If I break up with Zari, I will get another-Diamond Platnumz
6 OCT 2017 2:30 PM
Tanzanian Bongo Flava star, Diamond Platnumz, arrived at 2:30am for his charity show that will be held tonight at Kololo Independence Grounds. He was clad in a yellow hood similar to the one he was putting on in his Hallelujah video.
He was quickly whisked to a waiting black SUV amidst tight security. He also travelled with his huge bouncer all the way from TZ. Earlier on, his band arrived in the country.
Outside the airport, Zari's supporters who had camped as early as 8:00am were disappointed when the singer's schedule changed. He was supposed to arrive on Thursday morning, but Zari's baby daddy got to Entebbe Airport in the wee hours of Friday morning.
They were putting on #TeamZari T-shirts with placards telling off all Diamond Platnumz's ex-lovers and baby mamas combined.
"No Mobetto, No Dillish" and "Why Cheat on the Boss Lady with Slay Cartoons.." Were the writings on the placards..
During the press conference, KCCA Executive Director, Jenipher Musisi noted that this year's event is likely to attract more than 5,000 guests.
Before setting off for Kampala, he made a post on his Instagram account touching on the issues surrounding his love life revealing that, if he breaks up with the mother of his two children, Zari, he will get another.
The above post is translated as;
"I'm tired of all these rumors that I'm sleeping with so and so, I'm not sleeping with anyone. Every time I wake up, there’s someone new they claim I'm dating. It's as though my ___ has sugar on it ..All I will do for now is to focus on my music and take the Bongo Flava music to the rest of the world."
And the 'one in South Africa' is who I'm in love with. If we break up, I will find someone else. But that said, I'm not married to anyone and being a Muslim, I can have up to four wives."
Using her Snapchat account, ZARI jumped in on this..."Who is that one in South Africa? What do you have in South Africa? Can I be left out of this drama please,"
