This victory marks Suici’s third consecutive win in the Main Pool, solidifying their reputation as the team to beat. The tournament, organized by the Busoga College Mwiri Old Boys Association (MOBA), brought together former students for a day of football, networking, and rekindling old friendships.
In the Plate Cup, Solida FC emerged victorious after a tight 3-2 win against Kombora Goolo. Ashiraf Kusasira, captain of the winning Solida team from the 1995 cohort, credited their victory to discipline and strategic adherence to the coach’s tactics.
