Bad Black has put pen to paper on a contract of one year with Victoria University Kampala as their Brand Ambassador.
"I can’t explain, but coming live to address in English as I am the official Brand Ambassador of Victoria University. I am so happy for my children getting bursaries from international schools."
That was the message from Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black who also goes by her new Masolo Queen avatar.
Victoria University among others has a unique course that offers those that did not get two principal passes at A-level a chance by awarding them a Higher Education Certificate which can later enable them get a degree.
The Brand Ambassador without wasting time embarked on her duties of promoting the services of the university and how she can get you a bursary which she termed as 'Basala' making the video go viral almost instantly.
Clad in a Victoria University Tee which came as part of her regalia as a Brand Ambassador, Bad Black recorded herself saying most sex workers are from other universities, they have no data, she is now a Brand Ambassador and can get you a BASALA.
Bad Black's tweet was retweeted by the official Victoria University Twitter handle.
According to the Victoria University Vice Chancellor Dr. Lawrence Muganga, he terms it the disruption. While appearing on Urban TV Rush Hour program, he said they are making strides in the university education, he adds that it is the more reason he was arrested recently on espionage related charges. "I believe my arrest could have been the work of our competitors who are not happy with the disruption that @VUKampala has come with. They believe by kicking out the person spearheading this disruption, they would have dealt with it." Disruption it is and Bad Black being the face of the university is disruptive enough.
