Uganda doctors give up, recommend her for UK experts

The Gold Digger singer, Jackie Chandiru, will be flown to UK very soon for further treatment according to family sources. Her ex Dutch lover Nol Van Vliet will offer some assistance in this regard.

Jackie and Nol exchanged vows but before they could celebrate their first wedding anniversary, things had long turned topsy-turvy. It’s said that Nol is the one who introduced her to serious drugs and on taking them, they could end up in serious sessions leaving her disappointed.

Matters were made worse when she tried to join him in Netherlands; it was then that she was told her marriage to Nol was a sham marriage. Jackie left his house to shift to Muyenga where she was evicted recently over rent.

Following the arrest of one of the pharmacists that was supplying her with drugs, one of the police bosses at Kabalagala police post say she will be charged the moment she recovers for being in possession of illicit drugs under the new antinarcotics law.

The house where Chandiru was residing in Muyenga, Bukasa

For quite some time, Jackie Chandiru’s landlord has been lenient with her and this being a business, he was left with no choice but to throw her out of the house to pave way for other tenants.

Jackie has been battling with drug addiction issues in the last few months.

First, she was in Mulago hospital but was later transferred to a rehabilitation centre along Entebbe-Kampala road in Kisubi for close supervision and monitoring now that she was not taking her medication as instructed.

At the time of eviction, Jackie’s relatives were the one's staying in the house; they had to clear all the outstanding dues before they were allowed to take the households.

Meanwhile, police is holding a one Bob Mugarura who gave the singer some drugs as they shifted. As Chandiru was moving to a new house on being evicted, she used some of the drugs that were delivered, the Agassi singer blacked out shortly after.

It's then that those around her alerted authorities to investigate Bob's dealings further.

Jackie Chandiru was part of the Blu3 all girl group, Cindy and Lilian Mbabazi are the other two ex-members. Jackie dated city lawyer, Caleb Alaka, a relationship which saw her have a series of fights with the lawyer's wife to the point of composing the Gold Digger song, she then dated a Dutch lover who quickly walked her down the aisle, but it turned out the man had other women.

The other ex-Blu3 gals have equally had their share of drama. Cindy walked out of a 10-year-old relationship after her boo failed to put a ring on it, she immediately displaced Phina Masanyalaze to get exclusive rights to Ken Muyiisa, it did not last either.

On the other hand, Lilian Mbabazi is back on the shelf after things did not work out with the now bald headed singer, Moze Radio, they have two children together.

In spite of the heartbreak that many believe is the cause of her current problems, Jackie can still afford a smile.

Cindy pays tribute to the ex-Blu3 members

The Still Standing singer, Cinderella Sanyu, aka Cindy has paid tribute to her former music group, Blu*3. It was an all girl group comprising of three female artists namely; Cindy, Lilian Mbabazi who is signed to Dueces Entertainment Group and Jackie Chandiru. The latter seems not to be well though her manager insists, She is Fine - Jackie Chandiru's manager

"Morning. God bless these ladies. Things may have not worked out for us as Blu*3 but I will never forget and will always treasure the memories," Cindy wrote on her wall.

Their group name, Blu*3, was derived from Black Ladies of Uganda after winning the Coca Cola pop stars TV competition way back in 2004. They split four years later. They were arguably the best girl group in the country at the time.

"Teamcindycate, never forget where you came from," Cindy added.

"If you recall your past, then your future is visible, no illuminatism in that. Big Up sis," One fan wrote.

When Cindy left the group, she was replaced with Mya who happens to be the light skinned in the pic below.

Below is the shot when the trio still had the best smiles, curvy and all flat-bellied...Lilian and Cindy are both proud mom's. Cindy has a daughter with her ex-lover Mario and Lilian has two children with singer Moze Radio.

Jackie Chandiru reportesly paralysed
"15 things you didn't know about Jackie Chandiru.." was her last post on facebook way back in December 2015, to be exact, on Dec 27.

The Singa Nali Musaja singer was rushed to a medical facility yesterday on reports that both hands were paralyzed, they broke into the house to come to her rescue. However, her manager, Julie Erusa, says that the queen of the nile is okay though the fans insist that she makes a post to clear the space.

"On behalf of Jackie Jackie Chandiru, we would like to thank you all for your concerns and prayers. But Jackie is fine. She is not paralyzed and neither did Balaam Barugahara have to get kanyamas to break into her house. Thank you for your prayers and keep supporting Jackie Chandiru."

Jackie Chandiru, 31, is a former member of the Blu*3 all girl group that first comprised of Cindy Ssanyu, Lillian Mbabazi and Jackie but later, Cindy broke off only to be replaced by Mya as seen in the pic below..

