Jinja has been rocked by violent incidents following the Local Council 1 (LC1) elections, leaving two people dead. The Kiira Regional Police Commander, Mr. Charles Nsaba, has strongly condemned the acts of violence and urged the community to refrain from such behavior.
Reports indicate that the fatalities occurred amidst chaotic scenes during the electoral process.
