Juliana Kanyomozi - "They can’t break you. They didn’t make you!! More power to you babe.."
Comedienne Martha Kay is back from her sabbatical leave after three months, which she says were the most challenging though empowering.
"Taking this time off has given me a chance to breathe, reflect, recharge and strategize on what I truly want for my life. I have been learning, unlearning and relearning a lot of things so as to grow into a much better, wiser, and a STRONGER version of myself."
Martha Kay rocked the internet three months back when her birthday pics found their way on the net. The comedienne who does her thing mostly on YouTube has been cooking up a few things and now ready to unveil them, but before doing that, she did not forget all those who have been there for her in the last three months.
"It has been quite a journey, but I am so grateful I did not have to go through it alone! Everyone that has called, texted, visited, prayed, stood up for me and supported me; I am eternally Grateful!!"
"To my sweet friends and amazing FAMILY, only God will reward you for me! That said, I CHOOSE today to focus my energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new."
"Otherwise, I missed you guys and I am excited for a second chance to dance with life again."
Several artists have since welcomed Martha Kay back and wishing her the very best and these include;
"Go Gurl." Irene Ntale responded.
"They can’t break you. They didn’t make you!! More power to you babes," Juliana Kanyomozi noted.
"What matters at the end of the day...How you get up. More grace to you darling," Former Miss Uganda, Dorah Mwima added.
"More power to you mama. You are unbreakable," Fellow comedienne, Anne Kansiime was on board to give her support.
Others happy to see Martha Kay back are Mc Kats, Tinah Teise, Cleopatra CK, Gaetano Kagwa and John Blaq among others.
