Star singer Joseph Mayanja aka Chameleone is a proud owner of a black Range Rover autobiography model 2020. The dad of six was over the weekend gifted the ride by NRM officials that included Mr. Toyota real name Shadrack Nzeire.

Chameleone who was taken unawares found himself on his knees as he accepted the gift, but was quickly pulled up.

The jovial singer then went on to say that he is a member of the ruling party and has always been.

"I am still NRM and if you doubt that, put up your cameras and record me, I am still NRM."

It should be recalled that Chameleone was vying for the office of the Lord Mayor and had wanted to do so on the National Unity Party (NUP) ticket led by Bobi Wine, but it was Hon Nabilah Naggayi that was fronted though she lost to the incumbent Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago.

"Uncle emotokka bakuwade mpe. Sikibi naye okufukamila it felt like you're not a star," One commented.

Chameleone replied almost instantly.

"Give thanks to the Power of God!! Don’t you underestimate or disregard his Glory!!"

Chameleone has had his rides that include a Range Rover among others, but he has had his luck too when it comes to being given rides and it is no wonder that he gives thanks to God.

In 2011, Meddie and Chameleone were having issues as young men but later made up and as a way of appreciating him, Bad Black's lover then gifted Chameleone with a BMW silver convertible that had 'MEDDIE 3' reg plates.

And not long back, Chameleone was gifted with a Land Cruiser V8 from a South Sudan fan.
