President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni recently met with H.E. Frederieke Quispel, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Uganda, for a farewell visit at his Kisozi farm in Gomba District.

During their discussion, President Museveni lauded Ambassador Quispel for her dedicated service and her instrumental role in bolstering the relationship between Uganda and the Netherlands. He conveyed his best wishes for her future endeavors and acknowledged her efforts in fostering cooperation between the two nations.

The President further encouraged the outgoing ambassador to continue advocating for Uganda as a prime investment location. He highlighted the nation’s favorable investment climate and the abundance of opportunities across various economic sectors, urging Dutch businesses to explore these prospects.

Ambassador Quispel, who presented her credentials in August 2024, has focused on deepening bilateral cooperation with Uganda in areas of shared interest during her tenure.
