She Corporate Edges KQ While Kawempe Crushes Asubo in League Thrillers

The Finance Trust Bank Fufa Women Super League saw top teams assert dominance on Saturday. She Corporate defeated rivals Kampala Queens 2-0 at Fufa Technical Centre in Njeru, thanks to goals from Jesca Namanda in each half. Namanda outmuscled defender Jamirah Nabulime for her strikes, bringing her tally to five goals against KQ this season.
She Corporate now sit on 44 points, trailing Kawempe Muslim by one. KQ, with 32 points and four matches left, are out of the title hunt.
Kawempe Muslim delivered a statement 8-0 win over Asubo Ladies in their Kampala derby at Kisaasi. Captain Agnes Nabukenya opened scoring, Latifah Nakasi netted four, Asia Nakibuuka added two, and Sharifah Nakimera also scored. This result confirmed Asubo’s relegation to the second division Elite League for 2026/27.
Olila High School joined them after forfeiting matches and losing 2-0 to She Maroons, who climbed to sixth with 22 points. Goals came from Jackline Adong and an own goal by Hellen Aseun.
Amus College drew 0-0 with Rines SS, holding eighth on 19 points after deductions for fan misconduct against a referee. Makerere University also drew 0-0 with Lady Doves, securing 21 points in seventh.
