Bebe Cool explains why Ugandan artists are not listed on the Forbes' Rich list
Forbes in their May issue released a list of top ten richest artistes in Africa, our Ugandan entertainers were not among them. The list featured Nigerian artists who included; Davido, WizKid, Don Jazzy among others. It also had Hugh Masekela and DJ Black Coffee from South Africa. Senegalese-American, Akon, was top on the list.
One publication featured the article branding Ugandans as broke, but the Mbozi Za Malwa singer, Bebe Cool had a different view.
"We are not broke, We are just clever."
"Before you compare Ugandan artists to America, Nigeria, South Africa and others of the kind, find out which of those countries have had civil wars in the last 70 years and what are the effects of civil wars. Know the size and population versus it's economy before you disrespect Ugandan artists," Bebe Cool noted.
Bebe Cool, Chameleone and Bobi Wine can still pass as the top artistes for now, but they all seem to agree that having music as your only source of income in this country is a bit of a trick. This morning, as he talked about his MP aspirations for Kyadondo East parliamentary seat, Bobi Wine noted that he employs over 200 people at his various businesses.
Kenya's Tourism Ambassador, Eddy Kenzo, on the other hand, seems to be beating the odds with his strategy of breaking ground in regional and international markets clearly confirming that, there's quite a lot that needs to be done when it comes to promoting music.
Short of that, Bebe Cool is still doing very well by Ugandan standards, if his 400Million Merc birthday present to his wife, Zuena is anything to go by. He also has rentals, and a Hummer among others.

I don't care who Kenzo hangs with-Rema Namakula
In this short clip, Rema Namakula revealed she was not so into Kenzo, afterall.
The Bukedde host asked her;
Host: What do you do to look this cute?
Host: Aren't you worried about your hubby's movements?
Now, this kind of attitude has left many of their fans worried, that Rema doesn't care about who Kenzo hangs with is proof enough that the romantic love spark between these two is no more.
Matters are made worse when she tells the camera man to focus the lens very closely on her while driving this point home...Me Rema Namakula, I don't care....
If Rema was so into Kenzo, she could be concerned that her baby daddy is hanging out with another babe, but coming out on telly and telling whoever cares that she is not bothered a single bit about what her hubby does is in itself worrying.
Meanwhile, this could be so because of Eddy Kenzo's busy schedule. Kenzo is really busy and it's understandable, but there's need to pay attention to this attitude that Rema is proudly displaying.
Just recently, she celebrated her birthday without Kenzo who had a performance out of the country, he sent her message using social media.
The caption of this hot curves revealing pic seems to suggest that all is not well.."Love your self more because it's only you that totally knows and understands your worth."

Chameleone to celebrate birthday at Cayenne
Star singer Jose Chameleone will tomorrow turn 38 and the birthday bash will be held at Cayenne. The singer has been touring various radio stations in the last few days answering questions from fans. The top most question has been whether or not Daniella is back.
The Sweet Banana singer assured his fans that Daniella is back and will actually attend his birthday bash at Cayenne. Yesterday, he was on NTV and today, the husky voiced singer was on Dembe FM that was broadcasting live at Bat Valley, he told the listeners and those in attendance that it's not right to compare a cat to a lion.
This was after some show hosts and those in the crowd told him of how Kenzo and David Lutalo were better than him. "Yes, I'm not number one anymore, I'm in the 100th position. They are good singers but you should not compare a cat to a lion.
He went to on to tell the listeners how he has over 30,000 fans in Uganda alone and he sings for those in the age bracket of 8-65. The youngsters can enjoy Double Trouble while those above 60 can enjoy Siri Mujawo. So when I take long without releasing a hit, the fans should understand.

The Sibya Mukisa singer, Rema Namakula, has showed off her valentine's gift for the first time. It's a white and black Merc-CLK.
She is joined by baby daddy, Eddy Kenzo, who attributes all his success to Allah. In the parking lot is the Big Talent Crew black van which leads the way just in case Kenzo has to be picked from the airport after winning a BET award or something similar as a result of his music.
Next is a Prado TX for the Dagala singer himself and a Merc for his baby mama..He captioned the pic as RIDES...
Meanwhile, everything in the pic below is spot on...The Shs500M house in the background, Rema's Ramadan fashion sense left most of her fans yearning for more of it. Rema played around with her colors so well right from the head gear to the high heel and the danglers earrings are a plus, no doubt, she was striking.
Eddy Kenzo was yesterday on NTV the Beat to premiere his Disco Disco video, his concert will be held at Hotel Africana on September 2, 2016
Friday, April 01 2016
Star singer, Eddy Kenzo, was yesterday on NTV the Beat to premiere his brand new video, Viva Africa, he was all swagged up, his English, his hair style were all on point.
The video has lots of similarities with his 2014 Sitya Loss hit with acrobatic dance moves by kids and one doing bike stunts. In the Viva Africa song, Kenzo gives a shout out to several top African names like; Yaya Toure, Philley Bongoley Lutaaya(RIP), Juliana Kanyomozi, Yvonne Chaka Chaka, Drogba and Adebayor among others.
The show host, Douglas Lwanga, went on to ask him about his health, Kenzo said that; "I will be fine." What was the problem? "I don't know," Kenzo added. First they were treating pneumonia but I think it's fatigue because every two days I'm on a plane, I also have a breathing problem.
The singer who has just released his Zero to Hero album was asked about his take on the current political environment, he said that as, Musuuza, he was not happy with the way things are moving that is why he had to post a 'Free Besigye' poster on his wall.
Asked on Bebe Cool, Kenzo did not have kind words for the Kamwako singer.
"At his age, Bebe should be doing a lot better than that, he should be talking of helping all the artistes as opposed to his individualistic approach. When they got money, they simply concentrated on finishing their houses instead of buying musical equipment that even upcoming artistes can hire at affordable prices. We are paying a lot of money to hire the equipment we use to record our music," the furious Kenzo noted.
He concluded by letting hs fans know that on September 2, he will be holding his live concert at Hotel Africana.

Star singer, Eddy Kenzo, has very many songs to his name and most fans have been going through a hard time selecting their best, in fact, the majority love all of them.
No doubt, his 2014 hit song, Sitya Loss, that now stands at 17 million YouTube views is still the best at least from the first 300 respondents to his post. Maria Roza followed in that order then Mbilo Mbilo, Soraye, Nice & Lovely were next in line.
Zigido, Kyomisinga and Stamina were also in the top ten. His latest collab with Nigeria's Pato Ranking is something to watch out for as it's fast rising to the top. It was only released hardly a month back, but if it can appear in his best ten songs at this point in time, it's a force to reckon.
However, one of his fans failed to make a choice and simply resorted to writing this; "I'll chew my soccer boots if Eddy Kenzo likes my comment," it only took minutes if not seconds when the singer liked his comment." "He just did," the fan wrote before others told him to get onto chewing his boots already.
"Well I'm from America but listen to your music, I'm your huge fan. One of my favorite songs is Nice & Lovely," another wrote.
The above summary was made from the first 300 posts, however, the findings could change on going through the other over 1,000 comments.

