Karamoja Region Grapples with Widespread Food Insecurity, Affecting Hundreds of Thousands

A significant portion of the population in the Karamoja sub-region is facing critical food shortages, according to a new report. Over 470,000 individuals are currently experiencing acute food insecurity, highlighting a deepening crisis in this northeastern part of Uganda.
