Tragedy has struck Bugobi Village in Luuka District following the discovery of two women, Betty Tulina, aged 58, and Esther Mubeezi, 32, dead in their home. Police have taken a 21-year-old man, reported to be a close relative of the victims, into custody.
The alarming discovery was made on September 7 when another family member visited the homestead. Upon arrival, the visitor found the suspect present but could not locate the two women.
