The Ugandan justice sector has launched a comprehensive five-year strategic plan designed to address the persistent issue of case backlogs and improve the overall accessibility of justice across the country. This ambitious program seeks to streamline judicial processes and ensure timely resolutions for legal disputes.
The plan, which aligns with the government’s Fourth National Development Plan (NDP IV), focuses on a multi-pronged approach.
