Licensed by the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA) in 2017, the lodge’s journey has seen its actual investment skyrocket from an initial projection of USD 300,000 to over USD 1.8 million. Managing Director Chris Higginson, driven by a lifelong passion for African safaris, recognized Uganda’s unique tourism potential over two decades ago.