Mya, Weasel, Lillian, Radio and Jackie Chandiru
The then Blu3 galz in maroon with the Goodlyfe crew (Weasel in shades and Moze Radio). In the pic, Mya (L) and Jackie wear big smiles as Lillian plants a hot one on Moze Radio, it's no wonder, he later became the father of her two children, though things don't look rosy lately.

On the other hand, Jackie Chandiru surprised many when she invited close friends to her 'secret' wedding with Dutch husband, Nol Van Vliet but according to one publication, all does not seem well.

Short of that, Jackie has been battling with a heart problem and was contemplating to go for further treatment. It's said that the problem became worse when she hit the rocks with ex-lover and city lawyer, Caleb but on meeting Nol Van later, those tears were wiped.

It looks like her relationship with the Dutch hubby is not working out, but that is a developing story.

Cindy

Our very own Cindy and Nigeria's Davido will be among the artistes to perform at the Amahoro Stadium today as Rwanda celebrates 20 years of Liberation. The function will be live on NTV Uganda starting mid-day. The concert which is free aims at highlighting the achievements in Rwanda for the past 20 years.

Cindy's fans in Rwanda were worried that she could not make it after her passport was confiscated in Lumbubashi, Congo where she had gone for a performance. While there, Cindy tweeted; "Just did my nails and lashes. Almost ready to blaze it up in Lumbubashi."

Unfortunately, the fans in Lumbubashi were not blazed as the organizers postponed the show and even retained Cindy's passport and yet the Ayokyayokya singer was supposed to be in Rwanda at the time.

It took the intervention of the Ugandan Embassy in Kinshasa to have her passport back. Her Management later issued a statement saying that all was well with the 'Sample Dat' singer who is now in Rwanda.

Cindy reading about the stale sex story in The Sun Tabloid
Ex-Blu3 singer, Cindy Sanyu enjoying an interview from her ex-lover in the Kampala Sun in a 'Maurice Kirya style'.

Cindy and Mario's relationship lasted about 10 years and it ended badly.

Ten years is a long time and since they broke up just recently, it's okay for Mario to vent for now, though, there should be a limit on what goes out in the papers. In the Kampala Sun this week, the headline is: 'Cindy Serves Stale S&x-Mario'.

Interestingly, like Maurice Kirya, Cindy does not seem bothered by the truly disturbing headline.

Cindy in the last for months
In January 2014, Cindy was standing surety for Mario over noise pollution.

In February 2014, Cindy released Dilemma, a song with Mr. G and Bobi Wine. In the song, Cindy was stuck between the uptown guy and the downtown guy on who to give her fruit, could the South African based, Ken Muyiisa have been that guy, may be yes now that he is one enjoying her fruit.

In March 2014, It's official that it's over between Mario and Cindy and shortly after, she is in a PDA with Ken Muyiisa in Pretoria. She is even the proud owner of Ken's BMW.

In April 2014, in what looked like an April fools day prank, Cindy assured her rival Phina Mugerwa that she was dumped four years back, and therefore she has no right to brand her (Cindy) as a home wrecker.

And the latest from Cindy is: "I'm going to be dropping my new single called 'Sample Dat" very soon. You guys are going to love this one. Stay tuned..."

In May 2014, Sample Dat is likely to be a reflection of events surrounding her new found love and a bit of old flames, but also not forgetting her rival.

Cindy VS. Phina Mugerwa

It could easily pass for a fools day prank but it's not. Cindy has told off Phina Mugerwa. Using her facebook profile, Cindy wrote a direct stinger to the Bampasude singer, Phina Mugerwa who she claims was on TV telling the world how she (Cindy) is a home wrecker.

Phina accuses Cindy of stealing her man, and, in her defence, Cindy says she has never been accused of stealing any man for the last 10 years. "I was in a relationship for 10 years and there has never been a time when anybody or Tabloids said anything about me stealing anybody's man."

And someone wakes up one day and tries so hard to tarnish my name by calling me a husband snatcher and a whore on national TV. Cindy is still in South Africa exploring Ken Muyiisa to the fullest, on Saturday, Ken and Phina were spotted in Pretoria enjoying each other's company.

Cindy goes on to explain: "First of all, I have never been Phina's friend and I didn't steal her man. You broke up with him four years back and he dated other women, you said nothing. I know you want to make news and sell your music but did you have to do that at the expense of my name?"

Cindy winds up by posing a question; "Did you expect him to remain single for all these years?"

Lillian showing off baby bump

Ex-Blu3 singer, Lillian Mbabazi is heavy with her second child. The latest spotting was during the women's day celebrations at Garden City Rooftop yesterday. Snoops were over heard saying that Moze Radio had planted another live seed.

