Prima Kadarshi, a well-known figure in Ugandan media and business, is venturing into a new creative field: DJing. She announced this week that she will be commencing a five-week intensive DJing course.
The training will take place at Acacia Mall, offering Prima the opportunity to hone her skills in music mixing and performance. This move signifies her ambition to explore yet another facet of the entertainment industry.
Beyond her established roles as a media personality and brand influencer, Prima is also the founder of a successful food business, Lusaniya. Her career path has previously included ventures into corporate boxing, showcasing a consistent drive for diversification.
With this new endeavor, Prima hopes to secure performance bookings and establish herself among the ranks of Uganda’s emerging female DJs. She follows in the footsteps of other prominent female celebrities who have successfully transitioned into the DJing scene, such as Sheilah Gashumba, Etania Mutoni, Zahara Totto, and Lynda Ddane.
This five-week program represents a significant step for Prima as she continues to broaden her professional horizons beyond her current successful ventures in media, business, and entertainment.
