Electoral Commission Faces Scrutiny as Election Petitions Fill Courts

Candidates are now presenting affidavits and forensic reports, with Declaration of Results (DR) forms becoming central pieces of evidence in these legal contests.

Several election petitions have been filed across the country, prompting detailed examinations of the electoral process and its outcomes. High Courts are hearing cases that question the validity of election results, demanding accountability and adherence to electoral laws.