Lillian was among the female artistes that performed at the Airtel Inspiring Women Concert where she did some of her hit songs that include: 'Dagala', 'Danger' and 'Vitamin' which she did with her baby daddy and Weasel. She was in a long blue dress that clearly showed off the bump. Earlier in the day, she was complaining of the hot weather wishing she could put on a micro mini.

Meanwhile, Lillian is over the moon about her pregnancy. She wants to complete her family at an early stage to concentrate on her music career. Her latest tracks are 'Ketalo' and 'African Jump Around'. Those in love with her amazing voice can still catch up with her live performances with her band, The Sundowners.

Cindy single again
You must have heard the news: Ex-Blu3 member, Cindy Sanyu is now single. Using her facebook profile, the Ayokya Yokya singer wrote this: "I don't know how to say this so i'll just say it I'm single again."

Mario and Cindy have been on and off but looks like the latest troubles stem from the former barber taking long to walk the singer down the aisle. The singer is not happy with the way things have been moving between her and the father of her daughter.

The dance hall star has been patiently waiting for the big day since 2011 but looks like her patience has run out and now up for grabs. Just yesterday, Capital FM's Alex Ndaula was going through emotional pain stemming from his lover, Zari talked of being shot if she did not return to Ivan's life and now, here goes Cindy.

It's not clear if this is attention seeking but one thing is for sure, after going through the breakups of Christoper and Ruth, Zari's on and off affair and now Cindy, it may feel like love doesn't live here anymore.

Music Star has issues with papparazi who take Upskirt Shots.

City Diva Jackie Chandiru is still the talk of the town in Arua after her performance that  marked the end of a five day football league in Arua Hill Boma Grounds.

Three months back, the ''Gold Digger' star was in Arua-(Hill View Gardens) at an event that was organised by Sky Events and Uganda Breweries Ltd clad in a gold short outfit that revealed her black undie.

Jackie's fans who graced the previous show made it a point not to miss this one and indeed, Jackie did not disappoint. Clad in a black pantyhose and short dress, the 'Gold Digger' star did most of her tracks.

However, one thing that kept on puzzling her was how the papparazi's were concentrating on her upskirt shots. "I still wonder till date why someone would deliberately place a camera under your skirt to take a pic!! Its like 1990!! I guess that's why we gonna keep in stone age...well, my peeps say its the pervz...i say, aint nobody dumb enuff not to wear shorts,y has madonna, rih rih, bey bey, tulisa, gaga...had pple do that to em...lemme think, maybe am"

The singer added that she once stopped a show after a fan touched her and yet she was in jeans.

Cindy Sanyu Muyonjo wonders how one can compare her to someone who has just started when she has been around for two years

Former Blu3 member is still getting to terms with having missed an opportunity to share a  stage with the Jamaican duo Wayne Wonder and DeMarco as she was busy performing at the boarder town of Malaba. The Ayokya Yokya star did not have kind words to those who were comparing her to Jackie Chandiru.

"How do you compare me to an artiste who started a solo career more than 2 years after I had become a successful and established artiste. Come on next time please pick someone with as much experience and level of success thanks."

Those were the words Cindy told someone she did not want to disclose but the writing was on the wall on who the artiste was. Cindy fell out with Lillian and Jackie a few years back when they gave her hours to quit the group while on holiday in Spain.

The former Blu3 members are now pursuing solo careers after the group did not achieve much with Mya who replaced Cindy. The remarks by Cindy simply confirm that she has probably forgiven but not forgotten the 'Gold Digger' star Jackie Chandiru.

The Gold Digger star Jackie Chandiru
We recently told of how Jackie had released 'Don't Call his Phone' which was widely believed to be an attack on her rival Linda Namuli. The 'Gold Digger' star has now come out to say that she has never fought for a man, and never will.

One of the verses in the song goes:
"Togeza kukuba siimu ye ndi naye, nze wuwe tomutextinga,
Wagamba watta, muleke tomuconfusinga,
Leka leka tomwesibako bwotyo ono baby wange namutwala dda
....I'm not aside dish any more, I give it to him all the time yeah.."

Translated as: "Don't try calling or texting his phone because I'm with him, you said you had dumped him so don't try to confuse him because he is mine and concludes by reminding that person how she is not a side dish anymore"

In her posting Jackie says: "she took a song she liked, it was written for her nearly 7 months ago, now everybody is making it a big deal! She will say this once..She has never fought for a man, never have and never will...Please stop making her look cheap.

City lawyer Caleb Alaka is the father of Linda's three kids but broke up after irreconcilable differences and Jackie assumed her position. Linda has since then been trying a come back to displace the star who even composed a track for Caleb assuring him that she is not a Gold Digger but this has not worked out as she expected.

