"Yeahh...Hello my beautiful fans see what we have, I have just received this and I am so happy, I just can't wait to see what is inside," Rema said as she opened her parcel from YouTube.

Rema has a way she expresses her joy, if you recall her excitement when she checked out the room where she was to spend a night on the eve of her intro, she just did the same on receiving the YouTube award.

"Look at that... This is so beautiful 'Banange'..."

"Thank you, my fans, thank you my beautiful people and all my subscribers, thank you. This is 100K... YouTube has presented this to me because we've passed the 100k subscribers, but I'm so happy, I'm so grateful, thank you my fans all those who have subscribed, please keep on subscribing."

Most artists have taken to creating YouTube accounts as a way of promoting their music to the global audience. Accounts with a huge subscriber base normally earn the account owners some good money, though like any other business, it takes hard work. It is easier to get views than get subscribers.

For Rema to be awarded days after Chameleone is equally a reason for her to celebrate. The next level of the award is 1million subscribers which Eddy Kenzo and Anne Kansiime are targeting.

Diamond Platnumz is now looking at getting to the 10million subscriber base as his count currently stands at 3million.

The Silver Creator Award that Rema and Chameleone were awarded with is for channels that have surpassed 100,000 subscribers. These channels can also apply for a digital verification badge.

The Gold Creator Award is for channels that have surpassed 1 million subscribers and that is what Diamond Platnumz currently holds as he prepares for the next award that has his name.

The Diamond Creator Award is for channels that have surpassed 10 million subscribers and these are only 432 as of June 2019.

The Custom Creator Award is for channels that have reached or surpassed 50 million subscribers and as of February 2020, less than 10 channels had reached this level, to be exact, nine.
