Vyper Ranking Rejects Music Battle Proposal From Kid Fox

Ugandan dancehall artist Vyper Ranking has categorically dismissed the idea of stepping into a musical battle with veteran singer Kid Fox. According to Vyper Ranking, the significant disparity in their music catalogues makes any such contest unviable and unfair.

Kid Fox, who recently returned to Uganda following a lengthy stay of over a decade in Japan, has been actively working to reclaim his spot in the local entertainment industry. However, Vyper Ranking believes the veteran lacks the necessary repertoire to hold a crowd’s attention for a full concert-style showdown.

“Kid Fox does not have songs that can take him for an hour. The songs people know are not even more than ten,” Vyper Ranking remarked, expressing strong confidence in his own hit-filled discography, which includes popular tracks like ‘Nimechoka’.

Rather than chasing after high-profile music battles, Vyper Ranking advised Kid Fox to concentrate on recording and releasing fresh music to genuinely rebuild his brand. He suggested that relying on other artists’ names is not an effective way to regain public traction.

Meanwhile, Vyper Ranking is not slowing down his own career momentum. The musician disclosed that he is currently focusing on releasing new material, booking upcoming concerts, and actively performing at various upcountry shows to expand his live audience across Uganda.