Lillian performing at Club Rouge during the Tsup Swagg Party
Goodlyfe singer Moze Radio and Lillian Mbabazi have a child together called Asante Manzi. The two are not on talking terms these days to the extent that Lillian left the Makindye based Neverland home where she was staying with the dad of her son.

On the 21.Jul.2012, it was the Airtel Tsup Swagg Party featuring Lillian who did most of her hit songs like 'Yegwe Weka', 'Love letter' and 'Vitamin' among others but the fans kept on interrupting her session by asking for 'Tata Baby' but now that they are not riding on the same horse, she had no answers for them.

Lillian who is either at Radio City doing her day time job or attending to her Live Band the Sundowners in the night accuses Moze Radio for not having time for their child on top of dating other hot babes around town who include a Zungu babe.

This and many other reasons made Radio to snub the Swag party that was held at club Rouge. Socialites like Judith Heard, Tracy Bora and former Blu3 singer Cindy Sanyu did not disappoint as they came in to support her.

Jackie attacks rival in new song

The 'Gold Digger' singer has released yet another track dubbed 'Don't Call His Phone' a song whose message and title is clear.

In the song, Jackie sings that don't call his phone because he is busy with another gal and that gal is me...!

Jackie Chandiru has been at war with Caleb Alaka's ex Linda Namuli with who he has three kids.

It's now official Jackie and Caleb are an item though Linda has been on their case to the extent that she has failed to introduce Caleb to her parents.

Meanwhile, Jackie was performing in Kenya at the Tusker Project Fame a few weeks, she advised the contestants to sing because they have the passion for music otherwise if they get to the industry for money, they will be shocked.

Love dovey Jackie and city lawyer Caleb Alaka
The Gold Digger Star Jackie Chandiru is not happy with the The Kampala Sun Tabloid after their lead story 'Jackie Alaka Love Twist' that insinuated that the couple was not happy and were on the verge of collapse.

Alaka's former wife of three Linda Namuli gave her side of the story and so was Jackie and as expected, the two were looking at having the city lawyer all to themselves.

Linda told the Kampala Sun that: ''Alaka is currently going through a terrible patch in his life; he requires special prayers to fix his wretched life. She reveals that Alaka has since had a change of heart and actually pleaded that they patch things up and live like husband and wife once again."

She added that: ''Im not going to lie - My husband is battling some demons. He is troubled and I'm afraid I cannot solve all his problems at the moment. However, as a father to my children, I'm willing to accept him back."

On the other hand, Jackie told the same newspaper that she wonders what Linda wants and why she goes that far by asking people to call her and make threatening statements, Alaka walked out of her life after he found her cheating on him.

Jackie recalls an incident at Club Pa Lui in Ntinda when five of Linda's girl friends were intercepted with a bottle of acid they tried to smuggle to the club before they could harm her.

In spite of all that, Jackie maintains that her and Alaka have not spoken about a break and are only going stronger.

Iryn Namubiru with her child and Bobi Wine's family
The names parents were giving to their children 30 to 40 years back were very simple names like Robert for Bobi Wine, Joseph for Chameleone and Moses for Bebe Cool. Very interesting indeed and had they left them that way, chances are some could be unheard of.

Children of this generation are not gettingnames like it was back then. Below we take you through the names some od our stars have given their children.

Bebe Cool - Zuena welcomed a bouncing baby boy three days back who happens to be their third child with Bebe Cool. These ones have decided to go about it the alphabet way. Alpha is the first born followed by their only girl Beata and now another boy Caysan.

Jose Chameleone - Exactly three months back Daniella gave birth to their third child who they named Alba Shyne Mayanja. Their first born is Abba Marcus Mayanja. Now looks like this one has gone for names starting with 'A'

Bobi Wine - Now the Omubanda wa Kabaka's is out of the box. He named his kids after cities. His first born is Kampala, and the second one is Nairobi. Their latest was given the Shilling name may after running out of cities that they could embrace.

Juliana Kanyomozi - For the lady musicians it has been nice and polite. Juliana's son with her ex is called Keron Lukwago.

Cindy - The former Blu3 member had 3 items on her agenda last year and one was to give birth, launch an album and have Mario put a ring on her finger. She achieved the first two and now fingers crossed for the wedding. Cindy named her first born Amani. Just next door in Kenya, we have a Kenyan artiste who goes by that name and when she hits stage, all the front row guests are treated to a 'VIP' show of sorts.

Lillian - The former Blu3 member has a child with Goodlyfe member Moze Radio and was given Asanti as the name which is a Swahili word meaning Thank You.

