Mom of five, Zari Hassan, was a few weeks back in Kampala, to be exact International Women's Day found her here. But during that time, she was more into Deus Ndugwa aka Grenade Official of the Afaazali Nkuloga fame. Her wall in the past days has a lot of Grenade's new music that she is promoting. 'Wali User' is one of Ndugwa's songs Zari is promoting. It is directed to an ex-lover who was only using their significant other as opposed to loving them, it is not clear if Grenade is singing about the late AK47's baby mama, Maggie Kiwesi, who happens to be his previous lover.

The King Bae drama was all a way of hitting back at Diamond Platnumz. As part of the drama series, Zari paraded posh rides to hit at the Jeje star letting him know that it was a blessing in disguise when he cheated on her, that she got a better deal in King Bae, but that hype is no more. Zari likes muscle men looking at Farouk, King Bae and oh yes Diamond, but Deus Ndugwa is not a muscle man, but those who closely know him say that his other muscle is a force to reckon with, the reason he dates women way older than him.
Pato Ranking and Grenade Official at the last Africa One Fest in Dubai Zari and Deus whom she fondly refers to as DEE, the same avatar she used to use on the father of her only daughter, Diamond Platnnumz are close to the extent that he has even released a song dubbed Zarinah which happens to be Zari's full name. In the Zarinah song, Grenade Official cries his out for Zari. Zari is now promoting the songs and she has downplayed the fact that the two are dating, however, that is how she rolled out the project with Diamond Platnumz after the two met on a plane, they have two children together.