On Friday, Eddy Kenzo released a statement saying that doctors had advised him to scale down on his activity, he is recuperating from a typhoid attack that has seen him cancel a series of concerts.
"To my dearest fans in Austin, Texas, accept my sincere apologies as I won't be able to perform at the SXSW 2016 Festival upon doctor's orders and advice. Thank you all for your concern too. My health is much better and hope to give you a great show the next time, hopefully soon. Much love," he signed off.
This morning, Kenzo was touching down at Schipol Airport in Amsterdam the very day that the SXSW festival ends. On Friday, he shared a pic from his medical examination room captioned as; "Help me God", and we trust he will be much better like he puts it in his statement.
Whatever comes from Kenzo becomes an instant hit. His Mbilo Mbilo remix with Nigeria's Niniola is doing wonders on MTVBase while his collab with Pato Ranking, Royal, is equally doing well just weeks after being released, not forgetting Soraye.
"Eddy Kenzo is the biggest music export Uganda has at the moment..." one noted.

On the sides of her performing at the Inspiring Women's Experience, VeeMoney will be checking on her Kenzo who is now fine to ensure all is well.

Kenzo broke down on learning that Rema has another child, it took a good number of IV bottles to get him up again, otherwise, he had blacked out.
"Papa is feeling much better, thanks for your prayers. Recover quick my love.." Rema noted.
"I will be fine. thank you all for your prayers guys. God is in control I will be going back home tomorrow ALHAMDULILAH.." Fans across Africa have continued to wish the Sitya Loss singer a quick recovery.

His trousers got different fans giving their views...The majority seemed to agree though that the Zigido singer was smart, some were even demanding for his stylist contacts.
"Eddy Kenzo is a classic man, ever and always smart but why fold the pants," One wrote. "I think your style is okay and fitting but would have been better if the pants were not folded," another added.
Then on flipping the coin, we also had those who said this was a big NO.
"Fashion police get Kenzo some other pants because his azz can't air out in those tight one's."
It's important to note that the suits your dad used to wear are long gone, these days it's about the slimmer suits outlining those features you've been working on while at the gym, thus Kenzo's fashion.

Lean On Me singer Rema Namakula is under pressure from Eddy Kenzo's ex Tracy Nabantanzi. They both of have baby girls and looking at the short clips doing rounds on social media, it's only a matter of time before Tracy gets her man back.
Tracy is the mother of Kenzo's first daughter, Mya, and about two weeks back, Rema and Kenzo's first child, Aamaal, turned one.
Rema's clip was the first to appear as she danced and mimed to her baby daddy's song, Mbilo Mbilo. As the song is playing in the background, Rema times that part when Kenzo says; 'Kwata Awo' which means 'Touch There' and that's exactly what Rema does.
Scroll down for video.
In her Kwata Awo series, Rema goes on to wiggle her waist in a manner that left her male fans smitten.
Lately, Kenzo's female fans from different parts of Africa have been sharing clips doing the Soraye song, Rema felt that as Kenzo's number one fan, she had to do a similar recording.
Kenzo's ex, Tracy Nabantazi has also joined the wagon by releasing a short clip of her in a club dancing to Mbiro Mbiro. Mya's mom does it in a manner aimed at giving Rema a run for her money.
Clad in a white outfit clearly showing off those curves and flat tummy, Tracy looked so happy as she danced to her ex-lover's song.

This year, Eddy Kenzo's birthday falls on December 25 and his better half Rema Namakula had the best message.
"Happy Birthday to my best friend, my ride or die,Taata wabaana. Thank you so much for not being perfect coz I'm not perfect either which makes our journey even more interesting. All I want is for you to enjoy this day and others ahead. The family and I love and treasure u to bits.May you live to see my grey hair and our grandchildren. Happy Birthday my love, my king."
It's kind of a shocker that it's the first time his birthday is being celebrated today, but like Rema puts it, they are both not perfect. Wikipedia indicates Kenzo's date of birth as April 9, 1989 but his better-half states otherwise.
Kenzo's story is rather magical as stated on his official website which interestingly does not indicate when he was born.
"At the tender age of 4, Eddy lost his mother who meant everything to him, he was forced into living as a street kid for more than 13 years because he did not know where his father was. As a homeless child he had to survive on the streets on his own because he did not know anyone from both sides of his family and music was his safe haven."
Safe Haven indeed. In the 2011 presidential elections, Kenzo's 'Stamina' hit was the campaign theme song for the ruling party, NRM just like Tubonga Nawe currently, but the BET award viewer's choice winner still rides on his 2014 hit song Sitya Loss with over 15 million views on YouTube.
Meanwhile, Kenzo's second child and Rema's first will turn one on Boxing Day.

The entertainment fraternity and music lovers are all happy to see that Eddy Kenzo's teen dancer, Patricia Nabakooza, is out of danger and has been discharged. Patricia has been battling with head injuries sustained in a bicycle accident that saw her fellow dancer, Alex die on the spot.
"We are out of hospital. AllahuAkbar," Kenzo tweeted.
Patricia who still has a problem with one of her eyes thanked everyone for the prayers. "I love you all and thank you for your prayers."
Kenzo is in Turkey but Rema has been there for the little girl who is one of the kids that featured in the Sitya Loss video that has over 15 million views.
"Thank you Allah and all of you for your prayers, Patricia has been discharged," Rema wrote.

"I'm here in Turkey thinking about life..." Kenzo wrote on his timeline.
Edrisa Musuza commonly known as Eddy Kenzo lost Alex Sempijja one of his best dancers in a bicycle accident six days ago and to make matters worse, some were saying he had a hand in this, but the Soraye singer came out to assure whoever cared to know that this was just an accident. I did not have a hand in his death-Kenzo
Alex died instantly but Patricia who has been in a critical condition is now out of the intensive care unit and in a matter of weeks or days, she will be discharged. Kenzo and Rema were checking on her before he embarked on the Instabul-Turkey journey.
While in Turkey, Kenzo was sent Patricia's pic on a wheel-chair and he was like; "Wow, see the power of God guys, she can sit now. In God we trust."

