologist with a PhD from the University of London has been denied a UK Visa.
The reason for Nyanzi being barred from entering the UK stems from her recent troubles that left her undressing and uttering all sorts of words that cannot be reproduced on these pages.
Having been in and out of the UK several times and having 7 passports was not enough to help situations.

"When your passport returns from the British Embassy after your travel dates are past! AND your application for a visa is denied!! AND the reasons for the refusal of the visa are totally stupid!!! It must require one to be very thick-headed and paranoid to be this UK-visa officer."
"I was booked to fly to Cambridge for a conference on Monday of this week. My passport was not ready in time for my flight. So I cancelled the trip. I am not that keen on the cold weather, polluted air, congestion, non-familiar foods, accents and high costs for foul inorganic stuff in the UK."
Why VISA was not issued
"You have declared that you are employed as a Research Fellow for Makerere University, earning 3,000,000 UGX (£608) per month. However, checks by our office have revealed that you are currently the subject of disciplinary action for gross misconduct and insubordination from the university...
The 42-year-old concludes, "I have been in and out of that god-forsaken country a million times. I always return home. That is why I have a thick wad of passports. I love Uganda much much much! Why would I want to stay in the UK? Why would anyone think the UK is better than Uganda?"

Stella Nyanzi, Pastor Ngabo and the Lord Mayor elect Erias Lukwago were among those who were arrested on Tuesday after defying orders to hold prayers at the FDC offices. On being released, the FDC stalwart hit her wall to narrate her ordeal.
"I spent the night on the floor of a tiny dark smelly horrible police cell with thirteen other women. I will be writing about my experiences of the shocking horror facing women suspects locked up in Katwe Police Station, for a long time."
"We were arraigned in court this afternoon (May 4), got released on bail and I am lucky to be sleeping in my huge soft bed at home, after a deep long warm bath."
This morning, she told whoever cared to know that she will be part of the FDC supporters marching towards Nakivubo for the peaceful demonstration which police has warned the public not to associate with.

If you thought Stella Nyanzi's issues were only to do with her MISR job, then you are dead wrong. She has now taken on her relatives (uncle, auntie and granny) who appeared on telly apologizing for her actions. She undressed before the public the expulsion from her office by Prof. Mamdani.
"I celebrate my use of nu.dity, obscenity and profanity to protest against six years of the brutal rape and sodomization of my employment contract."
Now, wiseacre relatives who are clueless and distant to me are going into the limelight of the cameras to 'apologise to the public on behalf of the family'. I am neither apologetic nor regretful about my n.ude profane and obscene protest.
She goes on to call them impostors as they were not there for her when she lost both parents in just one year.
"Did you ever apologise to the foreign public for the time you were found abroad when insane and stark n.aked because of schizophrenia? Why did you feel the need to undo what I am doing? Auntie Susan Bidandi Ssali, nvako. Tomanyira. Nja kukwanika mu lwattu bwewakumpanya Mummy essente ze ezettaka okutuusa lw'eyagenda emagombe. Nzungira ko mpola."
She then went on to attack her uncle who she wondered why he was on telly apologizing on behalf of the family when he never did after being busted for trying to commit incest. The grand ma was not spared either, she is responsible for years of immense pain and suffering..Stella threatened to unleash more if they did not keep to their lanes.

The MISR research fellow, Stella Nyanzi who was suspended for 25 days to allow investigations in matters that led her to undress has threatened to take her clothes off again if Prof. Mahmood Mamdani is not suspended too.
Stella Nyanzi undressed at the start of last week claiming that it was the only way her bosses could hear her out in the stand off between her and MISR Executive Director Prof. Mamdani, not so sure if that was the best approach as the Makerere University Appointments Board has ordered for her immediate suspension.
The mom of three is not yet done, she has now promised to undress and this time from the Freedom Square of Makerere University.
"Rather than penalize Mahmood Mamdani for variously injuring me, the Appointments Board suspended me. I am going to undress myself at the Freedom Square of Makerere University, if Mahmood Mamdani is not suspended in equal measure."
Many have been urging her to keep her clothes on and instead use other means to address her issues with Prof. Mamdani. "By undressing you are ashaming us as all women," one lady wrote. "That is your opinion," Nyanzi replied.
Meanwhile, yesterday, was a double celebration for her as her twin boys added another day on April 22, which is also the same birth date as FDC's Kizza Besigye, she was also celebrating her facebook account being reinstated following a short ban for obvious reasons.

Bebe Cool is on record for giving his views on literally everything with his recent being a post on MP's who are seeking to amend the income tax act to have them exempted from paying taxes on allowances.
The Stella Nyanzi undressing saga has been the talk-of-the town since Monday and as expected, Bebe Cool, would have added his voice like he has done to many other burning issues. Bebe Cool in particular was bitter with the dude that leaked Anita Fabiola's pics.
On Monday, those around the MISR offices in Makerere were treated to free drama when Stella Nyanzi, a mother of three, twins inclusive undressed before the public protesting the closure of her office, the trick worked because minutes later, she gained access to her office.
It has emerged that Dr. Nyanzi's and Bebe Cool's mothers are sisters which makes the DeDe singer and the MISR researcher cousins and that seals it.
The first time when the President did not attend the presidential debate, Bebe came out to explain why and his reason was the majority of Ugandans don't understand English, but when the President showed up for the second debate, Bebe was lost for words, he rushed to studio and 'Ki Ekiganye' was the song he worked on.
Just like his sister Stella Nyanzi is a mother of twins, Bebe Cool now says his twins, Dede and Ki Ekiganye are coming soon.

The Makerere don who stripped yesterday to gain access to her office is now back on facebook after her account was deactivated for the explicit pics and vid she had posted. the account was reinstated after she deleted them.
"I am very thankful for my friends and followers who stood in solidarity with me in the battle for my office."
"I thank every one who publicised, liked, shared, re-posted, tweeted, retweeted, quoted, blogged, trolled, counter-trolled, emoticoned, discussed, watsapped, flikred, instagrammed, pinged, spinned, built traffic or took any other form of social justice activism in my defense on social media. Thank you for loving me."
"I thank you for bearing and carrying the sight of my umm... big fat flabby breasts, my scarred swollen swanky stomach, and the be-dimpled bare butto.cks brought out in my struggle. After seeing my boyoyo, no one has a reason to feel bad about their bodies anymore. Celebrate your bodily beauty! I praise God for my beautiful body each hour."
"And most certainly, I thank Facebook for empowering the powerless with a tool so powerful that it exposed and broke down my six-year old battle against work-place violations."

"I showed him my nu.dity and the office was opened..."
This morning, Stella Nyanzi, 41, the Makerere Institute of Social Research (MISR) researcher stripped all her clothes off on finding her office locked for a third day in a row. The head of the Institute Prof. Mahmood Mamdani, 70, ordered her eviction over failure to abide by the new MISR policies.
Before Stella could undress, she had this to say; "Iam fighting this blatant abuse of my labour rights, to my death. Public servants need protection from violent abusive employers."
Nyanzi also got a padlock and chained herself at the entrance leading to Mamdani's office but this did not work either as Mamdani shot back with a placard:
"I evict permanent staff from public university offices because I'm big and powerful. My PhD teaching program must use up all the space."
The controversial Stella Nyanzi resorted to plan, B, she took off all her clothes exposing her nu.dity to the public as she hurled all sorts of insults. It was then that the university authorities bowed to pressure and opened her office.
However, the Minister of Ethics and Integrity, Fr. Simon Lokodo has ordered for her arrest under the new Anti-Pornographic act.
