Burna Boy left Ugandan fans yearning for more

On Friday all roads led to the Sheraton Hotel for the concert dubbed; 'Burna Boy Experience'.

The venue was flooded with fans that some could hardly see what was going on due to the huge number of revelers, it was a sold out concert.

The Nigerian star hit the stage at about 11:30 PM after local curtain raisers including Fik Fameica, Sheebah Karungi and Irene Ntale among others had performed. John Blaq thrilled the fans with his deep voice doing Makanika and Tukwatagane.

DJ's Slick Stuart and Roja also entertained the fans with their mixes.

The Nigerian singer and songwriter, real name Damini Ogulu, 27 performed his hit songs that include: Dangote, Gbona,  Yawa Dey, and the crowd favorite, On the Low.

The sound was good and the stage was lit, if anyone had any issues with the Burna Boy concert, those were not among except for VIP patrons who found themselves mixing freely with those that had paid less.

"Thanks for the love, Kampala" Burna Boy tweeted.

It was Burna Boy's second show and the best so far in the year. He later moved to Rwanda where he staged his first performance ever at the Intare Conference and Events Arena in Rusororo on Saturday.