Meddie Ssentongo and Bad Black's affair failed even with a giant tattoo
The shelf life of celebrity relationships has been so short lived that many don't even celebrate their first anniversary because by then, they are already in a totally different world compared to what they were 12 months back.

It is from this that some will borrow a leaf from stars like Bobi Wine and Jose Chameleone who are married to very simple ladies and even the likes of Ivan and Zari had to take eleven years before their introduction last year.

Below we look at stars whose relationships have failed.

Straka and Sizzaman - These two have a child together and even got to the level of a wedding reception that aborted at the eleventh hour when Sizzaman failed to show up. Straka was admitted at Senta Medicare in Namasuba following the incident.

Meddie and Bad Black - Now these ones were unique in every way. No doubt it was money that brought them together but looks like it was a one sided affair. Bad Black kept on crying her heart out out on social networks, abused any gal who came close to Meddie but wapi the guy was adamant.

She even tried putting a tattoo of Meddie's name on her back, went to jail trying to cover up for him in the Shs11bn loot but all this did not work. Realizing that all had failed, she just had to put the guy in and the only time we saw them in a photo together was when they were at the Anti -Corruption court.

Moze Radio and Lillian - These became publicly intimate during the Bududa fund raising show and one thing led to another and before we knew it, Lillian was pregnant with Moze's kid. Lillian moved into the Goodlyfe's Makindye Neverland home. In the home, Goodlyfe's Zungu babe, Kellen was also living there. The two have separated under very unclear circumstances.

Juliana and Kassim Ouma - Juliana was over the moon over Kassim Ouma 'The Dream.' Juliana changed her name to Jalia and converted her religion to accomodate the boxer but wapi, this did not work too.

*OS and Pherrie Kim - The 'love yo' star Omulangira Ssuna and Pherrie Kim have a boy together but after several cheating accusations, they decided to call it quits with the PRO of Guvnor Pherie Kim who seems to have a thing with names starting with O. She is now dating another guy whose name starts with O.

Jackie and Cindy in Amsterdam

We recently told of how the Blu3 members were reuniting and were to tour the world after recording some tracks. However, this excitement of the once powerful East African gal group reuniting is paying off as the gals are already off for an Easter tour in Europe.

Jackie and Cindy were last week performing at Club Rouge on the same stage confirming that the gals are back. Lillian further confirmed the reuniting news to some snoops.."Yes it is true we are reuniting but I don't have details yet. Jackie, Cindy and I are going to work on an album and are planning tours."

It's understandable Lillian has no details and may be still getting to terms with how to juggle with her band, The Sundowners, her job at Radiocity, 'breast feeding mom' and also dealing with Moze Radio's other demands.

That could partially explain why Jackie and Cindy had to go to Europe leaving Lillian behind. This is what Cindy wrote on arrival; "In Amsterdam finally. had such a hectic flight, no baby sit for amani so had to carry her for almost 12hrs. Exhausted. Its soooo cold (10 degrees) feel like i'm in a fridge."

Mya who was left out when the Blu3 bounced back is also trying to make some noise in the background. She recently launched her latest dubbed 'Shonkolo'

Just recently we told of how the Blu3 were reuniting and were about to hit stage anytime soon and also tour other countries as the original Blu3 gals(Cindy, Lillian and Jackie Chandiru).

Steve Jean is the very man behind the move just like in the case of Blu3. The two groups will be performing for the first time next month during the Coco Finger Print Concert. The original members of Dream Galz are Leila Kayondo, Renah Nalumansi and Anita Tushabe.

Just like the Blu3 came back together as the original three leaving out Mya who replaced Cindy after she left the group, The Dream Galz are also likely to reunite without Anita Katushabe who has been in Malaysia since they broke up.

Talking to one of our snoops, Leila had ruled out the issue of reuniting as a group though she also added they were still friends. There is quite a lot of money behind these reunions that the Galz see no reason for labouring so hard under flying solo when there is free money in reuniting.

The Blu3 Gals separated way back in 2008 with Cindy leaving the group and being replaced with former Kombat dancer Mya Baganda. In 2010, the new Blu3 decided to pursue solo projects.

Just last week, we told of how the original gals, Cindy, Lillian, Jackie and not Mya were planning to come back together to record music and perform on the same stage. This shocked many Mya inclusive.

Mya appreciates the move now that these were the original gals as she only came in much later to replace Cindy. "They are so close, It is understandable, I miss the group, but I understand it..."

Mya's solo career has been progressing steadily with her latest track 'Baibe' that she did with singer Maro mid last year.

