Hoima to Implement Waste Sorting Ahead of AFCON 2027

Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanja has mandated the implementation of waste sorting at its origin within Hoima City. This directive comes as the city gears up to co-host the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and seeks to address longstanding sanitation issues.
