Top Ugandan music videos on YouTube from April to August 2020

In the first week of April, Kenzo's Tweyagale is still at the top, followed by John Blaq's Hullo Hullo, Corona by Spice Diana and Fik Fameica, Semyekozo and Chikibombe follow in that order.
Not much change in the second week other than Utawezana by Femi One and Mejja. Levixone's Chikibombe is still in the top ten and it has been on the chart for the last 25 weeks and Cindy's Boom Party for 30 weeks on the chart.

Azawi, Daddy Andre and Sheebah have been a force to reckon with during this period
Azawi from Swangz Avenue takes to the top with her Repeat It blockbuster hit in the third week, followed by Chameleone with Bolingo Ya Nzambe. Angela Katatumba and Daddy Andre settle in at number 5 with Tonelabira.
In the final week, while Azawi keeps to the top, Mun G is spotted in the top 10 with Bintwala at number.6.
In the first week of May, there's not much change other than Rema's Gutujja that had been 30 weeks on the chart bouncing back to number 4.
In the second week, Sheebah's Nakyuka displaces Azawi's Repeat It from the top. 6ix9ine releases Gooba settling at number. 6.
The third week of May 2020, Bebe Cool released Wakayima, but it settled at number three as the ladies, Sheebah and Azawi maintained the top two spots.
In the final week, other than Mun G's Bintwala moving to the second position, Diamond Platnumz with his 'Quarantine' song and Sauti Sol with 'Insecure' are spotted in the top 10.
This was the time when the Covid lockdown was bitting real hard because we notice old songs, keeping on the chart longer and the new songs are either to do with the Coronavirus.
In the first week, not much change other than Haruna Mubiru's Akasale finding its way to the top 10 and settling at number 6 and tracks like Chikibombe, Boom Party, Sweet Sensation and Jangu that had long been in the top ten are being pushed to the top 20.
In the second week, Azawi maintains the top spot, followed by Sheebah [Nakyuka] and Onkuba by Mesach Semakula follow in that order. The late Paul Kafeero's Buladina finds its way to the top ten after news of his family woes dominated the media for several weeks.
In the third week, Gravity Omutujju features Bobi Wine on his Winner song something that did wonders as the song bounced to the number one position for that week.
In the final week, new music was dominating the top ten. Azawi still at the top, Sheebah and Crysto Panda with Kyoyina Omanya settle at number 2, Tugende Mu Church by Daddy Andre at number 5 while Spice Diana with her Kwata Wano is at number 8 followed by Eddy Kenzo's Mugole and Karole Kasita's Balance.
Top music videos of the week - May 1- May 7, 2020
The ladies did a good job as they did not only maintain the top three spots through Repeat It, Tonelabira and Nakyuka, but also Spice Diana, Cindy and Karole Kasita are in the top ten leaving Eddy Kenzo, Daddy Andre and the late Paul Kafeero in the top ten.
In the second week, Bebe Cool's Wire Wire that had been on the chart for 46 weeks bounced back to the top ten clearly giving the new songs a run for their money. Azawi still maintains the top position with Repeat It.
In the third week, Kenzo manages to topple Azawi from the top taking the number one spot with his Sonko song. Vinka's Love Panic is spotted at number 5.
In the last week, Nantaba by Dina Rukoti ft Gerald Kiwewa takes to the top, leaving Eddy Kenzo's Sonko settling at number 8. The Nantaba song got a boost from Gerald Kiwewa's arrest after it had been linked to a former minister.
Daddy Andre takes to the top with Tugende Mu Church followed by Chozen Blood's Sharp Shooter. Tonelabira by Angela Katatumba. Harmonize and Spice Diana with their Kokonya settle at number 9.
Not much change in the second week other than Karole Kasita, Angela Katatumba, Vinka and Azawi keeping in the top ten.
In the third week, Free Boy and Winnie Nwagi's 'Kwata Essimu' is spotted in the top ten alongside those that dominated the previous week' top ten.
In the final week of August Sheebah bounces back to the top with her Ninda video followed by Nakyuka still from the Queen Mama.
Tugende Mu Church, Sharp Shooter, Love Panic, Repeat It, Kwata Esiimu, Tonelabira, Tweyagale and Kwata Wano by Spice Diana follow in that order for the top 10.
