Karole Kasita has responded to inquiries regarding fellow musician Feffe Bussi’s surprising absence from her recent “The Power Within” concert held at the Kampala Serena Hotel. Despite Feffe Bussi being seen during pre-show rehearsals, he did not appear on stage, leading to considerable fan speculation about a potential disagreement between the two artists.
Kasita, however, has firmly denied any falling out. She explained that she is unaware of the specific reasons for Feffe Bussi’s no-show and prefers that he addresses the matter himself. “I do not want to speak for him. Those with questions should ask him why he did not come. He was there for rehearsals, but in between my sets I did not see him backstage and I knew he probably was not available,” Kasita stated.
The singer suggested that Feffe Bussi might have had a prior engagement or felt unwell, emphasizing that she received no communication about his unavailability. She reiterated that his absence should not be construed as a sign of conflict, highlighting that several other invited artists also could not make it to the event for various reasons.