Togolese professional footballer, Emmanuel Adebayor has sent a get well message to Patricia Nabakooza, the Ugandan teen who danced in the Sitya Loss video, she is currently nursing serious head injuries sustained in a bicycle accident at Case Clinic on Buganda road in Kampala. The #PrayforPatricia hashtag is being used to send messages from fans all over the world.
Alex who was riding the bicycle with malfunctioning brakes died instantly and was buried on Wednesday.
The 2014 hit song, Sitya Loss, by Eddy Kenzo now stands at over 15million YouTube views and the singer behind the track will forever be grateful for this hit as he won a BET Viewer's choice, Best New International Artist in the process.

Patricia Nabakooza is responding well to treatment. On Thursday, Rema and Kenzo were among the visitors who came checking on Patricia at Case Clinic where she is still admitted following the bicycle accident that left Alex Sempijja dead. He was buried on Wednesday in Butambala.
Kenzo has been very instrumental from the time the unfortunate incident happened much as some were linking it to the Illuminati, but the Sity Loss singer did not have any kind words for them.
Thursday, December 03 2015
The untimely death of Alex Sempijja, the Sitya Loss dancer who died at a tender age of 14 has left many wondering how a mere bicycle could rob someone's life. In fact, a section of fans think the young man's death could be linked to some sort of illuminati power which Kenzo is branding as nonsense.
They go on to say that the same power is the reason behind Kenzo's success something that did not go down well with him. Using his facebook profile, Kenzo reached out to all those who cared to know that his success was as a result of hard work, I work day and night.
"Today its me, tomorrow it's you. I know its all about my success, but I don’t blame you for saying nonsense about me. I am whom I am because I worked day and night. Alex, I know Allah will be the only person who can talk to you and He will tell you how much I needed you. Rest in peace my soldier."
Alex Sempijja was laid to rest on Wednesday at his ancestral home in Butambala while Patricia with whom they were riding with on the bicycle continues to respond well to treatment.
Kenzo's post had over 8,500 likes, 700 shares and over 1,500 comments.
This post had the most likes:

We all know the Sitya Loss video that has taken YouTube by storm and that video is loved by the world because of the crazy dance moves by the kids in that video. One of them, Alex, died yesterday and Patricia is in intensive care after succumbing to serious injuries from a BICYCLE accident.
"Morning everyone. Patricia will be fine still in intensive care. I would like to thank the Case clinic team for the love and ut most care they have shown Patricia. With more prayers she is going to be fine In Sha Allah. For now, we are organizing a bigger place where we can all gather and pay our last respect to Alex so I will be informing you very soon. Thank you #prayforpatricia"
That is the latest communication from Big Talent Boss, Eddy Kenzo on the Sitya Loss kids this morning. Alex Sempijja, 14, died yesterday from a bicycle accident while Patricia is in a critical condition at Case Hospital on Buganda road in Kampala.
Alex was riding a bicycle with Patricia Nabakooza (12) that failed to break leading them into a ditch. They had just finished their primary seven. Eddy Kenzo was called on Monday night to rush to Rubaga hospital where he found that Alex had died, he then transferred Patricia to Case Clinic for further treatment.
"I started working with Alex way back in the days of Mundeke Numbe, Zivuga, Jambole, Sitya Loss and recently in the SoGood video. They were involved in an accident with Patricia the girl also in the Sitya Loss video. Right now we are at Case Clinic, doctors are trying their best to see that her life is saved. May the Great Lord see us through this hard situation. RIP Alex My brother. Oh Gold!!!"
"Doctors said Patricia will be fine. But she is still in intensive care let's keep praying," Kenzo added.

A new video by Rema and Chris Evans entitled 'Linda' is now available on YouTube and other channels. Unlike in the Katonotono video where her fashion was wanting, Rema has pulled it off in the Linda video.
The dimpled singer is playing the role of a house wife with soft spoken Chris Evans as the hubby. ''It's so romantic, emotional and lovely," one wrote after watching the video.
"I love this song actually my favorite at the moment though still praying for a collaboration song between you and Eddy Kenzo," another wrote.
Lean on Me, Sitaki, Muchuuzi, Deep in Love are some of Rema's songs that you can't afford to miss.
It's been a great year for Rema and all she says is that God has been on their side..In just this one year, they've had a baby with star singer Kenzo whose Sitya Loss song is the best thing that has sold Uganda this year, they've bought themselves a crib worth over shs 500 million, Kenzo won himself a BET viewers choice award plus several other awards, what more can one ask for!!!

Eddy Kenzo's better half, Rema Namakula has been in the habit of leaving baby Aamaal behind to go for shows abroad, in July, Rema went to Boston at the time when her baby was just six months and these were her words; ''Just made the toughest decision in my life."
Rema was on the line up of artists to perform at the UNAA CAUSES, an annual festival for Ugandans that was taking place in in Manhattan, New York between 4-6 September, 2015.
Unfortunately for her, Aamaal was not so well this time around, but like she is good at experimenting when duty calls, she got onto the next available flight to go and rub shoulders with New Yorkers but on getting there, the Lean on Me singer was told that Aamaal was admitted at Case Clinic and the situation was critical, it was then that she decided to return.
In her statement, she clears the space that she was not denied entry as alleged by some sources.
"It's funny how Ugandans love to come to conclusions most times but anyway just to clear the air, I Rema Namakula was not detained, arrested or anything of a sort and neither was I denied entry because I have been to USA before.
I flew from Entebbe to Amsterdam and as I reached Detroit I got a message from my sister that my Aamaal's sickness had intensified than I had earlier left her, honestly I think I couldn't think straight no more.
Just like any parent any job couldn't be more important than family so I decided to cancel and return to my daughter immediately. I would like to apologize to UNAA CAUSES plus my New York fans. I promise to make it up to you."
Rema also thanked those that kept on checking on baby Aamaal and those that kept on checking on them at Case Hospital.

Star singer Juliana Kanyomozi is leading the charts on facebook with the most facebook likes among artists. Three years back, Bebe Cool who had 50,000 likes then was leading any Ugandan be it an organization or individual as far as facebook likes were concerned, but now, the tables have turned.
Juliana is leading the Go Mama singer by at least 31,000 likes. On the other hand, comedian Anne Kansiime is in a class of her own, she will soon be counting one million plus.
Chameleone and Bobi Wine have done so well considering they had 8,310 and 3,776 facebook likes respectively at the time when BEBE had 50,000 likes.
What are some of them up to!
Juliana Kanyomozi - She is currently in Nairobi busy with the Coke Studio project.

