Media personality Etania Mutoni has publicly praised Lynda Ddane, host of NTV’s The Beat, calling her Uganda’s top female DJ currently.
Etania, who started deejaying at the same time as Lynda, highlighted her peer’s mastery of the craft. In a recent TV interview, she noted that while many female DJs are doing well, Lynda’s consistency sets her apart.
“Lynda Ddane is the best among female DJs right now. She’s performing at the top, and everyone sees it,” Etania stated.
She added that Lynda holds her own against male DJs in the industry.
Uganda’s entertainment world features rising female DJs like DJ Alisha, Sheila Gashumba, DJ Lolah, and Etania herself, but Lynda leads the pack according to this endorsement.