Cindy Rescues Burnt Child

Ex Blu3 star who is now rumoured to be back to the group after they reunited with Jackie and Lillian has shown the other side of her by coming to the rescue of a one year old who was burnt by her father after a simple argument with the mom.

Cindy and a few well wishers were able to raise some funds to get the baby to hospital whose skin had started rotting after failing to raise the funds for treatment. Cindy who was at Case Clinic where the little girl is admitted had this to say:

"Hey guys. recently I met a very beautiful little girl called 'Mellisa Nakawesa'. She's one year old and was burnt by her own father over a misunderstanding with her mum. She has lost almost all her skin due to this and is in so much pain, u cant imagine.

Her mother is abt 19yrs old and unemployed so by the time I saw them they had been at a hospital for 2 months without treatment because they didn't hav..." Meanwhile, two months down the line, the man behind this act has not yet been brought to book.

Cindy joins the likes of Bebe Cool who got a girl from Lugazi suffering from a mouth cancer but unfortunately, she passed away.

Cindy, Lillian abd Jackie are planning a come back
Gal groups like Blu3, Dream Galz, Cyclone, Crystal Babes and just recently HB Toxic are no more and looks like that is how they were designed to do business bearing in mind that the leading female artistes like Juliana and Iryn were once a team under the I-Jay group but are now pursuing solo successful music careers.

Now latest information before us is that the original Blu3 gals are in closed door talks brokered by their first manager Steve Jean of Fenon Records to reunite. This will certainly come as good news to their fans.

Cindy who was fired in 2008, Lillian and Jackie will once gain record songs together and perform on the same stage and later go on a world tour according to Steve Jean.

When Cindy left, she was replaced by Mya Baganda who later gave birth. Lillian on the other hand is rumoured to be be pregnant with Moze Radio's second kid while Jackie has been in the news lately for having 'snatched' a city lawyer, Caleb Alaka from Namuli, a mother of three, will continue pursuing their solo careers but also working together as BLU3.

Cindy has some very good tracks like 'Party' under her solo career together with a baby gal with boyfriend Mario who was widely believed to be the reason she was expelled from the group.

On the other hand, Jackie's 'Gold Digger' will have a longer shelf life. Lillian has been busy with her live band the Sundowners band, a presenter at Radio City, a mother and a musician, quite not sure how she will juggle all that once the Blu3 reunite project kicks off.

The money behind the re-union is too good that the were forced to put their differences aside now that it can take care of them for the rest of the year.

         Jackie Chandiru's latest tattoo
Ex-Blu3 member Jackie Chandiru has been in the news lately for having 'snatched' city lawyer Caleb Alaka from the official wife Linda Namuli. It is for this reason that her traditional ceremony to Caleb has been postponed for the second time to allow Linda and Caleb sort out a few issues.

Jackie has all along been having a small pussy cat tattoo but due to her complexion, you could hardly see it. So she has now downloaded one that is even bigger than Barbie's on her bark.

She told her close buddies that; "yippeey!! had too much goin on, figured a new tattoo would console me...these past few days have been tough for me." A friend was forced to tell her that; " hmmm next time call me or else u will have tattoos all over yo body en u will need to borrow some more skin to draw others in future!!! try it it works.........."

Jackie and Caleb Alaka's introduction ceremony has been put on hold for the second time
Ex-Blu3 star Jackie Chandiru and Linda Namuli who was the official wife to city lawyer Caleb Alaka do not see eye to eye after Jackie 'snatched' her man. Linda Namuli's problems started when she went for a management course in Denmark.

She left her three children behind now that she was leaving behind a responsible husband but as she settled in Denmark, she could not hear from her hubby as he had promised to keep in touch; instead he gave her excuses on why he could not call.

Meanwhile, she had started getting news of Jackie taking over her man, children, cars and the house. She did not take this serious now that Caleb could come to Denmark every now and then to check on her. He assured her that all was well and that he could not leave his kids with a step mom having grown in a similar environment.

On finishing her course, Linda had to rush home to see how her family was getting on. The first thing she noticed was Jackie Chandiru driving their family car, a Land Cruiser and later found her overseeing the painting of the house whose construction Linda had supervised.

"First, my husband got my kids and took them to Chandiru's house. He assigned her the duty of picking them from school, which made me feel worthless as a mother and a wife. Where was the sweet man I married? Why has Chandiru bewitched my man?"

That was how Linda was languishing in one of the tabloids. Jackie is equally not having a smooth run after the traditional ceremony (Kwanjula) has been called off for the second time after Linda claimed she was pregnant with Alaka's kid.

"She has tasked Alaka to explain the rumour because if it's true then she is out of this whole unending love saga" a source close to the couple said. For this reason the, traditional ceremony has been called off to the time they clear the space as to whether Linda is pregnant and if so who is responsible.