"I'm so happy these days our fans can't be taken for a ride. Whatever you say or how you say it, statistics show that you are stuck in one position not even one million views since 91, you have to pile up rabbits to get a cow. New generation, we use actions not words ok bye.."
That is what the Sitya Loss star wrote in his facebook post of Aug 1, but it has not gone down well with most of the fans as it seems like a direct attack on Bebe Cool.
Bobi Wine supported him in the BET awards and just recently, Kenzo told Chameleone of how he had learnt a lot from him, so no doubt, this is meant for Bebe Cool who is on record for dissing him.
In the message, Kenzo is using the Sitya Loss song views on YouTube to launch an attack on his rivals. The Sitya Loss song You Tube views now stand at 13million views in just months and yet the big boys have been around for close to 25 years but none of their songs have hit the 1-million-mark.
YouTube has been around since 2005 but according to Kenzo's message, the old guards in the industry should be able to even perform better.
It's not clear why the BET award winner has resorted to this approach as he prepares for his Mbilo Mbilo concert that takes place a week after 'Friends of Bebe Cool concert' at Serena Hotel.

Eddy Kenzo's better half, Rema Namakula, was a guest at the NTV Mwasuze Mutya programme this May and these were some of the highlights for the interview:
I joined this industry when I was young but I was able to juggle between singing and music, I dropped my course at Kyambogo University...
Singing is part of me because from the time I was little, I've always been into music. Halima Namakula is my guardian angel, (she is my mom, aunt) and I confide in her in everything, she has been there for me in my entire life. It was Halima Namakula that linked me to Bebe Cool.
I have no regrets leaving the Gagamel Crew. We're still friends with Bebe Cool, he has always been my mentor in music though we are not that close like we used to. I was with Gagamel for more than five years, but the time was just right to quit. God has been on my side because since then, things have not been the same again.
I did prepare for this period, so I recorded lots of songs way before giving birth, so I will be releasing them in bits.... I'm doing just fine when it comes to music.
I do not write my songs but most of the times, I compose the story and song writers like Saxxes and Nince Henry will pen them down.
He has not come to visit my parents but when the time is right he will do so, I was only performing at their home and that was me and his mom, then tabloids started writing about the pre-introduction ceremony but the truth is, he has not..

All that Rema's fans and of course Kenzo's are wishing for is that this relationship can blossom into marriage. It all started when Kenzo shared a pic of him and his baby momma who looked deeply absorbed in thought. Kenzo and Rema are blessed with a seven-month-old baby.
Not long back, the fans were requesting for a collaboration song between the Lean On Me singer and the Sitya Loss star, but Kenzo ruled that out, so now, they've resorted on one thing, just put a ring on it, below are some of the postings:
"Eddy, you're so blessed to have such a beautiful, most respected young lady in the music industry and you guys look good together."
"Perfect couple, just don't break our hearts by separating.."
"But in this pic, Kenzo does not seem to be bothered while Rema looks like she is reciting her line of come closer baby, Alhamdulillah.."
Moze Radio and Lilian Mbabazi, Geoffrey Lutaaya and Irene Namatovu are some of the artists dating in fact the latter are married.
In two weeks time, Kenzo will be performing at Hotel Africana in the Mbilo Mbilo concert.

"I want to thank all my fans in Uganda, East Africa as a whole and the entire diaspora for the love and support rendered during this lovely race."
"There is always a next time as I always say, what does not kill me only makes me stronger. Hard luck my bro Chameleone and let's continue with what we do best."
"Special thanks Gagamel family, gagamel management, Michael Fingers, Clarence A.Peters, Katsha De Bank and the press of Uganda."
Bebe Cool's message has received over 2,500 likes, 190 shares and close to 1,000 comments in just under 12 hours from the time he made the post.
The various camps of Kenzo and Bobi Wine are up in arms following the comments Bebe Cool has been making in the days leading up to the awarding event. Bobi Wine's camp is returning fire because their boss was told to get off drugs at the time he was trying to mobilize his team to vote for Bebe.
On the other hand, Kenzo's fans have never got to terms with the fact that Bebe Cool went to extremes to justify how Kenzo is still upcoming even after winning the BET award, it's a whole lot of -------- comments on Bebe Cool's wall.
He will certainly have a good response for them next month at the Friends of Bebe Cool concert that will be held at Serena Hotel on Aug 7, 2015.

BET award winner Eddy Kenzo has congratulated Zari's boo, Diamond Platnumz on his latest MTV Africa Music Award (MAMA) win. The Tanzanian singer won this year's 'Best Live' award at the event that was held yesterday in Kwazulu Natal.
"Congratulations chibuuuu Dangote I know how you feel bro. Uganda next year we have them no worries. Chamili and Bebe respect thank you for representing.."
In Kenzo's message, he also consoles our boys who lost in the categories of Video of the Year and Evolution award, and true to his style of Sitya Loss (does not fear losing), he tells them not to worry because he will be winning next.
Zari's baby daddy to be is seen with his award next to him, at least for this night only, Zari had to give 'them' space.

New mother, Rema Namakula is off for a performance in the US, but one thing on her mind is baby Aamaal who will have to give breast milk a miss for the next few days.
"Just made the toughest decision in my life. BOSTON I'm already here. Gonna give you my all, " Rema noted on her wall."
Tough decision indeed but the good news is, Eddy Kenzo is around to ensure all is well with baby Aamaal. On the other hand, one could understand Rema's fears given Kenzo's CV right now, she needs to be right by her baby daddy to ensure she gives him her all lest other babes assume that position.
The fact that six-month-old Aamaal will have to miss out on breast-milk is enough to worry Rema but her close pals were quick to comfort her saying it's alright now that it's for just a few days.

Bobi Wine was on record when he came out to support Eddy Kenzo and as you all may be aware, Kenzo has won and now, the Kigwa Leero singer is asking his supporters to do the same for Bebe Cool. Bobi Wine adds that if Bebe Cool wins the video of the year award, he may become well behaved.
"I'm encouraging my fans to vote for Bebe Cool because we want Uganda music to go far no matter who gets to benefitt. He is ill mannered and if Ugandans show him some support, may be he will become well behaved."
As expected, this did not go down well with Bebe Cool who quickly shot back;
"Drugs drugs drugs, I always will say drugs are bad because they lead you to do so many mistakes and they even make some people think and see themselves where they are not."
"Now this music failure comes up to say am ill mannered, hmm mm. Emitwe gino!
"You are a married man still having live s3x with any girl in the clubs and bringing your wife kids, you promote drugs, you don't have good music, you can't speak english, you're local, you stay far from town and you brand a BIG MAN nominated in #mama.mtv.com awards with great music like Go Mama Album ill mannered
"By the way, I thought fans are for musicians with good music, little did I know there are fans for big mouths, and just to remind you, voting for Bebe Cool is by academy, on internet, for the learned, with MBs, and those who can press buttons.
"I know you're seeking attention but wrong move boy and to all fans of this TONTOMIST, please don't vote for me because you will vote wrongly and we might lose. Those who support me let's go."

