Walukaaga Denies Ever Being Represented by Ssegona in Court

Mathias Walukaaga, the Kadongokamu singer who ventured into politics, has firmly rejected assertions from Medard Ssegona that he ever provided him with legal services in court.
Walukaaga emphasized that Ssegona has never acted as his lawyer at any stage. He pointed out that his sole need for representation came during an extortion case filed by Samona, where Erias Lukwago handled his defense.
In a local TV interview, Walukaaga declared, “Ssegona has never represented me in court. I have never needed his services because I’m not someone who is always in court.”
He views Ssegona’s statements as a ploy for political advantage, particularly amid their past rivalry for the Busiro East parliamentary seat, where tensions boiled over last year.
Walukaaga accused Ssegona of spreading false and damaging claims to boost his political standing.
