Minister for the Presidency, Milly Babalanda, has joined many in mourning the passing of Mark Baingana, who served as the Deputy Resident City Commissioner (RCC) for Makindye Division in Kampala.
In a heartfelt message, Minister Babalanda conveyed her profound sadness upon hearing the news of Baingana’s death. She characterized him as a diligent and committed public servant who significantly contributed to his role.
“It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I received the sad news of the passing on of one of our staff, the Deputy Resident City Commissioner for Makindye Division, Mr. Mark Baingana,” Babalanda stated.
She further elaborated on Baingana’s dedication, highlighting his unwavering commitment to ensuring peace, security, and effective service delivery for the residents of Makindye Division. His disciplined approach to his duties was a key aspect of his public service.
