The Victoria Pearls, Uganda’s national women’s cricket team, conducted an engaging cricket clinic for 280 girls at the Lakeside Oval in Entebbe.
Young participants were taught essential techniques including batting, bowling, and fielding, fostering their interest and skills in the sport.
The event highlighted the team’s commitment to promoting cricket among girls and encouraging female participation in sports.
This initiative comes as part of broader efforts to develop grassroots talent in Ugandan cricket.
