Martha Kay trying out her DJ skills
The Pornographic Control Committee (PCC) has picked interest in the issue of photographer Martha Kays pics circulating on the internet.
In a meeting that was held yesterday, the officers tasked with the responsibility of curbing the vice decided that Martha and the daughter to the Muslim cleric have to come an explain to the committee how their pics ended up in the public.
They have also asked the police to help cause their arrest.
"I just returned from abroad, but we've taken interest in Martha Kay's case and that of supreme Mufti's daughter, our committee will meet on Wednesday and thereafter, we will work with police to cause their arrest."
"In these two cases we have no other suspects apart from the two girls themselves appearing in the photos naked, they will have to come before the committee and explain how their photos ended up in the public," PCC Chairperson, Dr. Annette Kezaabu, concluded.
The Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson has confirmed that they now want Martha to appear before them and explain what exactly happened.
"We are patiently waiting for her to come and explain, chances are she is still disturbed after the incident, but we will be here waiting for her and another woman to come and explain," Patrick Onyango confirmed.

Martha Kay joins the likes of Judith Heard, Anita Fabiola, Sanyu Robinah Mweruka, Zari and Desire Luzinda who had their clips or pics end up online.
According to a counselling psychologist, Loyce Nakibuka, she says the reason some of these pics ending up online is as a result of those who want to show off their manliness and sadly, it is the women who end up as victims because women bodies are more interesting than men, there is more to look at.
In the case of Anita Fabiola, she lost her TV job and Judith Heard says it affected her relationship.
"Judith Heard was arrested and her file was forwarded to the State Attorney after investigations were complete, but they wrote back asking us to retrieve the gadget that was used. Yes Judith Heard accepted that she had taken the photos herself, but the phones were stolen, that case is still pending," The KMP Spokesperson confirmed further.
Going forward, do not take explicit photos or videos because once found guilty, one can be sentenced to one year in prison or a fine of up to 10million shillings.
Not even sending the pics or videos to your lover will save you because you are trafficking in pornography that is illegal in this country and could attract hefty fines and jail terms.
