Stella Olivia Namakula Kikoyo, a Ugandan-born Chartered Marketer based in the UK, has dedicated over 25 years to transforming lives through education. Her career spans higher education, marketing, business strategy, and women’s empowerment. Currently, she is expanding her influence with Stellar Woman, a global initiative that integrates media, coaching, leadership development, and business education.
Namakula Kikoyo’s commitment to empowering women was recently honored with a Gold award in Gender Empowerment at the 2026 Women Changing the World Global Awards in Paris. She views these accolades not as personal triumphs, but as opportunities to amplify her mission: to help women recognize their inherent potential, build the confidence to act, and use their success to uplift others.
Through her philosophy “Be Her. Rise. Shine.,” Namakula Kikoyo advocates for empowerment that goes beyond providing opportunities. It’s about shifting self-perception and expanding the boundaries of what women believe is possible. She emphasizes that knowledge becomes transformative only when acted upon and shared, advocating for a ripple effect where one woman’s success inspires and enables others.
Her journey, rooted in Uganda, has deeply informed her global perspective. Growing up in Uganda, she witnessed firsthand the strength and ambition of women, which shaped her understanding of leadership and potential. This foundation allows her to connect diverse contexts, from local Ugandan markets to European boardrooms, recognizing universal principles of human potential and enterprise.
Namakula Kikoyo’s vision extends to fostering lasting, scalable change by building capacity and creating ecosystems where knowledge and impact can multiply, ultimately aiming to create a “better and brighter world one Stellar Woman at a time.”