Alaka is equally not worried about the latest pregnancy news now that he has not been with his ex-wife in a long time. He will even go for a DNA test to prove the paternity.

Jackie clearing the medical bill and then helping Caleb to the car
Caleb Alaka of Alaka & Co Advocates was this evening at the Life Link Medical centre in Ntinda being treated of accident injuries on one of his fingers and left leg. The lawyer was brought by Jackie Chandiru in her white Land Cruiser VX UAL series.

He got the accident from Kawempe and that's where the FDC leader and other A4C members were today so the roads were impassable due to the supporters that had turned up for the rally, so it's not clear if the lawyer had switched to a boda boda to beat the jam as he was carrying out his errands.

The city lawyer was over heard saying that he had never got an injection in the last 15 years or so. Jackie Chandiru who was clad in a white top that exposed her tattoo and jeans looked very disturbed by the way she was moving all over the hospital.

After dressing up the injuries, the city lawyer was helped by the Gold Digger star Jackie Chandiru to the waiting Land Cruiser and sped off. Jackie and Caleb are an item and have been painting Kampala red.

They were supposed to have introduced but postponed it after Alaka's first wife Linda Namuli who was dumped learnt of it, she came back trying to reclaim her position. This has instead made Jackie and Caleb much closer.

Lillian is four months pregnant
The rate at which Uganda's expecting mothers move to the US is alarming...A few years back Karitas Karisimbi was preggie with twins and did the same, just recently, Bebe Cool's wife who is also expecting twins rushed to the US to have them delivered from there.

Now the latest info before us is that former Blu3 member Lillian of the Vitamin fame is expecting her second child from fellow artiste Moze Radio. Lillian has secured a visa to work in the US for at least 2 years, implying that if she left within the five months she is left with to drop the tot, the child could be a US citizen.

This however is not good news for her Sundowners band which had picked up some corporate gigs.

Did this dress have anything to do with Blu3?
We recently posted Cindy's pic in the Photo Gallery and one comment from MeCayla read: "Come on people...Cindy is payin tribute to her former group BLU3.This dress is a homage to BLU*3. 3 Cutouts representin Cindy,Jackie & Lilian. Glitter representin the asterix in BLU*3 and of course the colour of the dress...Blue...nuff said. What a way to remember the good old days."

Much as BLU meant Black Ladies from Uganda who were three back then, it could still rhyme with colour blue which was the colour of the dress she put on during the 9th PAM Awards that were held on 5.Nov.2011.

Cindy left Blu3 in the year 2008 and was replaced by former Kombat dancer Mya who was more into dancing than music. In the awarding ceremony Jackie Chandiru whose solo career is now a threat to Cindy won the Video of the Year Award beating Bobi Wine of the Matyansi Butyampa fame.

Blu3 Singer and Dancer Mya has given birth to a bouncing baby boy. Mya gave birth on Tuesday at Nakasero Hospital. Tabloids had widely predicted that she would give birth in December but that time line was missed by only days as we are only two weeks in the new year.

She is the second Blu3 member to give birth in the last couple of months after Lilian gave birth to a bay boy. We only hope Mya will not resume work days after this like Lillian did. The new year has started on a good note.

Ragga Dee is also an uncle after his sister Prossy Patra who is also a presenter on Dembe FM gave birth. Way to go Galz!!!

Former Blu3 Member Jackie Chandiru has kicked off with her solo career and admits life is a lot harder when you go solo than when they were still a group because then most of the things come easy like playing their music, and performing in general.

Jackie says it is not easy for Radio Stations and TVs to play her music like they used to when they were still the Black Ladies from Uganda (Blu3) which was formed way back in 2002.

The Blu3 group is famous for hits like Hitaji, Burn which won the PAM Awards Video of the Year and their last Album ''Be Free'' in which they brought in DJ Benny Dee for its launch. The Be Free album has tracks like ''Where You are'' which they did with the Goodlyfe Crew.

Jackie's latest single 'Agassi' meaning "I have refused" is receiving massive airplay. As a solo artiste, Jackie says she is going to try out all genres to be able to discover her potential. She is responsible for her own lyrics and derives her inspiration from personal experiences which include a mixture of happy moments and sad moments.

As part of her solo project, she has done 'Going On' with Dr. Jose Chameleone and she has also not forgotten where she came from. She was featured on NTV Rendevous programe which requires that the guest artiste selects five of his/her best videos and interestingly Cindy's One and Only was among them.

All Girls Singing groups in Uganda
Talk of sexy and talent all you get are Uganda's singing groups some of which are still on while others have jumped off the original plans and taken the next flight to solo careers. Greed, Misunderstandings, sex scandals are some of the challenges these groups are faced with.

