Bagalana achieves a hole-in-one, Kamulindwa takes the lead at Uganda Golf Club

The Uganda Golf Club’s monthly mug tournament witnessed a spectacular moment as Opio Bagalana sank a remarkable hole-in-one on the 17th hole. Bagalana used a Titleist 2 Black ball, struck with a Ping S-55 Wedge, to achieve this feat. “It was the right club and the right shot,” Bagalana commented on his incredible achievement, which brought considerable excitement to the event.

While Bagalana’s ace was the highlight for many, the tournament also saw intense competition in the main categories. Deo Kamulindwa has positioned himself at the top of the men’s leaderboard after the day’s play. His consistent performance has put him in a strong contention for the overall victory.

Several other golfers are closely trailing Kamulindwa, setting the stage for a thrilling conclusion to the monthly mug. The tournament, a regular fixture at the prestigious Uganda Golf Club, attracts a dedicated field of amateur golfers keen to test their skills and vie for honors.
