Singer and songwriter, Jamie Kasujja, going by his stage name Jamie Culture is the talk of the town after his landlord came out to say that he has defaulted on rent for over a year, but he also needs to be checked into a rehab at the earliest.

Kasujja's landlord says that he could be frustrated and the stress as a result of not performing due to Covid-19 could be the reason behind his recent behavior.

"He is an inconvenience to the other tenants. I am appealing to all those that know him to come and we help, take him to rehab. I also want his property to be secure as I try to get new tenants because we are all battling with effects of Covid."

"I have been patient for a while, but with his recent behavior, I can no longer handle this all by myself," the landlord added.

Jamie Culture is the songwriter behind Irene Namatovu's 'Kuzala Kujagaana' song that won an AFRIMA award in the year 2018 and Rema Namakula's 'Banyabo' song among others.

'Telukya' is one of Jamie Culture's best songs.

Jamie Culture has been staying at his current house for the last four years, but since March 2020 to date, he has not paid rent.

Matters were made worse when he started claiming that he is now the landlord of the rental that he has defaulted on for the last one year, this forced the landlord to ask him out of the premises and not bother about paying the rent arrears.

In the clip below, Jamie Culture who was in the company of Big Eye and Sipapa said that he was very okay though his only problem he is broke.

"Those claiming that I've run crazy are just haters... If you've done what many can't do, you can't stop people from talking..."