International viewer's choice BET award winner, Eddy Kenzo broke down yesterday on seeing a huge crowd that came to receive him at the airport.
In his message this morning, Kenzo says; "No one should discourage you from pursuing your dreams, hardwork and patience pays, so get on your feet and go for it. I was more than happy seeing my fans excited about the BET award, that made me shed a tear."
"These are things we've been watching on foreign TV's but it's now here. I know the 'big boys' are not sleeping, they've also been motivated by this and with God, all things are possible. This award is ours forever, thank you for voting and God Bless you all."
Below is his detailed post;
"Tewabanga wo akugamba nti tekisoka genda mumaso n'ekiroto kyo mukama katonda wafe, ayagala nyo abakozi. BET award winner Eddy Kenzo will be jetting in today from L.A where he had gone to attend the awarding ceremony. Eddy was among the winners at this year's BET (Black Entertainment Television) awards.
The Sitya Loss singer picked up the Viewer's Choice Best International Act accolade at the just concluded awards that saw Diddy fall into a hole while performing with Lil Kim.
"I can't wait to see Maya," Kenzo noted on Sunday. "How about Aamaal and Rema," they (fans) asked. Maya is Kenzo's daughter from a relationship preceding Rema's.
The singer who is travelling business class was seen enjoying some goodies from the in-flight bar before sleeping off in the comfy seat.
Back home, his fans are all set to welcome him in big numbers like they did to Big Brother star, Gaetano Kaggwa and Ugandan double gold medalist, Stephen Kiprotich.
Heavy traffic is expected from Entebbe to Sseguku as his convoy leaves Entebbe International Airport. Kenzo's win is coming at the time when Chameleone and Bebe Cool (who can comfortably pass for big artistes) are both nominated in the MTVMAMA2015 awards in the categories of 'Evolution Award' and 'Video of the Year' respectively.
Meanwhile, Rema thanked you all for voting for her baby daddy.
"Congs my personal person. Thank u all for voting daddy Aamaal. May Allah bless you all. Happiness is killing me. Can't wait.."
Friday, July 03 2015
Eddy Kenzo's fans had vowed not to vote for Bebe Cool in the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) 2015 where the Byebyo singer is nominated in the Video of the Year category for his Love You Everyday song.
Eddy Kenzo's better half, Rema Namakula, has come out urging Kenzo's fans to vote in big numbers to bring this one home too. "We had no idea that he was bringing the BET award home so let's not give up. Keep voting and voting BEBE COOL for video of the year. Be Blessed together we got this," Rema wrote on her timeline.
On the other hand, Kenzo has also appealed to his fans to do the same and also not forget Chameleone who has been nominated in the Evolution category as an icon battling top shots like 2-Face, Fally Ipupa and P-Square to mention but a few.
In Bebe Cool's message that has since gone viral, he cited the double standards that Ugandans exhibit when it comes to voting..
"Recently after his nomination, We all as Ugandans got together and voted for him hence the win, and immediately after the win, his misguided fans have gone around saying they will not vote for Bebe Cool because he called Kenzo an upcoming artist 2 years ago, and that's the kind of hypocrisy some Ugandans have."
Meanwhile, just in case you were wondering, Bebe Cool and Rema have been tight from the time she was still backing up veteran artist, Halima Namakula way back during the Ekimbewo days, she was still under 18 then. Bebe noticed the potential in her and very quickly recruited her to the Gagamel Band only to be fired later when she got sooooo close to Eddy Kenzo.
These were Rema's words after being fired from the Gagamel Crew:
"I hereby extend my gratitude to my dear mentor Mr. Moses Ssali. You have always been my guidance and it hurts to say goodbye in such a way but I believe your training will always guide me throughout my journey and I promise to make you proud one day. I will always be your girl."
Surely, Rema has not forgotten where she came from...
Thursday, July 02 2015
The Sitya Loss singer has thanked all his supporters for the votes that enabled him win the BET award.
"Once again I would like to thank all my entire African family both the Anglophone and Francophone countries for voting for me in the BET. You guys did a great job. #Ipickeddy went viral. Thank you for supporting your East African brother. Great job guys. BET management told me they had never before seen such massive support. I salute you all. Blessings."
The singer who is still in the US will be in Uganda on Wednesday, July 08, 2015 and he says, he cannot wait to be home.
Meanwhile, before Bebe Cool left for Germany, he made a long post stating that;
"Many have attacked me for who I am and what I do, but I say this today, those who like and support me do so because of my music. When I came into this music industry, my duty was one, to lift the flag of my country permanently to the rest of the world. Some fans have criticised me for calling Eddy Kenzo an upcoming artist and of which am very sure it's not an abuse rather a category..."
Eddy Kenzo is still celebrating his achievement, he was seen dancing on a hotel bed moments back, congratulatory messages from the Kabaka of Buganda and the American Embassy are some of the very many messages that have so far come in, Rema is equally excited, she can't wait to see her baby daddy come home and so on and so forth..
"Did you guys vote for Dr. Jose Chameleone #Evolutionchameleone and Bebe for Video of the Year, let's go Uganda. I'm coming back on Wednesday can't wait to be home, God Bless You."
Bebe Cool's message seems to be the least of his worries at least at this time. Interestingly, just like any star would do, Kenzo is drumming up support for Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone, the only Ugandan artists nominated the #MTVMAMA2015 awards that will take place in July 18 at KwaZulu Natal.
Thursday, July 02 2015
It's not the first time Bebe Cool is saying this and certainly won't be the last. On Wednesday, the 'Byebyo' singer reiterated his position on Eddy Kenzo branding him an upcoming artist even after winning the BET's viewer's choice, International category-Africa award.
Highlights of Bebe Cool's message:
MORE OF THIS STORY:
Eddy Kenzo is not the first Ugandan to be nominated in the BET awards, but he is the first Ugandan to win a BET award, and also the first African to win the BET Viewer's International choice award (Africa), because, that particular category was only introduced in the just concluded awards.
Kenzo still has to prove to a small section of fans who are bent on the fact that had it not been for the kids in the Sitya Loss video, it would not rank that high in YouTube views. In his message, the Byebyo singer, Bebe Cool, says he does not want to achieve any awards for mercy reasons, but it should be his music to stand for him.
"Today I want to urge Ugandans and East Africans as a whole that I don't want to achieve any awards for mercy reasons but my music to stand for me. As a musician, I have done my duty to do music that can get us into the MTV level of competition, and at this level, the rest depends on my country to achieve that award."
If you feel am good and I deserve this Award, if you feel you care about your country winning this award, if you feel East Africa deserves this award, if you feel you love Bebe Cool, Keep voting for 'Love you Everyday' in the on going MTV Africa Music awards 2015, Video of the Year category here: mama.mtv.com/voting..
He then went on to launch his latest 'Byebyo' video.
Wednesday, July 01 2015
Just a day after Kenzo made us proud, Jose Chameleone has also been nominated for the MTV 2015 MAMA Evolution award joining Bebe Cool as the second Ugandan to be nominated in the MAMA 2015 awards. Bebe Cool has been nominated in the category of Video of the Year for his song Love You Everyday directed by Clarence Peters.
Chameleone's category is tight as he is battling with top shots in the music industry, but we trust he will make it just like Eddy Kenzo did in the just concluded Black Entertainment awards provided you vote for him on mama.mtv.com/voting or to vote o instagram or twitter, one should use the hashtag #Evolutionchameleone.
Other artistes nominated in the 2015 MAMA Evolution awards are; 2 Face Idibia, P-Square, ASA, D'Banj all from Nigeria, Fally Ipupa (DRC), Samini from Ghana, Anselmo Ralph (Angola), Black Coffee and HHP from South Africa.
"The MAMA Evolution award honours established artists who have made an indelible mark on African and global music culture, taken African music to new territories around the world, pushed the boundaries of creativity, and shaped the soundscape of contemporary Africa," Tim Horwood a Director with MTVBase said.
The awarding event will be on July 18 at KwaZulu Natal. It's more than two weeks of voting, we could see this coming our way just like the other one...

