Eddy Kenzo survives a nasty accident
In the video making the rounds online, Eddy Kenzo and the other car occupants are being helped out of the pickup that was at the time letting out smoke.
The morning downpour and the hump before the Stabex petrol station in Maya is the cause of the accident according to Eddy Kenzo in a Facebook post he later deleted.
"We had a frightening car accident. The road was wet and slippery due to rain and when we reached Maya theirs was a bump in the road next to the Stabex Petro station that caused my car to skid in a remarkable fashion. It did a 180-degree spin in the middle of the road, facing the wrong way! We then landed into a trench next to the Petro station.".
"This happened today morning and all the three people in the car survived. We thank the good Lord for his protection," Kenzo concluded.
Those who came to their rescue were able to rush them to Omega clinic at Nakirebe where they got first aid.
It could have been a different story had the vehicle gone past the trench where it settled to the filling station.
Looking at the wreckage, Kenzo and his colleagues could have had serious injuries had they not buckled up.
Fans have been sending him get well messages.
