Kutchi Tigers solidified their lead in the Gold Division with a crushing win against Aboojo at Lugogo. Batting first, they posted 149 all out, setting a modest target that turned into a nightmare for the opposition.

Aboojo’s innings imploded spectacularly, crumbling to 41 in just eight overs. Paresh Patel starred with a devastating five-wicket haul, supported by Ghanshyam Ashani’s three wickets. Joseph Baguma’s 21 was the only notable resistance in the chaotic batting display.

This result leaves Kutchi Tigers unbeaten after three games, topping the standings with six points and a strong net run rate. Aboojo, meanwhile, sit bottom with three straight losses.

In the Bronze Division, Tornado CC beat Jinja SS by five wickets. Lawrence Ssempijja took three wickets to restrict Jinja to 86, then unbeaten on 27 guided the chase successfully, keeping Tornado second behind Centurion.

Avengers dominated the Silver Division, thrashing St. John’s Mukono by 113 runs after posting 191, with Atul Rana’s unbeaten 56 key. They now hold second place behind Ismaili Community.

Matchday Seven underscores the league’s growing intensity, with Kutchi Tigers setting the pace through ruthless execution.