Our very own Eddy Kenzo has made history as the first Ugandan to win a BET award. In 2013, Moze Radio and Weasel were nominated but lost out to Ice Prince. Kenzo hit the limelight in the year 2010 with his Stamina song that came with the stamina dance.
In March 2014, Eddy Kenzo bounced back with the 'Sitya Loss' song which became an instant hit. The Sitya loss kids in the video had unique dance moves that made the video go viral in just under three months of being added to YouTube, it currently stands at 12million youtube views 12 months later.
And now, Sanyu FM's morning show host, James Onen aka Fat Boy had this to say:
"So I'm not trying to hate on Eddie Kenzo but the only reason his video was popular was because of the dancing kids. They are the reason the video got all those views. Am I wrong? And if so, shouldn't they have been the ones to win the award instead of him?"
His followers were quick to respond and below are some of the comments that followed:
"When Jayz's video is popular because of the girls shaking bo.oty will u still ask if the girls are the ones who should get the award?"
"Who put those dancing kids in that song? They knew how to dance why didn't they get a camera and dance there way to a million you tube views?"
"Hence it was called the viewer awards. Seriously without those kids the video woulda been ____"
"For once let's love one of ours instead of looking for loopholes in his fine fly moment. Onen I would love to hear you ask other artists to congratulate him on his success"

It's been a tight race between the Sitya Loss singer and Cassper Nyovest but at the end of it all, the South African singer has conceded deafeat. In his tweet he said:
"Just heard that Eddy Kenzo won the BET award we were nominated for. Congrats to him. God bless!!! Big up Uganda !!!"
Monday, June 29 2015
Multi-award winning star, Eddy Kenzo has made Uganda proud by winning the BET's viewers choice, Best International award
"Before I say anything let me dedicate this award to all Ugandans wherever you are in the world, it has been a long journey, it's the first of its kind in East Africa. this is for Uganda, Uganda really needed this. To all my fans all over the world thanks for the support and the voting May God bless you. Am coming home God is the greatest."
In the category of International Viewer's Choice Award, Kenzo was battling it out with Cassper Nyovest (South Africa), Ghana's MzVee and three from the United Kingdom who include George the Poet, Novelist and MIC Lowry.
Kenzo first made a stop in Rwanda to shoot his latest video but in the process missed his flight but trust him, he was able to get onto the next available flight to the US just to be in time for the awards in the city of Los Angeles.
Congratulatory messages continue to pour in...
He made it! Thank you all who voted n congratulations to you Kenzo for lifting the Ugandan flag higher - Desire Luzinda
Congs Eddy Kenzo, congs East Africa, Congs Uganda One down one to go. Let's keep voting because we need all these awards because then the industry will be at a new level - Bebe Cool
Friday, June 26 2015
The polls were behaving in a manner that put South Africa's Cassper Nyovest under a lot of pressure after realizing that he was trailing behind Kenzo by over 4,000 votes, he urged his supporters to vote in large numbers.
The team at BET Awards has now come up with changes in the voting process. "For YOUR votes to be counted you must follow @bet_intl on Instagram and vote below on their picture with the hashtags mentioned in the picture."
This in simple terms could imply that the votes on facebook, twitter and other sites combined are not valid bearing in mind that they even go to greater length to emphasize that; For YOUR votes to be counted...it means that you can as well forget about the #IpickEddy votes on facebook and the likes and dash to Instagram to set up an account or vote if you already have one.
Bobi Wine joins the Kenzo Wagon
"An Iroko bird in Chinua Achebe's "things fall Apart novel" once said "since shooters have learnt to shoot without missing, we have learnt to fly without perching "......The Baganda also say "enswa bwekyusa eriso, naawe nga okyusa Envubo". These BET guys just declared millions of Kenzo's Facebook votes invalid saying we should only vote by Instagram. So I would like to encourage all patriotic Ugandans to vote our boy on Instagram like never before, We all agree this one is coming home."
Monday, June 22 2015
It's a tight competition between the Sitya Loss star, Eddy Kenzo, and the South African recording artist and producer, Cassper Nyovest. The two are nominees in the new cagtegory; Viewer's Choice - Best New International Artist for the BET Awards. The Masaka born artist is leading by 4,000 votes..
To vote: http://www.bet.com/shows/bet-awards/2015/bet-awards-international/best-new-international-act-viewer-s-choice.html
Kenzo was all excited on learning that Cassper was behind him by 4000 votes. Using his Instagram profile, Cassper was urging his supporters to vote in large numbers now that it was okay to vote as many times as possible.
"Thank you very much for the votes, do not stop, the man has acknowledged..." Kenzo wrote on his facebook page.
According to a statement off the BET Awards website, BET.COM, once you are done voting on the above page, you can head on over to Instagram and follow @ Bet_Intl to continue voting for your artist using the designated hashtags. To vote for Kenzo use the #IpickEddy hashtag.
Meanwhile, the latest info before us is that Eddy Kenzo has also been nominated in the Nigerian Entertainment Awards i the category of African Artist of the Year (Non-Nigerian). He will be tussling it our with our in-law, Diamond Platnumz, Ghana's Mzvee, Sauti Sol, Stone Boy, AKA and Sarkodie..
Tuesday, June 16 2015
Eddy Kenzo of the Sitya Loss fame is a nominee in the brand new category of International Viewers' Choice Award celebrating rising stars..To vote for Eddy, use the #IpickEddy on the BET Africa social network platforms. In this category, Kenzo is battling with Cassper Nyovest from South Africa, Mz Vee from Ghana, Mic Lowry, George The Poet and Novelist all from United Kingdom.
Again, the International Viewers Choice Award should not be mixed with The Best International Act, Africa Category of which Kenzo is not among the artists nominated. Below is the list of the nominees with Sauti Sol as the only artist from East Africa.
Moze Radio and Weasel were in 2013 nominated in the BET Awards but they lost to Ice Prince. In a related development, Zari has been forced out of her bed to rally behind our 'in-law', Diamond Platnumz and Bebe Cool in the MTV Africa Music awards. Zari's action is as a result of the pressure from Wema Sepetu who has since withdrawn her support from Diamond and channeled it to his rivals.