I-Jay - A decade back Juliana and Iryn were together but that is not the case anymore because the two artistes can now be identified by their solo careers and have done a number of albums and hits in the process.

Blu3 - Started off as Blu*3 as they were the Coca Cola stars back then, later removed the star to remain the 3 Black Ladies of Uganda who were Cindy, Lillian and Jackie. Cindy has long left the group to pursue a solo career. Unconfirmed reports are doing rounds that Lillian could leave the group too now that she has even done a collabo with the 'Mukyamu' star Rabadaba without the other members.

Obsessions - First it was a boys and girls group before becoming a five member girls group doing music. 'Jangu' is one of the best hits they did as they were still a group of five before Hellen Lukomwa and Brenda Nambi broke off forming HB Toxic leaving Sharon Salmon, the Obsessions lead singer and girl friend to Ronnie Mulindwa. The latest we are getting is that the group has now two members; Sharon and Jackie Tumusiime after Shebah Karungi was fired.

Dream Galz - Leila, Rena and Anita are the members of the now defunct Dream Galz. The group was started in 2003 and since then they have had tracks like 'Wandekangawo'. they are now pursuing solo careers with Rena having done a collabo with Dr. Chameleone and Henry Tigan. She has also joined Suudi Entertainment.

Wafagio - The new Wafagio comprises of new members indeed after the old group left to form Krystal Babes as seen below. The new members are Linda Mbabazi, Edith Mutunyi, Aggie Ayebare and Sheila Sempebwa.

Krystal Babes - Formerly Wafagio and Now Krystal Babes have made news in the past months. The group part ways with their manager Emma Carlos and moved on but the two are still locking horns over who owns the rights to tracks like 'Mukidongo' which is being performed by both groups.

Chilli Galz - Known for their latest hit 'Omulungi Yoono'- Former Chilli galz Daisy Kayondo has kicked off with her solo career and she has already released her first single, Love Tojipula featuring Mickie Wine.

Viva Stars - A group of five girls calling themselves Jackie, China, America, Toto and Victoria with tracks like 'Koona Endoongo' and 'Talikuwa'

         Iryn and Juliana
Iryn and Juliana

In the past it was I-Jay way back in the year 2000 and they were the in thing as far as music was concerned then in Uganda. Juliana and Irene used to sing together and tracks like ''Seven days'' and ''Say yes'' among others can be tagged to the duo. Todate some people still wish the two could come back together but that is just not about to happen as they have both pursued solo careers with Irene changing her stage name to Iryn and Juliana maintaining the name but moving way past Iryn. She is the current PAM Awards artist of the year.

General Mega Dee and Menton Kronno
They were a pair back in the days but there is more Mega Dee these days than Kronno. He tried a collaboration with Jinja based Sylivia Kyansunti but all in all nothing has been released from Kronno. Just recently Mega Dee brought in Mr. Vegas for his album launch.

Blu*3, Blu3 and Cindy
They emerged as stars after the coca cola auditions that brought them to stardom. There stage name actually had a star which they later removed to just remain Blu3. Like any girl group, these girls had a fight after it turned out that one of them was going on holiday with a boyfriend at the time they were to stage various shows. They told her to choose between the group and the boyfriend and Cindy chose the latter. Mya replaced Cindy and a track dubbed "Together" has been released by the new Blu3. The girls have not released much in the nutshell but Cindy on the other hand is doing very well as she has released an album with smashing hits like Mbikooye.

Obsessions and HB Toxic
HB Toxic were part of the Obsessions group that comprised of about 5 girls at least based on the Jangu video. Tracks like ''I'll do'', Jangu and Feel me are part of the results when the group was still together. Helen and Brenda noticed with that kind of set up they were not getting the attention they desired, they decided to break off the from the main group and formed HB  Toxic. The girls have been busy and in just the last week they have performed in various places like the Lug Fashion nite at Club Silk, and the launch of the EATV Uganda central at club rouge. HB  Toxic have also done a collabo, "All I Need" with Tanzania's AY.

Moze Radio and Weasle TV
These guys were part of Jose Chameleon acting as back up vocalists. Moze in particular was having some tracks like "Sweet Lady" which was a hit on our music hit list back in the days. They recently teamed to come up with Moze Radio and Weasle Manizle. But the Manizle name must have been dropped to adopt TV to match the Radio on Moze's name. If you have heard Nakudata, Nakutamani, Zuena, Nyambura plus Chikumi Kinana(180) among others that they did with Red Banton and you were wondering who the bad boys are then wonder no more. They have by far been 2008 best artists.
