Congolese Soukous star, Kanda Bongo Man, 64, is in the country to perform at the UGMIX Dance Party that will be held at Sheraton Hotel Kampala as thousands of fans usher in the new year, 2020. The venue that is a stone throw away from the State House will have uniformed and plain clothes security operatives to ensure all is well.