For quite sometime, Uganda, has been largely known or closely associated to it's third President, the late Idi Amin Dada, but now, that is a thing of the past.
Having travelled to so many countries courtesy of his hit song, Sitya Loss that has close to 12million views on YouTube, Edrisa Musuuza (26) aka Eddy Kenzo has added 'Dada' to his name.
It's amazing how many countries Rema's boyfriend has been to in the last 15 months following the explosion of the Sitya Loss song which now has close to 12million views on YouTube.
Just recently, he was performing in Texas Houston where they loved his Maria Roza song. Scroll down for the interview.
As he continues to enjoy the finer things in life, he has also unveiled his six-bedroom mansion in Sseguku clearly giving a run to some folks considering he is an uprising star, Rema is now in advanced stages of introducing the Sitya Loss star to her parents later this year.
The intro was put on hold because of the pregnancy, but with Baby Aaamal about to turn six months, those plans have now resumed.
This change of name bit was prompted by a Ugandan fan of his based in America who was being told by colleagues that the only thing they know about Uganda was Idi Amin, I'm sure those who ask me again where I hail from, they will relate to Kenzo of the Sitya Loss fame.

The Sitya Loss star, Eddy Kenzo, has unveiled his pad with this caption; "God is my HERO from Nakivubo Stadium to Kenzo paris Sseguku.."
This will surely shift the attention from the innocent baby who had become the talk of the town. Rema for the first time lost her cool and asked Walukagga to tell the public if the baby was his or not, but even when he did, it was not enough to stop the talk.
The Jambole singer has since been thinking and yesterday, he came up with a plan that has surely turned things around and the talk has since shifted from the baby to the pad.
It's not clear if Paris is the name he as chosen for the pad or he wants to call it a palace, but one thing is for sure, it's a nice crib and the fans are already loving it. It's estimated at over Shs500m and insider sources say, he has already paid most of it.
On Tuesday evening, a special prayer was held at the Sseguku based pad with close friends and family in attendance. Rema who was with baby Aamaal was clad in a green outfit while Kenzo was in black. All we can say for now is congs as the journey from Nakivubo Stadium to Sseguku has surely not been an easy one.
"Now we can separate the boys from the real men," one wrote.
"What I knew about Uganda before Eddy Kenzo was NOTHING! What I know now, after stumbling upon a dance video is that Ugandans can make music and dance like no others! And that makes me smile big! Thank you Eddy for sharing your art with the kids of Uganda and for lighting up the world through the Internet!! Don't stop," another added.
Saturday, June 06 2015
It all started with a post on facebook when Eddie Kenzo, Mathias Walukagga and Rema's baby were put on a photo grid and the posts that followed seemed to suggest the baby was Walukaga's. This left Rema with no choice but to compel Walukaga to come out and tell the truth.
"You are old enough and I respect you, please come out and tell the truth. A lot has been said but when it comes to my baby, I won't stand it because I have never in my life dated you not even been a close friend.."
It took Walukagga a few hours to respond to Rema's post and in his message he says; "I cannot be the father of Rema's baby because I've never been in love with her. Whoever is behind this has bad intentions, otherwise, I don't know the child and, I will never know as I already have enough children as of now," Walukaga noted.

Before Rema gave birth to her first child and Kenzo's second, it was very difficult to see them together, in fact, many did not believe these two were dating but with their baby about to turn 4 months, the couple has given the first hint on their introduction that is set to take place later this year.
Kenzo was performing at Comprehensive Hotel in Nateete on Easter Sunday when he invited his better half, Rema Namakula, to come and join him on stage something that left their fans cheering them wildly, hugs and kisses followed. Rema thanked all for supporting Kenzo.
She then went on to perform most of her hits, but Mchuuzi was the crowd's favorite because all that the fans were singing was Musuuza Musuuza instead of Muchuuzi. Rema wrapped up her bit with Kenzo's Nice and Lovely before leaving the stage.
The Deep in Love singer had to leave early as little Aamaal Musuuza was equally yearning for her mother's love, but before her Toyota Noah could speed off, she told some snoops of how the Sitya Loss star will be introduced to her parents this very year.
Kenzo went on with the show, rain tried to disrupt the show, but the fans used their seats as umbrella's leaving the Sitya Loss singer with no choice but to go down on his knees to thank the fans for the massive love and support.

It was a fully packed show that left Irene Namatovu in tears, she could not believe the Entebbe road based mall was filled to capacity. All was going well with the long list of artistes performing at least two songs each, but when Eddy Kenzo got on stage, he did his two songs, Sitya Loss and Jambole and then, went on to perform the third one.
The DJ decided to let the song play after all Kenzo was already thrilling his fans, but one of the event organisers, Ronnie, pulled the plug cable interrupting his session in the process. This was when his bouncers trounced on him, they were joined by Kenzo but during the scuffle, he managed to take off and seek refuge in the changing rooms.
The furious Kenzo came pursuing him like a wounded bull but due to the security detail around the changing rooms and back stage, the bouncers were able to stop him. (Inset, Kenzo is being stopped from accessing the changing rooms.)
Kenzo was later dragged out of the mall and off he drove towards Entebbe. Ronnie is not considering to press charges at this time. It should be recalled that in September last year, Kenzo beat up Isaac Katende who unfortunately for him, he did not see it coming thus raining several blows on him..
At least Ronnie after a while, he took for his dear life but this was not possible for Katende also known as Kasuku, he was crawling while the Jambole singer was unleashing his wrath.

It's Daddy and Aamaal time when not on a plane or in studio!!! Singer Eddy Kenzo of the Sitya Loss fame shared a pic of him and his 2-month-old adorable little one, Aamaal Musuuza.
In the last two months, Kenzo has been globe trotting from one country to the other but when he took off time from his busy schedule, it was a heartwarming moment.
In the pic, Kenzo is seen taking real good care of their baby girl with the Deep in Love singer, Rema Namakula.
"He will be a great dad," one noted. "She is as cute as Rema," another wrote. Kenzo also has a daughter, Maya Musuuza, from a previous relationship making him a dad of two adorable daughters.
The struggle continues when it comes to his music. A few days back, singer Bebe Cool branded him an upcoming artist, but that has not stopped him from releasing more music. Mariaroza, Royal, Jambole Remix, Shake yo body, Number Yo and Level 2 are some of the songs he has released lately.
Sitya Loss is still a master piece with unmatched YouTube views compared to any Ugandan video of yester-years.

Yesterday, Moze Radio was on NTV calling his ex-manager a monkey and a one DPC a rat, but Bebe Cool while appearing on UBC today, he tackled a number of issues as he explains below.
He was asked about Eddy Kenzo, the Love you everyday singer said that Eddy Kenzo is an upcoming artiste and one should not even think of comparing him to the Sitya Loss singer.
Asked when he will marry his wife, Bebe said when the time is right but right now we still have other issues to handle. Bebe went on to comment about his videos and why he invests so much in them lately.
"Big budget videos are paying off because people now appreciate my music world over and am shooting two more videos with Clarence Peters at about shs 200 million. My wife is scared about me spending a lot of money on the videos but if you don't risk much you don't get results.."
About him not attending Bobi Wine's dad funeral, Bebe said; "We're not friends, it wasn't safe for me, I sent a condolence message on facebook, besides, I had an event on that day which had long been communicated..If he was so touched, did he cancel his concert that took place two days after his dad was buried?"
Bebe Cool wrapped up with these words;
"I'm the number one artiste in Uganda because I have the best music, biggest number of awards, money speaks in my video..love u every day is about 90 million by the way never compare me to any other artiste I am in my own league ....I can't work with any crappy video production house now.."

Ibrahim Mayanja aka Big Eye is still in shock following his Toyota Noah (UAS 592 U) that got burnt on Monday morning. While appearing on a local TV, Big Eye explained what happened hours before the attack. He also appealed to whoever he hurt to find room in their heart to forgive him.
"I was part of the artistes who performed at the Busabala Festival but the DJ kept on stopping my music midway, something that my official DJ could not do. I kept my calm until after the performance, I decided to go and find out why he behaved that way, but he was more than prepared to fight."
"The car was parked at my studio in Makindye which doubles as the Big Music offices. I heard a bang thinking these were thieves so I opened the sitting room door only to see smoke all over with my car in flames. I don't know who is behind this. These guys took nothing and whatever was in the car got burnt. Before setting it ablaze, they were hooting so that I can come out but on realizing that I was not about to, they decided to set the car ablaze."
Police is doing it's job.
I don't have any suspect in mind. "My brothers and sisters who write news please don't mislead our audience. There is no where I said that Kenzo burnt my car. Let's leave the police to do it's job. Kenzo is my brother from another mother."
While making his statement at the police station, the investigating officer asked him if at all he had any issues with any one or he suspected that anyone could be behind this, he mentioned some names but that was more than three years back, and that is how some names appeared in the press.
Big Eye was signed to Eddie Kenzo's Big Talent before going solo. It should be recalled that the fight between Eddie Kenzo and Kasuku was linked to Big Eye.

Eddy Kenzo's lawyers have already had a series of talks with Kasuku, the journalist who was thumped to pulp during the Sitya Loss press conference at Laftaz Comedy Lounge. This was revealed by Kasuku yesterday, during the Talk N Talk show.
Kasuku says that they agreed on a few things and failed on others. Meanwhile, Eddie Ssendi, a renowned music critic came to Kasuku's aid during the show;
"I'm very very very disappointed with you(Kenzo) and I will tell you this the moment I find you. You are one of the very few artists I know who are understanding, but please, go back to the drawing board and only do good music."
"Some of you artistes have become untouchables. You think you are going to do all sorts of things and we will just let it pass. Have you ever heard us say that Navio or Maurice Kirya has done this or that? Oh Mariam Ndagire has put on torn leggings, do good, we will talk good about you."
"Listeners out there, if you are an artist, do good, we will talk good about you. When have we ever said that Ronald Mayinja has done this when in actual sense they have not," Sendi concluded on the matter.
When the show was coming to an end, Kasuku made it clear that he drums up support for Eddie Kenzo who will be having a show on September 19, 2014 at Kati Kati, please go and support him, he needs the money, Kasuku noted.
Kasuku did not forget to tell Kenzo to enjoy the limelight while it lasts, but there will be that time for a 1on1 when all the 'BaWujja Kanyamas' have left.

"I Just received the award of Most Outstanding African Comedian at the AAMMA (Afro Australian Music and Movies Awards) and also got the honor of receiving on behalf of Ugandan. brother; Eddie Kenzo the award for Best New Music Act, " Anne noted on her wall.
While in Sydney, Anne who was in the company of her hubby, Gerald Ojok had a nice time with Nollywood actor, Ramsey Nouah. This happened when Kenzo had just come back to Uganda after a long stay in the US.
Meanwhile, Anne is not about to be stopped. A week back, DSTV launched Maisha Magic, channel 161 designed to meet East African tastes with programs ranging from lifestlyes, talkshows, drama, reality shows and comedy among others, but the comedy bit is literally dominated by Anne Kansiime.

The star who prefers to be interviewed in vernacular just like Aziz Azion was approached for a collabo by the Goodlyfe boys, but tactfully dodged them claiming that he had a very tight schedule.
The Goodlyfe boys came to learn of it that he had actually snubbed them. They then decided to rally behind upcoming artist Booerman and helped him release Eddie Kenzo's ?Ojja Kunzisa' into ?Safina Ogenda Kunzisa' This left Kenzo faced with plagiarism claims. The artistes have been trading insults and counter accusations.
Insider sources say that now The Goodlyfe Crew have switched plans and intend to export their antics to the
Its not been easy for them to get to Eddie Kenzo here in Kampala as he is always in the company of his Big Talent Boyz so while in the UK, the Big Talent boys won't be there to defend him.
